The technician Omar was punctual. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. He provided the knowledge and insight needed to determine the best course of corrective action. Acted professionally throughout the service including adherence to COVID safety standards. He ensured the job was done right the first time. He was very personable. All around great service that I would recommend to friends and neighbors.
