My Technician’s name is Gavin Torres. He provided me with several (no pressure to buy) options. The initial visit was no cost. He patiently listened and informed me that I needed a new water heater. After he left I call another company who send their technician to assess and he too informed me that I needed a new water heater but his information came at a cost. I had TE Certified come out to perform an electrical inspection after my insurance company sent out StrikeCheck. Installed Brand new 14 inch return duct. Replaced outdoor compressor. Replace outdoor capacitor and contactor. Cleaned outdoor unit with coil cleaner. Installed new iwave. Installed new Bluetube. Installed new blower capacitor. System is fully operational at this time.
Customer has 2 y/o Goodman air handler matched with 6 y/o Goodman heat pump that operates for whole house. System was not cooling due to inoperable compressor caused by hard start kit. Whole house generator with Generac load shed module has been installed. Removed heard start kit to avoid compressor issues. Pressure levels were normal. System is currently working.
Customer called us out for dishwasher drain not draining. Cleared debris from discharge line.
System is leaking in the attic due to a frozen coil. This system is short on return and needs a whole 12 inch duct added. System also has subpar flood protections, and has failing starting components on the outdoor unit along with the compressor that we replaced last year is already failing. We will need to return to complete all repairs as well as replacing the compressor under warranty.
Installed new PRV in the storage room in the garage which is the right door set. PRV is close to 75 as could also replace the expansion tank which is in the garage next to the water heater the left door in the garage.

Miss Turner had a kitchen faucet that was leaking from an integral part of the faucet itself, we came in to replace that faucet as well as install two lavatory faucets in the master bathroom.

Replaced wash box. Swapped hot and cold lines so their position matches their temp.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the second floor hvac system is not working at all plus the smart thermostat ecobee is completely blank. After complete troubleshooting I found the indoor 40 Va transformer was burnt out. Homeowner approved repairs and replaced and install new 40 Va transformer plus install new in line 3 amp fuse at transformer to Protect new transformer test heat and cooling mode plus test emergency heat mode. Recommend routine maintenance plus recommend extra safety’s switches to prevent any water damage from clogged drain line. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the equipment.
