Javier and his partner did a great job fixing an electrical box I dismantled! They even offered to hang my new light. On top of that when they found out that my HVAC guys were out to fix an issue with the electrical supply to the AC he offered to take a quick look at the fuse box that was serviced last week to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond and did a beautiful job in the light!

Called out for toilet, not working properly gave estimate to do minor rebuild and to replace toilet. Customer agreed to minor rebuild performed work tested no leaks at this time. Unable to access water heater.

Customer has 10 y/o Goodman system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System is not heating due to bad gas valve. Noticed inducer motor is also overheating and running high amperage. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Flue vent is bad. Return duct is damaged. No water protection is present. Drain line is sitting flat to the ground with poor pitch. Recommend UV BlueTube to protect evaporator coil. System is no longer under warranty. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Arrived and found that the sewer gas odor is coming from the upstairs bathroom studor vent which is installed inside the Attic and there is only one vent venting the whole bathroom. Replace existing studor vent and cut in a second at the washing machine box. Ran water through all drains for several minutes waited outside for a while and went back in and was not able to smell any sewer gas.

Came out because the customer was concerned about airflow in home. After fully diagnosing the system we found that the current ductwork is inadequate. We found that the system only had two returns, one located in the hallway and one pulling fresh air from outside the house. We went into the attic and found that none of the return ducts for the bedrooms were attached to the system. We also found that the master suite had no return. Two of the rooms had very long duct runs and weren’t getting any airflow. We also found that the upstairs thermostat shared the same wall with the air-handler so it would satisfy well before the rooms and would need to be relocated. Ultimately we will need to redo the entire ductwork for the upstairs.
Called out to install two customer supplied toilets performed work, tested both toilets. Both are working properly with no leaks at this time. installed new fill valves on both toilets and new repair flanges for both flanges as courtesy.
Replaced customer supplied lavatory faucet in master bathroom which included a new pop-up assembly. Tested and inspected. Working properly with no leak.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 11 y/o Amana system that operates for main level. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not heating due to faulty inducer motor and bad circuit board. Replaced inducer motor along with pressure switches. Replaced circuit board. Tested heat. Inspected flue vent, which was clear and proper pitch. Water reservoir was cleared. Drain pump operational. Vinyl tubing is connected to drain line extended outside to prevent freezing. Noticed no water protection present. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Recommend Apco Ultra to add advance air purification. No inspection of outdoor unit was performed. System is currently working.
Our client needed reassurance in reference to a repair that was made around the threshold of the shower. A few months ago, a repair was made to the floor with water was seeping through down to the crawlspace and also into the adjacent closet. The repairs been made for several months and wanted to have us to check it out. Our client did say that they have dripping water coming from their showerhead with a current water pressure reading a 70 psi. A couple of courses I’ve been provided to resolve this issue.
