Troubleshoot no power in garage and surrounding rooms Replace faulty gfci outlet in the garage
Replace Price Pfister shower cartridge and replace pressure regulator due to pressure being 115psi and PRV leaking.
Replaced leaking 1/3 hp disposal with new 1/2 hp disposal in kitchen, ran kitchen sink to test and ensure proper function. Also replaced upstairs delta shower cartridge that was continuously leaking.
Customer signed up for HomeCare Membership. Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 3 systems. Furnaces located in attic and basement. Air handler located in basement. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Cleared condensate drain line. Tested condensate drain pumps. Main level condensate pump is failing. Flue venting for main level system is also incorrect single wall. Basement air handler has significant presence of mold. Recommend UV BlueTube for mold prevention. Blower wheel is very dirty. Water protection is inefficient. Disconnect for air handler is melted. Run capacitor is also weak. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Informed customer of all findings.

Replaced 15 year old leaking 66 gallon water heater with new 50 gallon water heater and tank booster mixing valve. Replacement included new pan, pan drainage, expansion tank and strap, new heater ball valve for service, and all new copper and fittings. Also replaced all MOEN trim in upstairs hall guest bath with all new cs trim. Tub spout, trim plate, handle, cartridge, shower head nipple and shower head. Tub spout and trim plate bases sealed with clear caulk. Water turned on to test all replacements and repairs to ensure proper function.
For this job, I worked on helping Logan by running a new dedicated 20 amp circuit to his new basement movie room. installed four outlets, tested voltage and connections after. everything is working properly. Also left a recommendation for him to replace his panel or do a service upgrade that will include a panel as well due to corrosion in his panel by main lugs, as well as most breakers and neutral bar.
