Miquel did rxyrmdivr electrical work for my son after he moved in to his home in June. The current project was installing a new TV above the fireplace. The wall was not constructed initially for hanging a large TV and Miquel and his mentee Cory had to construct a support to hang it. As usual when Miquel encounters a problem he quickly assessed the situation and solved it !

Michael and Adian were tenacious as they tried to determine where water leak is. Further work is needed to be sure but they believe the issue is connected to the irrigation system. They prepared a detailed report w options. We will be back in touch w them after checking w the company that installed the irrigation system. It is not to current codes according to Michael. They explained their report very well.

Very professional, pleasant, and friendly. Efficient. Was impressed that even at max flow, these 2 fans were quieter than the old fans. Just 2 small things to improve. Did not receive a call from him on the way, and although he cleaned up over 98% of the dust and debris, he missed a bit here and there.

Repipe hall bathroom toilet, and lavatory, old cpvc had broken off of toilet supply line. Replaced with pex B and angle stops. Drained house, installed new lines, pressurized house up, blew air out of lines, no leaks. Also, quoted for tankless water heater.
Installed New Pressure regulator, water main shut off and installed 3 Kohler Kingston toilets.
For this job, we worked on installing 2 dedicated circuits for the living room electric fireplace and for the recliner and heated blanket.
