Completed a system inspection on unit After completing full system inspection, found a problem with the low-voltage wire coming from the thermostat to the air handler not able to energize reverse valve out in the outdoor unit air conditioner, heat pump recommend to run a new low-voltage coming from the thermostat to the air handler and repair low-voltage going to the outdoor unit. The system is currently running on AC mode, not able to run on heat due to the reversing valve, not being energized. Client asked to please just leave the system running on cool for now and to to send them the quote for the new low-voltage wire. Also, it will be recommended to replace the thermostat even though the client bought a new Honeywell but the thermostat seem to have some problems I told him that they can always return it back to the store, and we will provide a new ecobee Third generation with the installation of running the wire and test everything and make sure the system is running before we wi

Excavate at house through cleanout. Remove and replace broken section of main sewer line. Install new exterior cleanout.
Pulled toilet on main floor ran the k400 75 feet and hit roots Customer explained water in the sink was backing up. The toilet was gurgling and the tub was flooding. On the left side of the house there is a clean out filled with mud.
Customer signed up for HomeCare Membership. Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on two systems. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Corrected drain line for systems. Replaced 16x25x1 and 16x20x1 filters. Noticed several detailed issues with main level system, which have been discussed with customer. Performed blower wheel cleaning for upper level system. Replaced 7.5 MFD capacitor and water protection for upper level. Performed condenser coil cleaning for upper level. Also, replaced 45/5 MFD capacitor for upper level condenser. Pressure levels were low for both system, however, main level more significant. Informed customer of all findings.
