Great work on a cold day

We received several estimates from different companies to replace our water pump… some even charging less than TE Certified. However, we went with TE because when Ben came out he provided a detail estimate and review and gave a couple of options. He did not up-sale much and was pretty straightforward. On the day of service, Ben was prompt, professional, and polite. He installed our new water heater without delay. This is our second time using TE Certified- we used them for some electrical work in the past and the gentleman that came out then was just as professional and polite.

Excellent Service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from TE Certified Plumbers I had a great experience with TE Certified Plumbers during a recent repair on my kitchen sink. From scheduling to completion, everything was smooth and professional. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and walked me through the solution before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the area was left clean and organized afterward. What really stood out was the level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right the first time. I highly recommend TE Certified Plumbers for anyone needing reliable, high-quality plumbing service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Fantastic service!

Anthony was our plumber and he was wonderful! He educated us on so many aspects of plumbing. We learned that our water pressure was in a good range. He gave us options for repair. He listened to my questions and gave me direct honest answers. Anthony is an asset to TE plumbing. I will use TE again and request Anthony to be our technician.

Replace 3 older toilets Clear 2nd floor bathroom sink Customer called us out cause they were experiencing intermittent blockages in 2nd floor master and hallway toilet. Upon arrival we noticed toilets were a bit old. We tested bathroom groups for a mainline issue. After running water for a long period of time, only the toilets were being affected. I tested main floor bathroom group to ensure it had proper flow. We noticed the 2nd floor hallway bathroom sink was experiencing a blockage causing slow drain. We replaced both 2nd floor toilets and restored proper flow in sink drain. We tested for leaks and were successful.

Found that transformer, replaced and tested unit to find out that gas valve cycles on and off like it either has a bad flame sensor or pressure switch however, this is not the case. It appears that the gas valve loses power, but nothing else is triggering it. The gas valve was recently replaced and it appears that the furnace control board is bad. The blower motor Has a bad bearing and motor does not freely spin. The unit is 23 years old and for this reason with the current condition and everything wrong, it is strongly recommended to consider upgrading unit. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Met with customer and spoke with her regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed us inside and to the master bathroom on the main level of the home. Customer states they have had a blockage/backup in their master bathroom for a long time. It originally started five years ago. Our company was out previously for a basement/whole house backup that was caused by a sewer issue outside. That issue has been resolved. This is a separate issue that is only affecting the master bathroom and powder room next to it. We inspected the bathrooms and confirmed the presence of a blockage. This blockage also caused the wax ring to blow out and leak a little water on the concrete floor of the basement underneath. We then presented the customer with an estimate to pull the toilet, clear the line, and reset the toilet. The customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. The stop valve for the toilet in the master bathroom would not shutoff so we pulled the toilet in the p

Customer has 7 y/o Trane system that operates for whole house. System was not heating due to very dirty flame sensor. Removed and cleaned flame sensor. Tested heating.
