After arriving, Mr Tyrell informed me of the leaking bathroom sink drain and the leaking kitchen faucet, both located in the basement. During my inspection, I found the pop-up drain assembly at the bathroom sink was failing and not functioning properly & in need of immediate replacement. I also found the kitchen faucet to be in need of replacing. It was steadily dripping and also leaking through to the cabinet below. Both have failed due to normal wear and tear. Also gave estimates for new Whole home filtration system with a free PRV replacement to protect the new filter along with the rest of the home. Water pressure to the home is at 132 psi which is way over the high level of 80 psi. PRV NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY!!!

Customer has been using someone to perform all their repairs for many years. It appears that whoever they use had recently done a gas valve, a new furnace control board and some other parts as well. The furnace was misaligned and the gas manifold was not inserted into the burners completely and triggered a rollout switch. The furnace control board was wired improperly and so heat cycle would not start. Ran combustion test. This furnace is not safe to operate and needs to be replaced. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Troubleshoot kitchen island outlets and countertop gfi not working properly. Install ceiling fan in daughter’s room. Replaced 4 smoke/carbon detectors throughout the home. Replaced 2 kitchen island outlets. Replaced kitchen counter top gfi to the right of stove. The ceiling fan that we installed had a poor design/ defective blades. It wobbled anytime the speed was medium or high. I made homeowner aware of issue. She will purchase a new fan and have us reinstall it when we come back to install fan in son’s room. Spoke with service manager and I was authorized I can give a discount. $100 discount for reinstalling fan in daughter's room. I also told homeowner I’d troubleshoot door bell at no cost. Everything else tested and working properly.
