Devon was at our home to install six motion detectors and four outdoor ceiling fans. He called prior to his arrival to let us know when he would be arriving, which we greatly appreciated. When he arrived, Devon was well groomed and very professional. He was very pleasant and personable. It was a very humid day and Devon worked right through it and always had a smile on his face. Devon was very efficient and it was obvious he loved his job! His attention to detail and care of our home was exceptional! We were extremely pleased with Devon and his work and will definitely keep coming back to him for future needs!! Pulled toilet, replaced broken flange, reset toilet, caulked, tested, no leaks.
Homecare complete for 2 systems. Checked heating and cooling. Cleaned drains. Checked temperatures and pressures. Changed filters. Homeowner approved adding hard start kits to both systems to improve compressor efficiency. No issues at this time.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system for Master bedroom and second floor is not working at all. After complete troubleshooting I found the gas furnace trane 20 years old is not getting Any power due to failed toggle switch is Brocken and is not feeding the High voltage to the unit. Homeowner approved repairs and I replaced and install new toggle switch check blower motor ok check blower wheel is highly impacted. No safety switch for main drain line or wet switch to Prevent water damage. Check zone controls are old 20 years old. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the system and declined any consultation at this moment. Thanks for choosing te certified. Gas furnace and zone controls already past life expectancy at near future I recommend to upgrade complete system.

Bored 130 feet to replace water line. Tied back in to irrigation and replaced water heater

Responded to inadequate cooling for the whole house. Customer stated that prior to our arrival, previous company recharged the system with 410a but the condenser was designed for r22, causing compressor to seize. Company replaced condenser with a 410a system. Started my diagnostic and found several issues. Outdoor board had an error code (11 flashes) indicating W and O terminals are calling at the same time. Found short in thermostat wires. Once wires were fixed system started up, let run for 20-30 min, pressures were not looking good, head pressure was extremely high and the superheat and subcooling were both at 33-35. Upon further inspection found 410a indoor coil had an r22 TXV installed. Recovered refrigerant, pressure checked for any leaks and flushed lines with RX11 before replacing TXV. Replaced with R410 TXV, pressure checked and did a triple evacuation. Added new refrigerant to system started and tested. System is now cooling but the compressor is showing signs that it may
