Tech arrived to perform HomeCare maintenance on two systems at roughly 1 years old. Customer reports no issues at this time. Inspected systems. Filters AprilAire 410s are dirty and in need of replacement. Homeowner agreed to replace filters. Replaced with AprilAire 413 filters. Flushed drains lines and verified safety operations. Cleaned furnace compartments, cleaned inducer ports and cleaned flame sensors. Verified high and low fire are operational. Temperature rise is within specs at this time. Verified UVC system is operational. Checked outdoor units. Units are fully operational. Units are in fair condition. There is a dryer vent directly above one of the units which is putting debris on both of the units. Units are in need of cleaning. Homeowner agreed to cleaning the outdoor units. Tech cleaned outdoor units and verified operations after cleaning. Referred homeowner to DaffyDucts for dryer vent cleaning. Systems are operational at techs departure. Came out to a no heat. After diagnosing the system. I found that the thermostat was bad and not communicating with the system. I replaced the thermostat a ran the system for 30 minutes in heat and cool. the system is running according to specifications.

Customer sent was given him drainage issues, I gave them the option to hand clean the sink or to run my cable, and the customer decided to do a hand clean. After cleaning the sink by hand, I was able to remove hair and build up that was making the sink drain slow and after testing the sink is back working perfectly

Performed diagnostic on upstairs Lennox unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t working, checked tstst, no voltage, upon going in attic found light switch turned off, turned on power to get unit started up, upon sequence of operation unit started up, but upon blower wheel starting it would spark them trip main breaker, inspected furnace, noticed blower motor has been replaced at some point as well as control board, unit also has door switch disconnected which is a safety feature, upon looking at new board I can see burn marks in metal, probably came from previous control board, flu vent is not properly installed, goes from single wall to double wall, should be double wall out the way out roof, recommend repair flu vent, also noticed a lot of ducts are ripped, customer also complained that one of the bedrooms up stairs don’t have good airflow, system is short on airflow per the size of unit causing inadequate airflow, explained to customer we can make repairs and still find othe
