Javier and his partner did a great job fixing an electrical box I dismantled! They even offered to hang my new light. On top of that when they found out that my HVAC guys were out to fix an issue with the electrical supply to the AC he offered to take a quick look at the fuse box that was serviced last week to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond and did a beautiful job in the light!

Install ceiling fan box and redo connections
Came out for water damage to ceiling possibly from HVAC equipment. Customer has 3 2016 Trane Heat Pumps, only 1 in attic above damaged area. Inspected system and could not get to drain right above problem area. Confirmed the drain does run over problem area however cant exactly confirm issue without cutting into ceiling. Pumped out drain from outside to see if there was any water due to it being winter and customer hasn't ran AC in a while. Removed a lot of condensate out of line. This let me know water constantly sits in there during heating season and line does not slope properly. Inspected entire system and everything operational just drain issue and outdoor unit has dirt and debris could use cleaning. For current equipment recommended changing filters, chemically washing outdoor unit as well as using emergency drain line as new main drain then capping off old one. Emergency line is very short and would not have this same issue. However main recommendation is to have Install Supervi
For this job, we preformed a troubleshoot on a lighting and outlet circuit. We replaced a defective breaker.
Install new outlet in back yard deck , install 5 new path lights with transformer and smart plug along with wireless switch.install string lights,
Called out for toilet, not working properly gave estimate to do minor rebuild and to replace toilet. Customer agreed to minor rebuild performed work tested no leaks at this time. Unable to access water heater.
Install flood lights at front porch and garage with switches
Customer has 10 y/o Goodman system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System is not heating due to bad gas valve. Noticed inducer motor is also overheating and running high amperage. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Flue vent is bad. Return duct is damaged. No water protection is present. Drain line is sitting flat to the ground with poor pitch. Recommend UV BlueTube to protect evaporator coil. System is no longer under warranty. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Arrived and found that the sewer gas odor is coming from the upstairs bathroom studor vent which is installed inside the Attic and there is only one vent venting the whole bathroom. Replace existing studor vent and cut in a second at the washing machine box. Ran water through all drains for several minutes waited outside for a while and went back in and was not able to smell any sewer gas.
Replace (1) Decora Switch Splice wires for the damaged neutral wire I grounded the box to the device
Came out because the customer was concerned about airflow in home. After fully diagnosing the system we found that the current ductwork is inadequate. We found that the system only had two returns, one located in the hallway and one pulling fresh air from outside the house. We went into the attic and found that none of the return ducts for the bedrooms were attached to the system. We also found that the master suite had no return. Two of the rooms had very long duct runs and weren’t getting any airflow. We also found that the upstairs thermostat shared the same wall with the air-handler so it would satisfy well before the rooms and would need to be relocated. Ultimately we will need to redo the entire ductwork for the upstairs.
Called out to install two customer supplied toilets performed work, tested both toilets. Both are working properly with no leaks at this time. installed new fill valves on both toilets and new repair flanges for both flanges as courtesy.
