Client called in about water leak under sink. discovered that the homeowner had attempted to work on the CPVC piping below his kitchen sink in doing so broke one of the connections on the hot side. Redid the three-quarter inch hot CPVC piping beneath the kitchen sink and installed two new emergency shut off valves. Documented all work with photos and tested with no leaks.
Troubleshooting The Laundry Room/Dryer/Washer Customer is using a three wire pigtail to four wire adapter for the dryer Recommend replacing the existing dryer three wire cord to four wire cord
Installed customer supplied charge point Ran dedicated circuit from electrical panel in basement to garage Installed whole home surge protectors in all electrical panels
Performed home care inspection on two systems.
Get rid of ballast and install LED bulbs
Install hot water recirculating pump on electric water heater and replace check valve.
Replace both upper and lower thermostats and elements in Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Expansion 90 installed in laundry room consistently dripping, turned water off to cut out fitting and cap water line. Went to water heater to install new ball valve, copper fittings and expansion tank with strap. Water turned back on to home to test and ensure proper function.
Remove old unit and replace with same grade disposal.
Install gfci and arc fault protection for several circuits, corrected previous installations of outlets, install surge protectors and light fixture
Pulled main level hallway toilet to clear mainline blockage with k400 machine
