Jason Rocks!

Jason came out yesterday to repair a leaking furnace. I could not have asked for better service. he worked diligently and explained everything thoroughly . he did a great job. I always use TE for any repairs because they are great! Also, this happen on a sunday evening and I was able to call and Customer Service had Jason out here first thing Monday morning! They are a joy to deal with!

Outstanding work today

Was able to get a next day appointment for a non-emergency plumbing issue. Chris was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs same day. Take apart pTrap assembly, attempt to find battery that fell into drain, and clean sink pTrap. Took apart pTrap, we were able to find battery, removed from drain, cleaned rest of pipe. Customer satisfied. Service scheduled to come out for a leaking PRV connected to water heater.

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on mainfloor 2015 Lennox system. Found that system has a refrigerant leak and the unit was frozen. With the homeowners permission I defrosted the system and performed a leak search. I found a leak in the evaporator coil. Customer signed off on getting new evaporator coil. The coil will be available Monday for the repair.

For this job, we removed and replaced 3 toilets in the home. One in the basement, and two upstairs, one in the master bathroom, and one in the guest bathroom. We also installed a new moen shower valve in the master bathroom shower. We replaced the failed expansion tank, and pressure regulator with a new watts 25aub. Customer called me out for multiple fixture back up. Upon arrival looked at there septic tank which has standing water in it and around it. I tested the fixtures that were backing up and the only one that wouldn’t drain was the downstairs basement toilet. I ran an ungodly amount of water in the house and was getting flow to the clean out outside. I tried auguring the toilet but with no success. Customer wanted to get septic company out first before trying to pull and clear the toilet with a cable machine. Toilet was not draining at all during visit. (customer said she would call back when ready to proceed)

Upper Level System - Not cooling. System not cooling due to the low voltage wire to the AC had been cut. Georgia power was out yesterday and must have cut the wire and disconnected it inside of the system and wire nutted the 2 contactor wires together. I extended the cut wire and sealed all connections. Main/upper level - Not cooling System not cooling due to a failed dual capacitor on the outdoor unit. This failed component is preventing the compressor from turning on. Also observed that both 16-25-1 filters were dirty. This is a single stage builder grade system that is zoned to condition both the main and upper level. This equipment is not designed to handle zooming and the system will see other premature failures due to this application. Today the homeowner decided to go with option A, the immediate repair. I replaced the failed components and tested the equipment, also replaced the 16-25-1 filters as a courtesy.
