Devon was at our home to install six motion detectors and four outdoor ceiling fans. He called prior to his arrival to let us know when he would be arriving, which we greatly appreciated. When he arrived, Devon was well groomed and very professional. He was very pleasant and personable. It was a very humid day and Devon worked right through it and always had a smile on his face. Devon was very efficient and it was obvious he loved his job! His attention to detail and care of our home was exceptional! Arrived on Safeway plumbing service call regarding three toilets that were constantly running throughout the home. Upon inspection, found that all three toilet filled valve were not shutting off properly once the tanks reached their proper water level. Performed a thorough plumbing evaluation and measured the home water pressure at 100 psi, which is well above the recommended safe operating range. Further inspection revealed that the pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank had failed, allowing excessive pressure to enter the plumbing system. Advise the homeowner that the high water pressure is the direct cause of the premature failure of the toilet, fill valves, despite the Home being only two years old, and explained the risk of continued operation at elevated pressure, including damage to fixtures, valves, and appliances. After reviewing the findings and recommendations, the homeowner approved the replacement of the pressure reducing valve, expansion tank, and all thre

Restoration crew found small leak in wall, old t&p line cut flush to outside of home and filled with caulking. Cut out old 90 and installed new fittings with extended section of pipe to outside home. Also Rewired hot water heater
Troubleshoot coffee maker circuit tripping
Installed disconnect for new water heater along, conduit for the wiring and secure former water heater connection into a box.
For leak search for package unit that serves whole home. Found two year-old system with micro leak in aluminum of condenser coil. Unit is still under warranty. Contacted Daikin and place ordered. ETA is 14 to 17 days. They will contact once part is available. Customer has no heat at this time.
Perform one system diagnostic for packaging unit that services whole home. Found unit completely empty with no refrigerant charge. No visual evidence of leak. Recommended nitrogen leak search to locate point of leak. Customer declined at this time. Will need to speak with brother. Also recommended Charging up unit with 9 pounds of 410 a. Customer also declined at this time. Disconnect for package unit is off to protect from further damage. Unit is not operational at this time.

Tested system not heating for the left wing of the main level. Tested and found failed control board that was not sending power to the gas valve. Since the system is 20 years I inspected the heat exchanger and found cracks within the chambers. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Auger toilet to clear blockage. Customer was experiencing intermittent blockage in main floor master toilet. We ran other fixtures to test for main line issue, after running water for a long period of time the toilet was not being affected. We used closet auger to clear blockage, and we were successful.
