For this job, I rendered leak detection services and detected no leak on the customer side of the meter however, there is a substantial leak on the county side of the meter. We isolated the line from the meter to the main shut off inside there was no water loss. Only the water on the county side was apparent. At the customers behest we did pressurize the main line with compressed air to 40 psi the line held fast no air did escape the line pressurized service line and held for more than 15 minutes.

Performed 1 system inspection for buyer of home. Found dirty filter, no te flood protection, secondary drain tied into primary drain, dirty condenser, failed dual capacitor, no doghouse on lineset and hole where lineset exit is not sealed with spray foam, unit is operational and 7 years old. No major issues found at this time. Recommend joining homecare when home is purchased and also adding IAQ to system to elongated its life and prevent growth in air handler.

Checked both heating and cooling. All systems operating.
