Luis and Anthony did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing several plumbing issues. They were courteous, explained in detail the issues and options…even went to a big box store to purchase parts needed I have used TE in past for electrical and HVAC and had same excellent experience. So there must be something special TE Certified does to recruit and train their employees. Highly recommend using this company.

Home care complete. Checked heating and cooling. Cleared drain. Replaced dual capacitor and contactor. Heat strips are tripping the breaker when they come on. Homeowner has been having this issue since he installed a basement heat pump on the same breaker panel. I think the breaker panel is too small. I offered to set up an electrical appointment for him to address this issue. He said he will call us when he gets back from vacation.
SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the second floor Bedroom is not getting any air from the hvac unit and the problem is For only that room. After complete troubleshooting I found the second Floor heat pump system 2 1/2 ton capacity Rheem unit 2004 model About 21 years old is in poor maintenance conditions the system is r 22 refrigerant type which is no longer available. Test blower motor failed The run capacitor is out of spec from manufacture the blower wheel is highly impacted the insulation level at the attic is very low. Test out condenser unit Rheem 2 1/2 ton capacity 21 years old r 22 refrigerant type Unit is extremely low on refrigerant that’s indication of leak. Performed courtesy electronic leak search and the upflow evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant is not repairable. Complete system already past life Expectancy from manufacture which are 10 to 12 years. DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. HOMEOWNER IS AWARE OF THE CONDI
Troubleshoot Tripped Arc breaker and Redevice the circuit
Customers moen type shower valve cartridge failed. Installed new shower cartridge in basement bathroom. All work was tested and documented with pictures.
