Replace Light bulbs in fixture and replace switch
Was called out to this customers house for a slow draining sink. Upon inspection and doing some testing to ensure it wasn’t a mainline blockage we noticed under the sink that the stooter vent was not high enough and had gone bad. We recommend a service plumber to come out and fix the issue for them.
Replaced shower valve. Customer provided the fixture.
All necessary repairs. Removed and replaced leaking evaporator coil. Installed good flood protection and start assist to help compressor start up smooth and last longer. Repaired damaged thermostat wire in air handler. Checked operations. Uv light is off at this time because of damaged wires. Other company is supposed to move uv light to correct location.
Replaced uv bulb and tested. 2 year bulb. Replaced polarized filter and cleaned assembly. Extra 3 filters. Specially priced, because Scott is a family member of Eric.
-Installed new Standard 6 year Rheem electric WH with all required code upgrades and installation inspection. Re-pressurized water to the home, filled up water heater and bled all of the air from the plumbing system. Fired water heater and set temperature to 120°. Checked all work performed for leaks and proper functionality. Cleaned up work area.
