Miquel has designed and led the installation of external lights on my property. He is working in tandem w workers who are rebuilding my patios and walkways. He spends a lot of time studying and designing and the results had been gorgeous. Cory is his mentee and they work so well together. This total project will be completed in late January. I would only want Miquel to be the lead for this project! He and Cory are excellent!

Miquel and his apprentice, Cory, have been working for several weeks installing my Smart House and audio system. Miquel is and excellent mentor. He explains what needs to be done and works closely to accomplish the tasks required. This has been a major project he is almost finished. Now he will be installing new outside lights to augment new landscape and an expanded patio. Miquel is the only electrician I want to do my electrical work.

I worked w Anthony several months ago when he was still in a mentoring position and was pleased to now work with him now that he has his own clients. He had excellent customer service skills. For this job, we worked on replacing 3 floodlights and we also repaired connections for 4 low voltage lights.
Customer called us out for a repeat blockage in the upstairs master bathroom group. I inspected the piping in the basement while running water upstairs and could only hear water splashing up top. I then watched the toilet upstairs and could see it wavering a lot. I flushed the toilet which cleared the blockage. I then checked downstairs again and could hear the water running at the base of the pipe. I recommended the customer have a camera check out the pipe from the clean out in the basement and set up an appointment for 12/20/2025 8-11. I recommended not flushing toilet paper down the line until a camera has checked it out.
Change trims and add led strip light to office desk
TE certified arrived to the customers property today to figure out why they’ve had repeat backups for several years. Today we did some diagnostic jetting to figure out the issue and we’re able to find tree roots on building 1215. Out of courtesy we did the same for 1225 but found no issues on that building. The customer will let me know when they decide to go forward with the repair.
Troubleshoot water heater / bad compensation/ customer will get part
Today I replaced the home sump pump basin lid with a new, properly gasket lid, equipped with fresh bolts and washers. After securing the lid, I apply silicone around the perimeter to ensure a fully watertight seal and prevent any sewer gases or moisture from escaping. Once installed, I tested the system by running the sink, toilet, and urinal in the bathroom. All fixtures, drained correctly, and the sump pump activated and discharged water as designed. Everything is flowing properly from the basin out to the main sewer line at this time.
Replaced 2 1/2 inch shut off valves from a gate valve that was leaking to a quarter turn ball valve
