Kyle and everyone else that interacted with at TE was awesome to say the least. The work on our renovation went smoothly and he was helpful in providing suggestions on how to accomplish what we wanted without unnecessary added costs. Everyone I talked with was helpful regarding scheduling including multiple reschedulings because of issues at my end. I'm aware the cost wasn't necessarily the lowest out there, but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. And the slightly higher cost was well worth it considering the scope of work, the time frame and also considering that the Code inspections went off without a hitch. We are currently fully renovated, but won't hesitate to engage the services of TE and Hopefully Kyle again as soon as we come up with a new project.

Took the drop in kitchen sink out and will be reinstalling it on a later date.
Today we came out for no cool 2022 Lennox 18 seer heat pump split 3 ton. Found ss1 open due to backed up drain line. Flushed drain line and cleaned out, started up system checked all operations and left equipment in service.
Replace 50 gallon electric water heater (10 year manufacturer warranty) replace PRV
Customer had a 9 year old 40 gallon electric water heater that was leaking from the compartment for the top element. This leak had caused damage to heater. Recommended replacement as the solution Installed 6 year warranty 50 gallon electric water heater. Had electrical department come out and install a new disconnect next to water heater. There was no disconnect present and it is required for a water heater in an area that is removed from the electrical panel. Turned water on, tested everything and cleaned up. While running water to purge air from plumbing system, noticed a leak coming from the shower valve in the back bathroom. Leak is coming from the valve. Recommend replacing old three handle style shower valve with a modern one. Provided customer with an estimate to replace shower valve. Also, provided customer its estimate to go ahead and replace both shower valves as well as an estimate for an entire whole house repipe Thank you for choosing TE Certified

We came out today to complete a minor kitchen rewire. The tile was removed so we were able to complete the work. Where the microwave was inside the cabinet to the left of the stove we completed a circuit extension from that box and into the the cabinet above a stove also installing a new box, decora receptacle with a plate for the new microwave that is going above the stove. We installed a new 20 amp duel function breaker on circuit #2 to protect the wiring. The devices left and right of the stove had 14g wire mixed on with a 20 amp circuit. We removed the the 14g wire and installed new 12/2. On the box location left of the stove we installed a new box and reinstalled the existing device. The device on the right was removed and we installed a 2g box for the gfci device along with a new switch for the under cabinet lights. We installed new 12/2 wiring from the 2g box to (2) locations, (1) to the left of the stove and (1) to right of the stove and used a fixture wire extension to go

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Install flood protection upstairs, apco x ultra air cleaner and uv bulb inside the air handler.
Installed a 6 year warranty 50 gallon electric water heater. Installed new expansion tank. Ran t&p line to exterior hole. Removed several shark bite fittings and repaired with proper fittings. Installed customer supply vanity. In order to install vanity, cold water line and drain had to be moved. Replaced both stops for hot and cold. Replace one water stop as courtesy. Installed old lav faucet temporarily as a courtesy until customer purchases new faucet. Sent customer estimates for installed new faucet as well as an estimate for a water filtration system.

Customer was having issues with hot water getting Luke warm while showering. They also had a leak on the T&P. After some troubleshooting I determined the prv had failed and caused T&P to fail. And there were no check valves installed on the recirculating line causing bleed over. I replaced prv, thermal expansion tank, T&P, and added two check valves to the system. One before water heater and recirculating branch, and one after the pump itself. Purged air from system and checked for leaks. No leaks.
Complete a full panel rejuvenation on the CH main breaker panel located by the front door. We will add a new ground bar, breakers, clean all wiring up and label the panel. Install a new $75,000 lifetime warranty surge protector with a new flush mount kit and breaker By completing this option we will also install a new customer supplied ceiling fan in the living room at no additional charge. We will also install a blank plate in the attic for the open junction box and install connectors on the attic fans. Go through the home and check all the devices for proper bonding and replace switches as needed. Install customer supplied scone on front porch.
