From appointment to service. The best.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and communication with the office. Staff and electrician were seamless and incredibly accurate. Jose took time to explain his findings and what he was going to do with repairing the issue. Very pleased and will use TE Certified Electrical again.

Awesome technician

I had a great experience with TE HVAC. My technician, Jonah, was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable during the inspection of my HVAC system. He quickly identified the issue and clearly explained a detailed plan of service to address it. I also appreciated that he informed me about their 24-month interest-free financing option—something I wasn’t even aware was available. This made the repair process much more manageable. I’m very happy I chose TE, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Top Tier

I had TE Certified come out to perform an electrical inspection after my insurance company sent out StrikeCheck. I wanted a second opinion because I didn’t feel confident in the first inspection—and I’m so glad I did. Phil from TE Certified was my technician, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough, professional, kind, and incredibly patient. He took the time to walk me through everything, answer all my questions, and ease my concerns. What really stood out is how much StrikeCheck missed. Phil found several issues that had been completely overlooked, and he provided clear, honest feedback and recommendations without pushing anything unnecessary. I truly felt like he had my best interest at heart, and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. If you’re dealing with insurance claims or just want a trustworthy second opinion, I highly recommend TE Certified. Their professionalism and attention to detail—especially from Phil—made all the difference.

Arrived found unit cycled off. Checked evaporator coil and the blower wheel are clean. Heater is operating. Customer changed filter 16 x 25 x 1. Found water residue on return Plenum. Possibly caused by water condensating off PVC drain line. PVC drain line does not have insulation. Neither does supply Plenum. Checked capacitor, contactor, and pressures. All are within manufacturer specs. Recommend wrapping PVC drain with Arma flex and replacing supply Plenum.

Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found main level Trane to be 10 years old. Variable speed blower motor failure. Blower wheel was compacted, outdoor unit was compacted, no te standard flood protection, and due to the amount of dirty in the blower wheel would also recommend a deep clean for the evaporator coil. Due to cost of repairs and age of system Custimer would like estimate for replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
