Great Service!

Jordon was wonderful! Got my job done in a day, was incredibly thoughtful about making the wiring look good (they ran a line outside to a separate part of my house), and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.

Great Service, Friendly Technicians

Jason was incredibly helpful and friendly in helping me get my storm damage addressed. I ended up having to get more work done than I realized due to county codes, but he explained the entire process and was professional and communicative the entire time.

Spectacular Service!

I can’t say enough good things about TE Certified or my electrician, Isaac. The first thing I love is that they schedule you (quickly) for a free quote and also schedule time in for the technician to complete the work the day they give you the quote if you so choose! So convenient. I got multiple reminders and heads ups about the appointment. Isaac arrived right on time, was pleasant, helpful, and so accommodating. He walked me through the whole quote and what to expect, let me know when he would be having to use tools and make noise (so as not to spook me or the cat), and cleaned up everything afterwards. He even looked at another unexpected electrical issue that had popped up since I scheduled for the quote and took photos/gave me an estimate to come back and complete that work if I was interested. He got everything completed and working perfectly! Thanks, Isaac!

Expert Recommendations, Top Quality Professional Service

TE Certified is professional all the way. They set the bar for presentation, expertise and customer service. I've had them out twice and the experience was the same both times with different electricians. In my book that shows they are well run and know their industry well. Recently, I wanted to inspect the safety of the electrical system in my 1950s era house - you never know with many owners and many DIY additions. I had a competing quote for work on my house for SEVEN times the amount TE ultimately charged calling for a complete rewiring of my home and new breaker panel. This all came down to expertise and education. My electrician, Wesley, was an expert in local code requirements and grandfathering rules. He recommended a modern grounding system as the only essential improvement and recommended other steps I may want to take in the future. He installed it on a hot summer morning in my attic and crawlspace. Professional and courteous the entire time. Highly Recommended for any electric work!

Came out to perform an inspection, and the customer declined the decline the full inspection. The customer stated that he is a renter and he only needed the filter changed. Upon changing out the filter, we noticed that the flute pipe from the furnace was corroded and rusted out. The flute pipe being open and exposed like this is allowing allowing carbon monoxide to seep into the home.

Just completed upgrade from old 100A fuse box to modern 200A Square D panel. Coordinated with utility for service disconnect/reconnect. Installed new grounding system meeting current code. Labeled all circuits clearly. Added whole-home surge protection as requested. Inspection passed first time - no violations! Power restored to home by 3pm as promised. Old knob & tube wiring in kitchen area should be addressed soon - provided separate quote for that work. Much safer system now with room for future expansion.

Responded to no cooling call, thermostat was calling for ac. Indoor board was indicating that there was a call for cooling. The indoor fan and condenser were not running. Previous tech made sure all wires were tight, I double checked. All wires are good. Condenser board had an error code indicating low pressure lockout. Did a communication reset between indoor and outdoor units. System started up. Let system run for 35-40min pressure are good, temperature dropped over 5 degrees. Suspect system stopped working due to a power drop and needed to be reset.
