Replaced shower valve. Customer provided the fixture.
All necessary repairs. Removed and replaced leaking evaporator coil. Installed good flood protection and start assist to help compressor start up smooth and last longer. Repaired damaged thermostat wire in air handler. Checked operations. Uv light is off at this time because of damaged wires. Other company is supposed to move uv light to correct location.
Replaced uv bulb and tested. 2 year bulb. Replaced polarized filter and cleaned assembly. Extra 3 filters. Specially priced, because Scott is a family member of Eric.
-Installed new Standard 6 year Rheem electric WH with all required code upgrades and installation inspection. Re-pressurized water to the home, filled up water heater and bled all of the air from the plumbing system. Fired water heater and set temperature to 120°. Checked all work performed for leaks and proper functionality. Cleaned up work area.
Estimate is to replace main hvac system, upsize/add returns, add media filter, replace return stand and permit all work.
Removed existing flood lights and installed new RAB flood lights around the house. We installed new boxes for all flood lights. The flood lights at the front of the house are RAB motion lights. The two on the back of the house remained as standard floods. We also replaced an existing 100 amp breaker with a 60 amp Homeline breaker. The wire installed for this is only rated for 60 amps. We also separated neutrals at the main panel. We discussed installing smoke detectors in all the required locations as well as replacing all outdoor outlets with weather rated outlets and bubble covers. Everything is working upon completion.
Installed three customer provided ceiling fans. We had to replace three boxes with new ceiling fan rated boxes. We assembled and installed the new fans and set up the remotes. I also found the issue with the flood lights on the back of the house. The flood light on the left corner had a loose connection causing the two flood lights not to work. Once the connection was fixed, the flood lights started working again. I recommended to the homeowners to install boxes for all the flood lights around the home. We are also going to install new RAB flood lights throughout. Everything is working upon departure.
