He spends a lot of time studying and designing and the results had been gorgeous. Cory is his mentee and they work so well together. This total project will be completed in late January. Miquel and his apprentice, Cory, have been working for several weeks installing my Smart House and audio system. Miquel is and excellent mentor. He explains what needs to be done and works closely to accomplish the tasks required. This has been a major project he is almost finished. I worked w Anthony several months ago when he was still in a mentoring position and was pleased to now work with him now that he has his own clients. He had excellent customer service skills. Toilet rebuild on 2 toilets. No leaks. Advised client of pressure drop issue.
Dislodged debris stuck in disposal with disposal wrench and reset disposal. Tested disposal multiple times to ensure proper function. Quoted for new. And upgraded disposals for customer when they decide to change it out. Tagged shutoffs for water heater, main line, and hose bibs (2). No leaks
For this job, we worked on installing 8 customer provided Ring Floodlights along with replacing devices.
Replaced puck light in kitchen and changed smoke/carbon monoxide detector downstairs Found unsupported loose outlets on top of cabinets feeding puck light, we installed outlet flush with the wall and secured them properly.
Install 9 more light in the front yard and also collect for material that was ordered
Troubleshot flickering lights in the family room. 3 switches were replaced, neutral connections were fixed and were also checked and tightened at the panel. Since installing the switches, the lights have not flickered at all.
