Devon was at our home to install six motion detectors and four outdoor ceiling fans. He called prior to his arrival to let us know when he would be arriving, which we greatly appreciated. When he arrived, Devon was well groomed and very professional. He was very pleasant and personable. It was a very humid day and Devon worked right through it and always had a smile on his face. Devon was very efficient and it was obvious he loved his job! His attention to detail and care of our home was exceptional! We were extremely pleased with Devon and his work and will definitely keep coming back to him for future needs!! As a side note, Devon represented your company with pride in his work and his knowledge. Don’t let him get away!!

Tested system not heating for the left wing of the main level. Tested and found failed control board that was not sending power to the gas valve. Since the system is 20 years I inspected the heat exchanger and found cracks within the chambers. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Auger toilet to clear blockage. Customer was experiencing intermittent blockage in main floor master toilet. We ran other fixtures to test for main line issue, after running water for a long period of time the toilet was not being affected. We used closet auger to clear blockage, and we were successful.
Repaired a leak in crawl space, worked on tub filler, quoted for cs toilet, cs tub filler, cs lav faucet, and cartridge replacement, Turned off water drained house, repaired damage section of cold water distribution pipe, worked on tub filler while glue dried, pressurized system, no leaks on repaired section. Home is 30 yrs old, other fixtures need updating. Isolated main service line, no leaks found on it.
Attempted to install customer supplied shower, trim, shower trim was damaged during removal advised customer what to purchase. Customer is going to purchase and install on their own, left customer with prices for two electric water heaters as both units they have installed currently are over 10 years old

Found pinhole in 2 gallon expansion tank. The expansion tank is undersized for the system. Replaced with new 4 1/2 gallon expansion tank tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.
Cut exploratory hole in drywall to locate the source of a smell.

No heat call. Checked pressures and aux heat. All was working well. Turned off home/away assist. Towards end of service call, noticed that the thermostat glitches. Homeowner wants to wait and see if thermostat will act up again. Sent estimates for ecobee thermostat and customer supplied thermostat. Homeowners signed up for homecare.
Replace defective breaker for heat pump. Tighten all screws throughout the panel and disconnects. Install whole home surge protector. Everything tested and working properly.
For this job, we worked on troubleshooting the washer circuit and testing all safety breakers in the main electrical panel. We replaced 1 defective breaker which is for the washer.
