Devon was at our home to install six motion detectors and four outdoor ceiling fans. He called prior to his arrival to let us know when he would be arriving, which we greatly appreciated. When he arrived, Devon was well groomed and very professional. He was very pleasant and personable. It was a very humid day and Devon worked right through it and always had a smile on his face. Devon was very efficient and it was obvious he loved his job! His attention to detail and care of our home was exceptional! We were extremely pleased with Devon and his work and will definitely keep coming back to him for future needs!! Replaced pop assembly for vanity sink in guest bathroom
Replacing (1) ITE 15a Dual Function Rail Clip Breaker for Bath/Bedroom/Garage
Replace sewer line from clean out at house, around sidewalk, and reconnect 6’-8’ deep at sewer tap to bring proper pitch to sewer pipe. We will not have to remove any concrete for this project. We will provide a lifetime warranty for the sewer line repair. Sewer line is failing which is causing sewer to sag in multiple areas. This sagging has caused water and sewage to sit in pipe and not drain out. This increases the chances of whole house back ups to occur.
Customer as experiencing mainline backup affecting whole house. Ran a cable to clear the blockage from the outbound cleanout under the bush. Blockage was grease, feminine products, tissue tested line thoroughly line is open and filling, but still needs a camera inspection..
Replaced angle stop and installed fill valve as a courtesy.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system for Master bedroom and second floor is not working at all. After complete troubleshooting I found the gas furnace trane 20 years old is not getting Any power due to failed toggle switch is Brocken and is not feeding the High voltage to the unit. Homeowner approved repairs and I replaced and install new toggle switch check blower motor ok check blower wheel is highly impacted. No safety switch for main drain line or wet switch to Prevent water damage. Check zone controls are old 20 years old. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the system and declined any consultation at this moment. Thanks for choosing te certified. Gas furnace and zone controls already past life expectancy at near future I recommend to upgrade complete system.
