Old water heater developed a leak. Found TE Certified via Google search. Noted their 4.9 rating with over 17,500 reviews. At about 8:00pm called their office and was fortunate enough to speak with their customer service rep. After explaining my situation an appointment was made for the next day for a certified plumber to come by. The next day I was kept up to date on the status of our assigned plumber and he showed up right on the scheduled time. Jacob and Simon (plumber and his assistant) were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. After surveying the situation Jacob created several options. My wife and I chose one of his recommendations and they commenced to remove the old water heater and install the new one. A super professional job with all questions answered and paperwork submitted. Thank you Jacob, Simon, and TE Certified for a great job.
I have used TE Certified many times and they have always been great to work with. Very efficient and I trust the company to do a good job.
Nathan provided me great service. He presented several options to repair my ceiling fan. He even showed me a ceiling fan remote control kit to order thru Amazon. The new remote works great and operated my fan perfectly.
