Below service for the cost

The quality of work is not what I expected for the price of the job had to correct the workers because the way they tried to force the panels to fit ,did not fit right because they were twisted,no pride in their work.If you’re not watching them and you don’t know what to look for you might get a crappy job , one worker that was supposed to know what he was doing, but was letting the trainee that he brought along to the work. would not recommend them.

I removed an old malfunctioning or circulation pump it replaced it with a Grafos unit. I also removed and replaced a faulty expansion tank and set the expansion tank to 58 psi to match the house sent customer email estimate for Halo H2 zero system. Customer is interested in whole house filtration

Closet auger toilet Customer was experiencing a clogged toilet. Tested for mainline blockage, toilet was only fixture being affected. Ran closet auger and was able to relief toilet and get proper flow. Tested with and without toilet paper. Clearing was successful.

Customer had a mainline blockage so switch backed up in both showers and both toilets, upon arrival I ran water and the main line was still backed up . So I pulled the toilet and ran my cable down and cleared the mainline blockage, next I ran water to make sure the blockage is gone, and after testing all the water flow normally with no back ups and no leaks, inspection scheduled for tomorrow between 11 and 2 o’clock

Clear blockage in sink, k45 cable Customer was experiencing a partial blockage affecting sink. Cleared blockage by taking pTrap off and running k45 cable. Brought back a lot of cast iron sludge, gunk/hair. Successfully cleared blockage. Tested for leaks. I During our visit, a mainline blockage reappeared in bathroom toilet affecting whole basement. We cleared mainline blockage on Oct28. Went ahead and pulled toilet and Recleared. Landlord is now on board for a camera inspection to investigate further and provide a long term solution.

Tested system not heating for the main level of the home. Found system has a failed gas valve that is not opening. Customer also stated that they regularly have to turn the system off and turn it back on to hard reset the system in order for it to heat. Noticed that this was due to overheating while the furnace was running because the system is lacking return air. While I was here, I inspected the heat exchanger and found that there is separation at the joint where the tubes of the heat exchanger meet the inducer chamber. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Pull toilet, clear blockage. Customer was experiencing a blockage in basement bathroom. Was able to clear blockage. Pulled toilet, ran k400 machine In drain, cleared blockage. Pulled back hair and femime hygiene products. Cleared blockage, tested for leaks. Clearing successful! Customer did not choose to go with Camera inspection.
