Inspected non-functioning boiler system that was presenting an E1 error code (blower speed fault). Confirmed damaged blower fan with significant noise issues and discovered a large hole in the exhaust elbow at the bottom of heat exchanger. Informed customer that the boiler brand is no longer manufactured or supported, and customer has elected to proceed with complete boiler replacement.
