Performed annual tune-up on both household and garage furnaces, including operation testing, temperature rise verification, component cleaning, and filter inspection. All systems operating properly. Identified and repaired gas leak at the gas tite connection in garage furnace by checking flare, reconnecting, and properly tightening components, successfully eliminating the gas odor reported by customer.
