Excellent Service!

Javier and his partner did a great job fixing an electrical box I dismantled! They even offered to hang my new light. On top of that when they found out that my HVAC guys were out to fix an issue with the electrical supply to the AC he offered to take a quick look at the fuse box that was serviced last week to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond and did a beautiful job in the light!

Fast and thorough job!!

Guillermo did a fantastic job! He diagnosed and completed the job on the same day and took time to explain everything he did. He also identified and addressed additional problems while he was here. I felt confident that he was listening to my concerns and providing a thorough diagnostic work up. I would absolutely have him out to work on my home again. Thank you!

Performed 1 system heating diagnostics on a 2000 Goodman 80% gas furnace. I found that the gas valve was bad. The gas valve was receiving 24 volts but would not open. Due to the age of the furnace I performed a heat safety check and found that the heat exchangers had several cracks. I took pictures of the cracks and showed the homeowner. The furnace is not safe to operate with the cracks in the heat exchangers; it’s a fire and carbon monoxide hazard. The flue pipe is not to code and is corroded and is falling apart. The flue pipe is single wall and not double wall. The homeowner has setup a time with an install supervisor to get an estimate to replace the furnace.

Our client reached out to us in reference to having water staining after filling their soaker tub up during the last storm. The staining is very minimal and also the leak cannot be recreated. However, the spout on our clients tub was slightly loose, and it could possibly been dripping through the tall spout down into the kitchen area. This area was silicone and the spout was replaced. We also placed a water test on the tub and recommended that to be watched for the next 24 hours to see if the stain will grow. There’s also an estimate estimate for a couple of the items that need attention and a follow up call will be conducted with our client January 29.

Today I replaced the existing half inch horsepower garbage disposal with a new unit. The homeowner was not home at the time of service, access was provided by his daughter. After installation, the disposal was tested for proper operation and check for leaks. The unit is operating correctly at this time

Customer toilet was given issues upstairs in the children’s bathroom after testing the entire bathroom group. I pinpoint it that it was a blockage in the toilet and it wasn’t a mainline blockage so I ran my cable to try to clear the blockage and after I ran it , I was able to Clear the wipes that was in the toilet and after testing everything was flowing normally with no backups

Direct to me today we replaced the toilet in the master bathroom. During the replacement, I observed that the toilet supply stop was original to the home and would not fully open or close. I advise the landlord that, due to the age and condition of the supply stop, the best option would be to replace it to help prevent future leaks to allow the toilet to be isolated without shutting water off to the entire home. This recommendation was discussed with the landlord only. At this time, the landlord elected to proceed with the toilet replacement only and declined replacement of the supply stop.

Upon arrival customer stated that heat had stopped working and that furnace was showing error codes. After inspection of 12 year old furnace found that system had a failed pressure switch. Pressure switch was filled with water. Primary heat exchanger has a lot of rusting inside the chamber, burners are rusted as well. The wheel for the inducer draft motor wobbles when spinning freely. Blower wheel is very dirty, blower motor capacitor is testing bad. The return duct run is not properly on system and needs to be re routed for proper air flow. Advised customer of pressure switch failure on system, gave customer estimate for repair, advised customer er that supply house had to order pressure switch and it won’t be in until tomorrow after on early Thursday morning. Advised customer that pressure switch was not working due to water pulling into the switch damaging the switch, there is water holding inside the inducer draft motor housing. Secondary heat exchanger could be compromised but una

Existing sump and back up sump pumps did not work as intended during an extreme weather event (storm back in ‘24). This work would be to test normal function of both the pump and the back up and ensure they are capable of working under normal conditions
