Faced with inexplicable rising water bills, I contacted TE Certified to evaluate my toilets which I thought were the culprits behind the increase. Luis and Jose from TE arrived promptly, carefully listened to my concerns which they clearly understood. I expected them to get straight to the job and repair my toilets. Instead they outlined a plan to evaluate my entire house water usages to make sure they didn't miss any other problems. They efficiently did so and discovered my water line was leaking. Though I received the news with a deep sigh because I realized things were more complicated...and more expensive than I was prepared for...I really appreciated their going the extra mile to provide a complete picture of what actually was going on in my house. Yes, the toilets were problematic but the water line also was problematic and all things were repaired within a 24-hour period. Luis is a not only a wonderful skilled professional but he has great communicative and interpersonal prowess. I am a repeat customer of TE Certified Electrical. They have met both electrical and plumbing issues in my home with accuracy and efficiency - fixed the right way, the first time - at reasonable costs. They are my go-to for my home's needs. I highly recommend them.
TE Certified recently completed the installation of two heat pump systems in our home. From initial consultation to final cleanup, the process was handled with a high level of professionalism. Stephen, the HVAC Install Supervisor, provided a clear explanation of available options and outlined updates in HVAC technology since the original systems were installed over two decades ago. The installation teams—Aaron and Fransly for the downstairs unit, and Hunter and Jayden for the upstairs—took care to protect the home during the removal and installation process. They answered questions thoroughly and provided information that helped me understand how to operate the new systems. After the installation, I received a walk-through of the equipment and guidance on using the digital thermostats. The team ensured that all old equipment and packaging materials were removed, and the work areas were left clean and orderly. Although it's only been a few days since the installation, there is a noticeable improvement in indoor air quality. Based on this experience, and especially the way in which the service was provided, upgrading the systems appears to have been a worthwhile investment.
TE Certified is always very professional and friendly. They respond to your request quickly. I will continue to use them in the future!
Had Elijah come out to service our tankless water heater as part of a bi-annual preventative maintenance care to flush and descale the unit and to clean the filter and make sure there are no issues. Great service from TE as usual.
Great service. Excellent and knowledgeable technician in Chadwick Rowe
Devon was extremely knowledgeable about his electrical background. Plus he explained every aspect of what he was doing on his visit to my place. He figured out the faulty part and how it must have happened. Will request him again should I have another electrical problem!

Perfor 1 system inspection for whole home. Located in crawlspace. Found unit door switch bypassed, dirty blower, flue piping connected by mastic tape, dirty condenser, and a restriction in lineset causing refrigerant level to not equalize at shut down. Also pressures for high side were at a higher range. Due to nature of repairs and cost or repairs as well as age of unit Custimer opted to receive an estimate for replacement of the unit to get everything up to code. Unit may also need to be relocated. Customer was also considering expansion of home so may need to relocate lineset and condenser to the side of the home near crawl space entry. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Gfci protection, whole house surge protection, grounding system
The customer called out TE Certified plumbing 4/25/2025 due to Atlanta Gas Light performing a gas leak search on the customers gas line and was able to find a leak outdoors where the black iron pipe goes under ground. 4/28/2025 I arrived to the customers home and performed the gas line replacement coring a new penetration into the crawl space and running approximately 30 feet of gas line. I tied back in the main line where it branches off to feed individual appliances. I performed three separate gas tests at 15 psi, for 15 mins to ensure no gas leaks. All of the approved gas work has been completed and tested for leaks. A concern about the customer’s venting and open “box” on their vent line was addressed and there’s a risk of carbon monoxide but the customer declined any services. Also the customer was informed that TE Certified would not light the customer’s 1922 furnace due to the potential harm that may be caused relighting it. The customer understood and declined a professional
