We received several estimates from different companies to replace our water pump… some even charging less than TE Certified. However, we went with TE because when Ben came out he provided a detail estimate and review and gave a couple of options. He did not up-sale much and was pretty straightforward. On the day of service, Ben was prompt, professional, and polite. He installed our new water heater without delay. This is our second time using TE Certified- we used them for some electrical work in the past and the gentleman that came out then was just as professional and polite.

Customer has 7 y/o Trane system that operates for whole house. System was not heating due to very dirty flame sensor. Removed and cleaned flame sensor. Tested heating. Noticed that blower wheel is dirty. Recommend water protection upgrade. Recommend iWave-R Air Ionizer to combat dust, eliminate odors and purify air. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Signed up for HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for no heat for the main unit. Found heat strip kit burned and electrical wiring loose in the cabinet, failed run cap, dirty blower, whip and disconnect will need to be replace. Unit is 12 years old. Due to age of system and systems being out of warranty recommend replacement instead of repair. Upstairs unit is the same age. Could consider replacing both to get under warranty. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replaced the leaking gas 50 gallon water heater in the garage performed well necessary code updates including strapping the expansion tank to the wall and fully insulating the pipes.
Troubleshoot multiple gfi’s not working. Addressed all electrical issues that were on the inspection report that were highlighted. Add cover to toggle switch in basement furnace area. Installed surge protectors, 1 on each panel. Replaced the gfi’s on deck screen porch wall. Replace the gfi to the right of the deck door. Install gfi by the garage door. Install gfi in the garage to the left of the kitchen door. Replaced gfi under the deck by the back door. Replaced gfi by the condenser unit. These type AC disconnects do not require a screw to hold the cover on. Everything tested and working properly. Smoke detectors expire 8/31
Installed customer supplied shower valve and hand held diverter along with rain shower head
Pull toilet and remove old wax ring. Replace wax ring with a new one and reset the toilet. Rebuild and replace interior parts and seals of toilet Replace builder grid toilet with new high-efficiency and taller toilet. Ensuring no leaks at drain connection during install.
Figure out why left kitchen countertop outlets do not work. Install new gfi in kitchen TE certified electricians is not responsible if tile cracks or breaks.
