Javier and his partner did a great job fixing an electrical box I dismantled! They even offered to hang my new light. On top of that when they found out that my HVAC guys were out to fix an issue with the electrical supply to the AC he offered to take a quick look at the fuse box that was serviced last week to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond and did a beautiful job in the light!

Guillermo did a fantastic job! He diagnosed and completed the job on the same day and took time to explain everything he did. He also identified and addressed additional problems while he was here. I felt confident that he was listening to my concerns and providing a thorough diagnostic work up. I would absolutely have him out to work on my home again. Thank you!

Customer has 15 y/o Tempstar system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. Performed routine maintenance inspection of furnace only. No noise detected. During inspection gas valve failed causing no heat. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Heat exchanger is rusted. Poor combustion. Rusted burners. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Damaged return duct. No form of water protection. Recommend iWave-R Air ionizer to purify air and prevent duct buildup. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Convert 240v electric cooktop , to a 120v outlet for gas cooktop
Home care sign up. Came out due to water in the emergency drain pan on the main floor unit. Tested all drain lines and condensate pump. System is draining properly into the pump and the pump is also draining to the exterior of home. Took video of water coming out the drain line outside by the outdoor unit. There were leftover shop towels in the auxiliary pan that were still completely soaking wet on arrival. I vacuumed the water out with the shop vac ran system for over 45 minutes. Water did not start piling up again and pump went off 2 to 3 times during this run time. The system is heating and draining properly more than likely was the excess water underneath the system that could not be vacuumed out last visit. It is not warm enough for that water to evaporate. The unit is in a closet in the garage. Customer stated he will keep an eye on it now that the shop towels are out and would call us back if too much water develops in the pan.
