Excellent Service!

Javier and his partner did a great job fixing an electrical box I dismantled! They even offered to hang my new light. On top of that when they found out that my HVAC guys were out to fix an issue with the electrical supply to the AC he offered to take a quick look at the fuse box that was serviced last week to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond and did a beautiful job in the light!

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 11 y/o Amana system that operates for main level. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not heating due to faulty inducer motor and bad circuit board. Replaced inducer motor along with pressure switches. Replaced circuit board. Tested heat. Inspected flue vent, which was clear and proper pitch. Water reservoir was cleared. Drain pump operational. Vinyl tubing is connected to drain line extended outside to prevent freezing. Noticed no water protection present. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Recommend Apco Ultra to add advance air purification. No inspection of outdoor unit was performed. System is currently working.

Our client needed reassurance in reference to a repair that was made around the threshold of the shower. A few months ago, a repair was made to the floor with water was seeping through down to the crawlspace and also into the adjacent closet. The repairs been made for several months and wanted to have us to check it out. Our client did say that they have dripping water coming from their showerhead with a current water pressure reading a 70 psi. A couple of courses I’ve been provided to resolve this issue.

Came out to a no heat. The customer stated that the heat isn’t keeping up. Upon diagnosing the system I found that the thermostat was wired for conventional heat and not for a heat pump. The thermostat wire going to the outdoor unit is a 2 wire and need to be 5 wires. The HP switch has been disconnected from the defrost board and only the W and C are connected. We will need to run a new thermostat wire into the house so that the system can function correctly. After we have run the new thermostat wire we can then continue are diagnostic check to verify that there are no further issues. We added a new 5 wire and continue to diagnose the system and found that the system is also low on refrigerant. We will need to do a leak check to pin point the leak. The system is going out on low pressure and the leak will need to be found and corrected to rectify the problem. The system is currently heating via electric heat.

Performed a no heat call on furnace. P trap was not pitched correctly so the water was clogging it so the pressure switch was open. Recommended an Iwave and a blue tube homeowner approved. Installed both IAQ products. System is functioning at departure. Collected pay,ent and signatures and confirmed email.

Performed diagnostic on 5yr old carrier heat pump, upon arrival customer stated unit was turning on and off every 20sec, also stated he had another company out a few months ago stating he need to replace damper, while talking unit started short cycling, checked tstats both in heat mode, upon checking outdoor unit can see frost after piston, also checked pressures and suction pressure was dropping down to 20psi causing low pressure switch to activate then once pressure goes back up to 40psi would turn back on and back off once it got to 20psi, checked reversing valve, made sure was shifting, checked temp across filter dryer 5 degree difference, explained system has a restriction, recommend removing all refrigerant cleaning piston and installing new filter dryer, customer approved repair, went to supply house to pick up parts, returned and removed all old refrigerant removed old filter dryer, pulled and cleaned piston, install new filter dryer, out piston back in, checked for leaks, pull

Upon arrival customer stated that heat was not working and out door unit was not coming on. After inspection of 17 years old r22 air handler and heat pump found that system was not coming on due to unit being low on r22 refrigerant and almost empty. Outdoor contractor is very burnt and pitted, condenser coils are very dirty. Outdoor disconnect is very rusted. Checked indoor air handler, drain pan is in bad shape and does not fit under entire system, return duct is very clogged and dirty, return plenum is very dirty. Evaporator coil is very rusted and rust is falling into the primary drain line which will cause system to flood with water back up. Blower wheel is very impacted and dirty, blower motor capacitor is bad, blower motor is pulling high amps and failing. Advised customer of issues with system, due to system being obsolete recommended speaking with our install supervisor about updating system, customer approved to speaking with install supervisor before making any repairs to sys
