Arrived on site and customer stated the shower handle came off in the master shower. I was able to take the existing shower handle and screw it back in place . It appeared that the screw came loose and needed to be secured again . I tested the handle as well as let the customer test the handle to ensure that the handle was secure .

For this job, the customer started the pump in the lift station on the exterior of the house was not working, and causing the high water alarm to go off. Once complete we tested our work, and cleaned up.
Arrived on site and met with the homeowners , who stated their Master Bathroom Toilet would run every few minutes. Upon inspection, I provided the customer some options and they agreed on having just the valve replaced, since they just sold the house. I proceeded to replace the flush valve on the existing Kohler toilet only, and after replacements I waiting around to ensure the toilet would no longer run. Toilet is no functioning without issues.

We complete the following work. In the main panel we preformed a wiring clean up and made sure that all the connections on the breakers, neutral bars were correct. We utilized junction boxes to move circuits from the main panel to the sub-panel due to the main panel being over full with tandems breakers installed. These breakers were broken to make them fit on the straight buss bars inside the panel. Inside the sub-panel we installed tandem breakers for the pre-existing circuits along with the circuits from the main panel, separated the neutrals and grounds as to not create objectionable currents, which is a violation of 250.6 of the NEC. We installed a new 6/3 feeder to the sub-panel to achieve the separation of the wiring and we also installed a new two pole 60 amp breaker to feed the sub panel from the main. We were able to locate all the circuits except for one which was toned out to the master bathroom and stopped behind the drywall. We flagged the breaker with white tape and le
Customer called us out to snake their compressed mainline. On arrival customer said they are new to the house and the inspector said they have a compressed mainline. Customer is not currently experiencing any blockage. One handle needed the set screw redone and the other the customer wanted removed. Customer did not want us to do those. I scheduled a sewer supervisor to come out and give the customer a quote.

In the basement I removed the ceiling fan that was above the little bed and found a plastic fixture box which is not rated for fan support. The customer requested a fixture to be installed at that location and to move the new fan to the location above the other bed where an existing fan has been. After removing the other fan I found that the box is rated for fan support but was not bonded and drywall screws were being used to secure the box. I bonded the box and used 5/16 hex head screws before installing the fan. Upstairs in the loft the customer had another contractor install the fan and it stopped working. After removing the fan I found that it was not installed on the box, the box was not listed for fan support and they took the motor wire off the receiver and attached it to the receivers equipment ground causing irreversible damage to the receiver. I supplied and installed a new side mount fan rated box, assembled, installed the new fan and tested it via the switch and the remote
Today Melanie has us out here to repair her mainline water supply that had a crack on the pvc fitting threaded to the meter. It is not good to put plastic to metal together for these leaks do happen. Removed the fitting and replaced it with new fittings threaded back with metallic fittings and adapt to the pvc piping that runs to the house for water service. Tested work and found no leaks on the pipe or fittings.
Complete the following work: Replace the main breaker in the panel to a 150 amp and apply a new main bonding jumper to the panel. Replace the 2p60 GE breaker to a manufacturer type BR at the top right of the panel Wire in a (2) dedicated GFCI protected circuit for the green house out back. We will need to utilize conduit, junction boxes and outdoor rated wire. In the green house wire in (4) new location receptacles. Complete a back to back installation from the basement living room to the outside. We will install a weather resistant GFCI and a new bubble cover. After digging the trench and laying the conduit we back filled and smoothed the area out to the best of our ability. We terminated all the devices and tested them along with testing the safety feature of the breakers. We walked the homeowners through everything and verified that we are cleaned to their satisfaction
