Homeowner wanted to change faucet but couldn’t remove supply lines. Supply lines are built into stop valves. I removed the old stop valves and replaced them with new quarter turn PEX stop valves. I reattached to the faucet with new stainless steel braided supply lines. Pressurized system and tested for leaks. Expansion tank on water heater has failed. Homeowner did not want to change the expansion tank at this time. No warranty on any work due to failed expansion tank.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new furnace. Today we came out for main level not heating 1999 Bryant 3 ton drive furnace. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked operations found control board not sending proper voltage to igniter. In addition heat exchanger has failed one of the eye lids is rusted out. Scheduled install supervisor due to furnace being over 20 years old

We wired in and a new 100 amp feeder to the exterior of the home and and installed a customer supplied new Nema 3 QO sub-panel for the hot tub. We wired in (1) 240v 20 amp GFCI protected circuit along with a 240v 30 amp GFCI protected circuit for the hot tub We wired in and installed a new dedicated 20 amp circuit to the existing outlet on the back porch along with installing a new bubble cover with a weather rated GFCI device. We came out of the sub-panel with another 20 amp rated GFCI protected circuit in conduit for the new smoker about 10 feet from the sub-panel. After completing we tested all components and everything is working.

Replaced hose bib on the front of the home. Hose bib piping was accessed through the garage ceiling. Hose bib was replaced successfully with all work completed being checked for leaks and proper functionality. Due to the location of the hose bib, fixture was not able to be secured to the rock wall on the front of the home. Customer is aware of this and just requested that spray foam be put over piping for cold-weather protection. Customer was also made aware to properly winterize hose bib via shut off valve in the garage ceiling. Walk-through was completed with the customer and payment was successfully collected. Pressure to the home was also checked and registered at 50 psi. THANK YOU for trusting T.E. Certified!!

Sink trap extension disconnected from the sink strainer tail piece. I replaced the trap and dishwasher tailpiece. I removed the tail piece extension and used a dishwasher tailpiece that goes directly onto the strainer to prevent the issue from happening in the future.

Customer had a leak inside the foundation where the main waterline goes into home. Cut out old pex waterline going through the foundation and put soft copper. Siliconed, hydrocement, and tarred the outside and inside of the foundation. Also installed a new Prv. After installing I thoroughly checked and tested for leaks. Did thorough clean up.
