He saw a filter in my house and picked it up to take to install it without asking I asked him to set it down
Jordon was wonderful! Got my job done in a day, was incredibly thoughtful about making the wiring look good (they ran a line outside to a separate part of my house), and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.
Response from TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling:
We are glad to hear that your service went well! Thank you for trusting us with your electrical project.
Jason was incredibly helpful and friendly in helping me get my storm damage addressed. I ended up having to get more work done than I realized due to county codes, but he explained the entire process and was professional and communicative the entire time.
I can’t say enough good things about TE Certified or my electrician, Isaac. The first thing I love is that they schedule you (quickly) for a free quote and also schedule time in for the technician to complete the work the day they give you the quote if you so choose! So convenient. I got multiple reminders and heads ups about the appointment. Isaac arrived right on time, was pleasant, helpful, and so accommodating. He walked me through the whole quote and what to expect, let me know when he would be having to use tools and make noise (so as not to spook me or the cat), and cleaned up everything afterwards. He even looked at another unexpected electrical issue that had popped up since I scheduled for the quote and took photos/gave me an estimate to come back and complete that work if I was interested. He got everything completed and working perfectly! Thanks, Isaac!
Issac was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the type of installation I needed and the requirements for my EV.
TE Certified is professional all the way. They set the bar for presentation, expertise and customer service. I've had them out twice and the experience was the same both times with different electricians. In my book that shows they are well run and know their industry well. Recently, I wanted to inspect the safety of the electrical system in my 1950s era house - you never know with many owners and many DIY additions. I had a competing quote for work on my house for SEVEN times the amount TE ultimately charged calling for a complete rewiring of my home and new breaker panel. This all came down to expertise and education. My electrician, Wesley, was an expert in local code requirements and grandfathering rules. He recommended a modern grounding system as the only essential improvement and recommended other steps I may want to take in the future. He installed it on a hot summer morning in my attic and crawlspace. Professional and courteous the entire time. Highly Recommended for any electric work!
Tech arrived to perform one time maintenance on system in home. System is zoned between upstairs and downstairs. Unit in attic had water in pan and single flood pan safety didn’t trip system. Made customer aware and presented options. Customer agreed to HomeCare plan paid in full, wet switch, SS2 safety switch and condensate drain line flush. Unclogged line, added union, clean out, and flushed line with cleaner and bacterial solution. Verified no more restrictions. Added SS2 and wet switch in series with flood pan safety and verified operations. Removed as much bacteria in evaporator coil pan as possible. Once cleaned. Tested heat. Heating operations are verified. Tested cooling. Cooling operations are verified. Drain line is draining. Outdoor unit is dirty and in need of cleaning in future. System is operational at techs departure. Thank you for letting TE Certified service your home.
Replaced water heater from gas to electric
Perform one system home care on a 2023 gas furnace, AC and coil. This system has all TE standard flood protection. Checked over the IQ products to ensure proper function, at this time there is no UV protection on the system. Clear drain line with mighty pump and tested with 2 gallons of water. Upon inspection of the outdoor system, found that the capacitor and contactor both were within range, the outdoor coil had dust debris and needed to be clean, all refrigerant levels are good. Upon inspection of the indoor system, customer is changing her own 20 x 25 x 4 filter, the blower will clean, the indoor coil is clean, sensor is clean, the inducer report is clear. At this time system is working properly with heat and AC. On today’s visit customer only approved outdoor coil cleaning since we are still currently using the AC.
