I like the text TE sent out with the name and picture of the electrician coming to my home. Phil came yesterday and told us what needed to be done. Ty came back today and once he had collected all the materials he needed worked diligently until the job was finished.

My Technician’s name is Gavin Torres. He provided me with several (no pressure to buy) options. The initial visit was no cost. He patiently listened and informed me that I needed a new water heater. After he left I call another company who send their technician to assess and he too informed me that I needed a new water heater but his information came at a cost. When you’re confident about your profession it will manifest itself in many ways. Customer service and customer satisfaction is everything. Thank you Gavin. TE Certified will leave you satisfied. ✅

Setting up the appointment was very easy and communication with the office. Staff and electrician were seamless and incredibly accurate. Jose took time to explain his findings and what he was going to do with repairing the issue. Very pleased and will use TE Certified Electrical again.

I had TE Certified come out to perform an electrical inspection after my insurance company sent out StrikeCheck. Our client reached out to us in reference to having a slightly elevated water bill. After doing a test to separate the house from the water meter of determine there’s a leak on the waterline outside of the home. This particular water piping that was used for the water service appears to be failing and how to recommend replacing. A new water service will be installed next week.
Performed 2 separate leak searches in home
Performed $29 inspection on one system. Noticed blower wheel is dirty, system doesn’t have a water safety on the condensate drain, recommend wet switch to ensure no water issues, condenser coil is dirty, and low on 410a.
Found water dpressure to be 150psi. Replaced prv. Found water heater to be hooked up poorly, repiped water heater and replaced thermal expansion tank. Replaced both master bath pop up assemblies. Installed cs master bathroom toilet, replaced stop valve at same toilet.
Replaced the kitchen faucet and 2 straight stops under kitchen sink
Installed two customer supplied thermostats and verified operation in both heat and cooling.
Replaced straight stop in bathroom by the garage
