Miquel and his apprentice, Cory, have been working for several weeks installing my Smart House and audio system. Miquel is and excellent mentor. He explains what needs to be done and works closely to accomplish the tasks required. This has been a major project he is almost finished. Now he will be installing new outside lights to augment new landscape and an expanded patio. Miquel is the only electrician I want to do my electrical work.

I worked w Anthony several months ago when he was still in a mentoring position and was pleased to now work with him now that he has his own clients. He had excellent customer service skills. He listens to get an understanding of the plumbing issues and addresses them completely. Explains the work he does. I’ll ask for him in future when I have plumbing issues.

Today I replaced the home sump pump basin lid with a new, properly gasket lid, equipped with fresh bolts and washers. After securing the lid, I apply silicone around the perimeter to ensure a fully watertight seal and prevent any sewer gases or moisture from escaping. Once installed, I tested the system by running the sink, toilet, and urinal in the bathroom. All fixtures, drained correctly, and the sump pump activated and discharged water as designed. Everything is flowing properly from the basin out to the main sewer line at this time.
Replaced 2 1/2 inch shut off valves from a gate valve that was leaking to a quarter turn ball valve

TE certified will excavate approximately 10 feet of sewer piping 5 feet deep doing a spot repair, also TE certified would be digging up a second spot in the yard fixing a dimple at the bottom of the piping For this job we raked mulch to the side and removed stone steps by the house to excavate line. Went back to clean out to get fall on bellied section of pipe that we replaced. Bedded new pipe and backfilled to rough grade. Rocks placed back and new mulch installed . In the yard we attempted to save sod for customer, excavated down to sewer pipe and cut out and replaced dimpled piece. Backfilled and placed sod back. Straw applied. Customer understands we can not guarantee grass regrowth on disturbed sod
Replaced moen shower valve carteridge in basement shower/ temp 105
Water was leaking from the bathroom exhaust fan vent. After further investigation, I saw that hornets had built a nest in the exterior vent cover with the door closed. This allowed humidity to build up and condensate. Eliminated the hornets nest and the vent is opening and closing as it should. Homeowner signed up for homecare.
Performed leak search, looked at water meter no gallons used on register, homeowner stated he hasn’t used water and has been home for couple hours, Found vent for hvac exhaust had build up condensation and leaking from ceiling in living room. Scheduled hvac appointment with home owner to access the situation. No other leaks found.
