Excellent Service!

Javier and his partner did a great job fixing an electrical box I dismantled! They even offered to hang my new light. On top of that when they found out that my HVAC guys were out to fix an issue with the electrical supply to the AC he offered to take a quick look at the fuse box that was serviced last week to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond and did a beautiful job in the light!

Fast and thorough job!!

Guillermo did a fantastic job! He diagnosed and completed the job on the same day and took time to explain everything he did. He also identified and addressed additional problems while he was here. I felt confident that he was listening to my concerns and providing a thorough diagnostic work up. I would absolutely have him out to work on my home again. Thank you!

Our client has a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom, toilet directly above the kitchen because of an improper install of a toilet riser when the house was built. The toilet flange itself is mounted to the subfloor instead of the finish floor in which spacer flanges filled with wax were used to bring the toilet flange up to height. Even with the spacers, the flange is below the floor. Therefore no warranty will be honored for this particular fixture if ever leaks at this toilet has been replaced. Our client has been advised and is aware of a possible bathroom remodel because of a couple of other issues.

Customer was experiencing a backup in right side of sink due garbage disposal stuck. I ran water on other side to ensure we had proper flow and we did. After turning blades, we got proper function and flow. Garbage disposal is stuck and I turned the blades manually and we ensured flow.

Clear tub blockage on 2nd floor Customer was experiencing a slow draining tub in master bathroom on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival I tested bathroom group for mainline issue. I ran water for a long period of time and I noticed only the tub was being affected. I tested other fixtures to ensure each fixture had proper drain flow. I ran k45 cable to clear blockage and were successful. I tested tub for any backups and we’re able to restore proper flow.

Our client reached out to us in reference to have her outdoor tankless water heater flushed and also a few estimates replacing a water service line with options and correcting some issues with a kitchen remodel that was done by another plumbing company. Client also asked for an estimate to replace drain system from house to the street. I informed her that I would have dispatch to schedule drains out for her.

Customer has 8 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 7 y/o Rheem condenser that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. Noticed that PVC flue vent is not secured and damaged. Improper rise of flue vent is causing excessive water feeding back inducer motor and clogging up pressure switch. Noticed no water protection present. Drain line is incorrect. Condensate pump is bad. Ignitor is bad. Drain line for water remove, on 90% furnace needed to prevent freezing up. Recommend iWave for air purification and prevent dust buildup. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Informed customer of all findings. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.

For this job I came out to trouble shoot a dimmer that gave out I replaced it and while I was at it I also checked the customers microwave that she said hasn’t worked for a while I did what I could on the electrical side but it seems the issue has to do with the appliance itself

Customer has 12 y/o 2-zone Goodman system that operates for whole house. Zoning has been disconnect due to single system install with no bypass damper to prevent high limit fault. Ductwork is not properly sized for system. Filter was very dirty. Blower wheel was very dirty. Water protection is poor. Drain line improperly pitched. Evaporator coil is dirty. Run capacitor is bad. Condenser coils are dirty. Recommend Apco Ultra for air purification. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Warranty swap the gas control valve as it has failed. Drain the heater, swap the GCV test for leaks. The hub drain is too close to the trap, increase the vertical length and adjust T&P discharge line accordingly HVAC will need to come out to re route one of the condensate lines with a pump. Expansion tank is still holding air, but is getting there in regards to age these units typically last 6 to 7 years and the one that’s in there currently was installed in 2021. Replace expansion tank and have it properly bracketed

For this job, we worked on replacing the main electrical panel for a brand new Square D QO 42 slot panel. Also replaced the 4/0 SER service wire going from panel to disconnect outside. Relabeled the panel to make sure it’s accurate. tested voltage and connections, everything is working properly.
