Michael and Adian were tenacious as they tried to determine where water leak is. Further work is needed to be sure but they believe the issue is connected to the irrigation system. They prepared a detailed report w options. We will be back in touch w them after checking w the company that installed the irrigation system. It is not to current codes according to Michael. Home care visit for 2 systems. Checked heat strips and heat pump refrigerant levels. Changed air filters and treated drains with enzymes.
Performed 1 system diagnostic on upstairs unit not heating. Found failed capacitor for upstairs heat pump, pitted, contactor, dirty, condenser, dirty blower wheel, no TE flood protection, unit is 11 years old. Would recommend replacement. Customer decided to repair with Band-Aid option. Unit is heating at this time. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Brand new home, customer just moved in yesterday. Wants thermostat changed out to a WiFi that she can change from her phone. Need courtesy call to come back due to WiFi. Not setup at home yet. Came back next morning and setup WiFi and app on customers phone. Everything working and showed customer how to use. Set threshold for auto temperature control to within 2 degrees and everything is working.
Add disconnect to existing circuit for a water heater
Customer has 5 y/o 2-zone Lennox heat pump,system that operates for whole house. System is not heating properly due to faulty reversing valve not switching over in heat mode. Pressure levels were equalized, despite compressor receiving power. Recommend replacement of compressor with reversing valve for they both can cause failure to each other. Noticed other issues in regard to system. Informed customer of all findings. Emergency heat mode currently being used.
Basement system had 1 room that was not ducted correctly and needed to swap return duct into the supply. No materials needed other than metal tape and duct zip ties. No system check today, just repair ductwork.
Installed New water heater with 10 year warranty in basement under stairwell. Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet in basement.
Imstalled new 50 Gallon electric wafer heater with 10year warranty. Replaced pressure regulator and main shut off valve. Adjusted pressure to 65 psi.
Replaced 3 toilets inside household including new wax ring, nylon bolts, base caulked and supply line Tested and ensured toilets functioning properly

Arrived for courtesy home inspection, found right side unit with flue pipe Single walled and no wet switch installed. Inspected both units electrical and refrigerant components aswell. Recommend filter replacement on left side unit. Found dirty outside condenser units on both systems. Recommended coil cleaning on both. Customer approved and cleaning was completed on both. Both systems currently working.
Install new breaker and run new wire from panel to laundry room and install new switch. From laundry room run new switch leg to outside and install junction box. From there, we will run a wire and new conduit to where the existing light is and from that light, a second conduit going to the second light in the yard through trench.
Clear blockage Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage affecting only one 2nd floor branch. Pulled toilet and ran k400 cable. Was able to successfully clear blockage. Pulled back some soft tissue. Set toilet on new wax ring. Tested for leaks. Clearing successful. Recommended we perform a camera inspection if blockage occurs again and to call us back out!
