I like the text TE sent out with the name and picture of the electrician coming to my home. Phil came yesterday and told us what needed to be done. Ty came back today and once he had collected all the materials he needed worked diligently until the job was finished.

My Technician’s name is Gavin Torres. He provided me with several (no pressure to buy) options. The initial visit was no cost. He patiently listened and informed me that I needed a new water heater. After he left I call another company who send their technician to assess and he too informed me that I needed a new water heater but his information came at a cost. Setting up the appointment was very easy and communication with the office. Staff and electrician were seamless and incredibly accurate. Jose took time to explain his findings and what he was going to do with repairing the issue. Very pleased and will use TE Certified Electrical again.

System has a refrigerant leak. Decided and charged system with 410a. Customer to leave out of town and come back next week. Scheduled an install supervisor for Tuesday morning to replace system
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. After completing rewiring, the thermostat started the system on heat and cool. System is very low on refrigerant charge. We need a refrigerant leak search using nitrogen.. Client will contact hormone insurance to file. The claim on repairs after the leak search is performed.

Troubleshoot outlets not working in the kitchen and garage
For this job, we worked on replacing outlets and switches in the living room and one GFCI in the kitchen. Checked voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working perfectly. left recommendations to redevice the whole house, replace panel and new service to improve the safety of the home and bring it up to code electrically.
Outlet not working on the front. The GFCI is faulty it needs to be replaced.
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

The customer has been having backups periodically and two toilets. She informed me she does use a lot of toilet paper, but was concerned about the piping leading up to the septic tank. I provided the customer option to do a camera inspection to thoroughly check the integrity of their drainage system. Today I returned to do so, and there was no concerning areas of the Were found on the camera. I went over the benefits of water filtration with the customer and she was very interested although she did not have means of paying for it today and did not want to go financing route. I also discussed with the customer about endure drain maintainer and she requested a bottle for her home. The estimate for the water filter will be good for 30 days.
Call out for a back up home, pulled the guest toilet ran my machine to clear the line blockage was wipes and tissue ,tested thoroughly line is open and flowing at this time
Reinstalled kitchen sink: Took up existing sink, cleaned countertop and sink, put sink back down. Installed cs faucet. Replaced both basket strainers, replumbed tubular piping. Replaced hot and cold stops.
