Fantastic service by TE. Explained everything perfectly for installing our EV charger! The electricians were respectful, gave proper advice and did thorough work in a very timely manner. I would recommend TE services! Payton Wilson and his teammate did a great job! Price for installing the charger was 200-300 dollars cheaper than a competitor we had price for the same work. TE installed a GM PowerUp Level 2 charger. They made sure the vehicle was charging correctly prior to ending the job. Keep up the professional work TE!

Came in becuase system was not cooling properly. When testing system found that there was a lot of refrigerant missing which is sings that there is a leak in the system. Also found electrical components completely corroded and prompt to fail. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options, including a leak search or a system upgrade. Costumer decided to only add refrigerant in upstairs. Costumer understands that there is a leak on system and electrical components a prompt to fail. System is running at this times, however there are more issues that needs to be address. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

No cool call for single system home. Dual capacitor failed, contactor was in bad shape, and condenser coil was dirty. Compressor isn’t testing well either. Megohmmeter resistance is testing between caution and good windings. Homeowner approved replacing dual capacitor, contactor, and cleaning condenser coil as a band aid. Install supervisor has been scheduled for Monday to quote system replacement.
