Great service for EV Charger installation!

Fantastic service by TE. Explained everything perfectly for installing our EV charger! The electricians were respectful, gave proper advice and did thorough work in a very timely manner. I would recommend TE services! Payton Wilson and his teammate did a great job! Price for installing the charger was 200-300 dollars cheaper than a competitor we had price for the same work. TE installed a GM PowerUp Level 2 charger. They made sure the vehicle was charging correctly prior to ending the job. Keep up the professional work TE!

Knowledgeable

Nick, is very good at what he does! Although we didn’t find where our clean-out valve is located in our yard, or get our stoppage in our master shower rectified, Nick did go above and beyond to try and solve our issues. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very kind … a far cry from what our warranty company sent us 3 weeks prior.

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2004 comfortmaker hvac system that had a failed capacitor on the condenser. With the homeowner permission I replaced the failed capacitor. I ran the system in heat and cooling mode; tested the entire hvac system. The furnace is over 20 years old will what appears to be all original parts. The blower wheel and motor are in poor condition along with many other electrical parts in the furnace. The outdoor unit is running but at extremely high pressures due to its very old age and will burn itself out in the near future. The compressor. Condenser fan motor and contactor are in very poor condition. The AC system runs on obsolete r22 refrigerant which is no longer available. I advised the homeowner of the systems extreme age and its poor condition. *** I advised the home that we would roll the money spent today towards to costs of a new system purchased from us (TE certified) within the next 6 days from today’s date. *** The homeowner sent up a t

Upon arrival I met and talked with the customer who showed me the chandelier that they wanted to have changed. They also told me about an issue they were having with their Eco flow back up power system that was not properly charging. The customer decided to mount the crystals for the chandelier themselves and only needed the fixture mount. I successfully took down the old fixture, and after confirming height with the customer, I proceeded in mounting the new one. The install went perfectly, and I cleaned up the area. I then proceeded to call customer service for Eco flow, and after about an hours worth of diagnostic was not able to come to a solution.
