First and only expert that told me I have a dual zone in the house and the reason for one side of the house always being cold was due to the fact that one zone was closed.

Today we installed a customer supplied specialty toilet in the first floor master bathroom. The existing toilet was carefully removed and properly disposed of. We also replaced the existing toilet supply stop and installed. The customer supplied toilet supply line. After installation, the toilet was flushed multiple times and all connections were thoroughly inspected to ensure there are no leaks. At this time, the toilet is operating properly and functioning as designed.
Homeowner noticed that the water pressure in the home had spiked recently. Tested the pressure and found it to be 125psi. Homeowner was also interested in a while home water monitoring system, and the bladder in the expansion tanks were found to burst. Shut off the water to the home and drained the system down. Installed a new Watts PRV, and Moen Flo water monitoring system. Removed the two 2 gallon expansion tanks and installed one 4 gallon expansion tank mounting to the wall. In the Master Bathroom the toilet fill valve and flapper were replaced. Pressurized the system, removed the air from the lines, set the pressure to 65 and put the system back in service.

Replace failing fill valve Customer was experiencing a failing fill valve in the hallway toilet on the main floor. Upon arrival I tested the bathroom group to test for mainline issue, after running water for a long period of time only the toilet was being affected. I flushed the toilet and I noticed the fill valve had a bit of a leak, which would cause a slow filling. I replaced the failing fill valve and I tested again by flushing and we restored proper fill. I ensured each drain in the home was draining properly.
Install surge protection inside the main panel and sub panel Take down light over counter for home owner to get it repaired Separate double tap neutral
Clear blockage in master sink on 2nd floor Replace fill valve on master toilet on 2nd floor Clear blockage in master toilet on 2nd floor Bottle on Endure for preventive maintenance Customer was experiencing a blockage in the master toilet on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival I tested the whole bathroom group for a mainline issue, after running water for a long period of time only the toilet was being affected. During my inspection I noticed a slow draining sink in the master bathroom and I also noticed the toilet was filling up slow as well. I inspected all the drains in the home and everything had proper flow. I used the auger to clear the blockage in the toilet, replaced the fill valve, and cleared the master sink blockage. We were successful in doing the work and I tested for leaks and ensured everything had proper flow.
My clients were concerned about the water coming out of the fridge being milky. I checked for leaks and eventually pulled out the fridge and purged the ice maker line. We tested the water and it seems to be significantly better. My clients were happy and we put the fridge back. Water heaters are 6 years old. Water pressure was at 85 psi. Dynamic testing shows both the expansion tank and PRV are failing. I left several options for replacement and gave some options on whole home filtration that my clients had interest in.
