My Technician’s name is Gavin Torres. He provided me with several (no pressure to buy) options. The initial visit was no cost. He patiently listened and informed me that I needed a new water heater. After he left I call another company who send their technician to assess and he too informed me that I needed a new water heater but his information came at a cost. For this job and did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner discovered leak in the bathroom underneath the slab, underneath the wall that separates the bathroom from the adjacent closet
Replaced pressure reducing valve and main water shut off valve. Pressure is 65 PSI.
Found disconnect low voltage wire for ecm blower motor. I hooked it back up; found no other mechanical issues with the system. I checked the zoning, refrigerant pressures, blower motor, compressor and condenser fan motor and strip heat. I did find black biological growth inside the air handler; UV light is recommended to treat the black growth. I also recommend updating flood protection system for the hvac system and a homecare maintenance program. The homeowner declined all estimates at the time of service call.
Replaced 50 gallon electric water heater. Installed new water heater pan, water moisture alarm, service shut off valve, thermal expansion tank (strapped) and insulated water lines. No leaks, water is getting hot. Pressure is 80 , returning next Tuesday to replace pressure reducing valve.
Troubleshoot Garage Circuit without power
Cleared blockage in kitchen sink by removing tubular p trap and tee. Tubular tee and p trap were filled with junk and debris.
Mounted frame tv in great room, installed arc fault outlet to the right of tv.
