Hubert is a fine person and truly excellent technician. He has recently uncovered shoddy work by previous workers that posed a serious risk to our home. I can’t say enough about him!!!
Jonah is a first rate technician. He is also a very personable individual. I always ask for him when my HVAC system needs maintenance.
Consistency is the common denominator in all our experiences with TE Cettified, no matter which technician is assigned to our appointment. Very knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented, Armando clearly explained his diagnosis and the different options available. Excellent experience.
Joel and Tim were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They were very respectful of my home and did a great job.
Our technician, Mason Gooksey, was amazing. Thorough, patient, listened to our thoughts and concerns, and did a wonderful job. Efficient and meticulous as well. Very good first time with TE experience!
Devon is truly the kindest, most professional technician I have ever dealt with. He communicated clearly about everything he was doing and what he accomplished each day. He was punctual and always made sure to let me know when he was on his way and exactly what time he would arrive. He cleaned up and secured everything each day. The entire experience from start to finish was impeccable. I could not have asked for a better experience with Devon (and Martin).
Absolutely knowledgeable and respectful. I will definitely use your company again.
Mario installed an electrical line and outlet to support a sump pump installation. He arrived early, gave me 2 options to complete the work, and coordinated with the sump pump installers to complete the needed installation. Thank you!
Terrance was great. Informative, thorough in both the work itself and the cleanup after, and overall very pleasant to work with. We discussed some other potential projects down the line, and I would most definitely work with him again and recommend TEC to others.
Both Martin and Wilson were great! Great communication about timing of the visit. Clearly explained various options. Highly competent and friendly. My go-to for any future projects!

Our client reached out to us to have a gas line installed for a portable home generator. We also spoke about the incoming water pressure for the home and the customer declined to have it reconciled at this time. The new fuel line was installed and tested leaks, and no leaks were found. Our work is documented with photos and all piping is painted.

Came for a warranty call. When came in thermostat was flashing due to water leaking I. The drain on and activating safety switch. Drain line was cleared, but water was leaking from tread pissed attached to evaporator, evaporator is also creating a lot of condensation due to the humidity and poor attic insulation. Proceed to replace pvc thread piece also re sealed the drain line and evaporator and added insulation to the line to prevented from sweating. Also found biological growth trying to spread through system, let costumer know about this issues and gave her options. Costumer decided to move forward with enhancement. Work was done and tested. System is now working properly. Thank for choosing TE Certified!
No cool call. Furnace switch was left off. A thorough diagnostic was conducted to eliminate future issues. Found a dirty blower wheel, failing dual capacitor, and substandard flood protection. Homeowner has another company that performs their annual hvac service but called us due to quick response. I left a homecare booklet and discussed our homecare plan.
