I called TE certified after I didn’t receive a call back from the company that installed the plumbing with my builder. They sent Anthony out and the response time was very impressive. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the assessment and went through all of my options to fix the issue. Anthony even suggested additional quotes to update the work that the builder seemed to have skimped on by using cheap supplies and solutions. I appreciate TE and Anthony for their responsiveness and honesty.

Troubleshoot, replace bad 240v breaker for dryer

Came out for stove gas line gave estimate customer agreed replaced gas flex tested no failure at this time
After arrival declined explained that she replaced the thermostat after replacing the thermostat system comes on and off. It will not stay on running when it’s running on heat. Found a restriction, the TXV liquid line and a very rusted and dirty evaporated coil The recommendation will be to replaced the full system. Many more requirement will be to replace evaporate coil.
Upgrade old 100a electrical service to 200a , move transfer switch from the closet to the outside , move all the wires from the sub panel to the main new panel, add smoke detectors where needed, dual function breakers and surge protection and bring the home to the existing electrical code
Call out for back up in the kitchen sink took apart the trap and cleaned out the trap and trap Connectors tested line is open and flowing at this time.

Installed Daikin fit heat pump high efficiency, air handler with all aluminum evaporator coli wi-fi touchscreen thermostat all new duct work in crawlspace for whole house.
Replace ceiling fans and troubleshoot fan not working
Performed customer two system fall heat homecare maintenance check Customer supplied qty 2: 16x25x5 media filters Did full evaluation of system for right side of house. Air handler is 5 years old, heat pump is 5 years old. Changed. (16x25x5) media filter. Blower wheel is clean, blower motor capacitor tested good, evaporator coil is clean. Heat strips are working properly. Checked outdoor system, contactor is showing signs of pitting but did test good, capacitor tested good. Condenser coils were very clogged and dirty, recommended cleaning, customer approved to have done today. Refrigerant levels tested good. Uv light working properly. System is heating at this time. Did full evaluation for system on right side of house. Gas furnace is 6 years old, ac and coil is 6 years old. Changed (16x25x5) media filter. Checked over all operations of system. Blower wheel starting to get mild dirt build up on it. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch tube port. Tested amps on inducer draft motor
I arrived to the customers home and they had a blockage inside their sewer line. Our drain technician came out and ran a machine, but was unsuccessful in the process of unclogging it. Around the sewer line is toilet paper and condoms. I ran the camera into the sewer line approximately 15 feet to run into a solid obstruction, which was not able to be identified through the camera. Given mud was pulled out of the sewer line. I would imagine that there’s cracked sewer line. The customer was given a price to excavate and repair the sewer line. The customer was provided an estimate to do the permanent repair. That estimate will be good for 30 days.
For this job, we worked on installing landscape light fixtures, new wire, and a 300 watt transformer. Checked all connections and voltage upon completing, everything is working properly. Provided and installed two floodlights in the backyard. Will return to install bath fan kit that was ordered. Left safety recommendations as well.
