Excellent Service!

Javier and his partner did a great job fixing an electrical box I dismantled! They even offered to hang my new light. On top of that when they found out that my HVAC guys were out to fix an issue with the electrical supply to the AC he offered to take a quick look at the fuse box that was serviced last week to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond and did a beautiful job in the light!

Fast and thorough job!!

Guillermo did a fantastic job! He diagnosed and completed the job on the same day and took time to explain everything he did. He also identified and addressed additional problems while he was here. I felt confident that he was listening to my concerns and providing a thorough diagnostic work up. I would absolutely have him out to work on my home again. Thank you!

Came today because UV was showing red lighting. When testing equipment noticed that UV was working but timer needed to set properly. Reset UV module and set timer properly. Also noticed that there was a lot of debris and dust coming through duct clean. Let costumer know about this and give him options. UV is now working properly and a 2 system duct cleaning will be scheduled Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Came back out to do quoted work which was swap main drain line with emergency drain line since main one runs too long without proper slope leaving sitting water for long periods of time. Also chemically washed outdoor coil for upstairs (outdoor unit closest to garage door). Upon completion customer let me know last night still hearing noise. Recommended cutting into drywall to be able to identify cause of water spot and noise. Customer signed off on drywall waiver and is aware we are not liable for repairing after cutting open. Cut square in ceiling and found issues. Tapping coming from lineset hitting joist while running. Water spot coming from exposed suction line due to constant movement while it runs. Taped up suction line again thoroughly and added extra insulation around the line to act as shock absorber and prevent further tapping and wearing out insulation. Made customer aware of all repairs. Customer decided they will keep ceiling spot open until cooling season to ve able to v

Came in for a no heat call. After testing system found that multiple electrical components had failed, system has not been maintain is a long time causing a lot of biological growth to spread and compromising air flow causing system to overwork and damaging components. Flue vent was also corroded and leaking carbon monoxide in crawlspace, also condensation drain line will need to be replaced because improper slope and no up to code, costumer will revisit that options when summer come around. Let costumer now about this issues and presented options including a system upgrade. Costumer decided to move forward with the repairs and enhancements. Work was done and tested. System is now up and running properly. Thank you for choosing TE Certified, 404 885 8777 (dry wall)

Found that the water leak is coming from the upstairs kids bathroom. Water had splashed on the counter top and leaked down around the faucet and through a light in the dinning room ceiling. Loosen faucet and recentered and tightened. Tested and inspected. No other leaks at this time.

Water line in the ceiling going to the ice maker has burst open and caused water to pour into the basement. The ceiling, walls, and floors are saturated with water. I removed the existing water line and replaced the line with a new ice maker box. Turned on the water to the home and pressurized the home. Tested with no leaks.
