Customer called us out for a main drain line issue. When lots of water is being used specifically from the upstairs bathroom, the basement level toilet will not flush and operate properly. I will attempt to remove stoppage. We are recommending the customer contact a septic company. If the septic is not the issue, the customer will call us back for further diagnosis and possible spot repair. Customer is very satisfied with our service.

For this job I did an electrical system inspection. I checked the meter base and main panel and mast pipe. The mast pipe is bent with the angle of the roof line. But it was originally installed that way and was not damaged what so ever. I spoke with Sawnee EMC dispatch and they have notes of this mast pipe being this was in the past years. Customer is waiting on inspection from Forsyth county. Sawnee will re connect once inspection has passed.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. On arrival the toilet was already pulled and customer had previously ran a cable machine down the line. I ran water to test drainage pipes for 15 minutes and had nothing back up. I recommended having a sewer supervisor come out and run a camera down the line but the customer wants to wait and see if the problem happens again. I reset the toilet for the customer with a new wax ring, closet bolts, china caps, and a supply line. Tested toilet to ensure it was operating correctly and cleaned up the area.

The recirculation pump on the Rinnai RL75 is no longer functioning. During the diagnosis found that the pump and clock are functional. Contacted Rinnai and talked with a technical specialist, checked the dip switches, and narrowed the problem down to either the fuse for the recirculation on the board, or the PCB Board itself. The fuse was tested and even replaced and the recirculation did not function. At this point the operation of the pump is likely a bad PCB Board according to the Rinnai Specialist, and should be replaced. Replaced existing, leaking, expansion tank with new expansion tank. RINNAI PCB Board part# 104000233

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Found outdoor unit not coming on but making humming sound. Found bad capacitor and dirty condenser coil. Replaced capacitor and cleaned condenser coil. Recommend adding flood protection to the system. There is no drain pan under the unit and no water safeties on drain line or near bottom of the unit to stop potential water damage. Checked refrigerant levels. System has 17 degree difference. 69 supply and 86 return. System is short on return but is in garage closet.

For this job customer stated the GFCI breaker to the pool pump stared tripping. It would work intermittently and then finally would not reset. After inspecting the wiring and the pool panel everything looked as it should. We replaced the breaker and everything is functioning as it should. Recommended calling pool company to check the pump motors if the problem persist. Customer has surge protector on the pool panel.
