My service tech (I believe his name was Rudy) went above and beyond to make sure I was totally taken care during my semiannual service checkup. I really appreciate all of his hard work in making my units in top condition ! -Colin Lacy
Excellent same day service! I called TE Certified at 9am and Arlon the technician arrived a little before noon. He thoroughly diagnosed my problem and fixed it on the spot. He was fully loaded with everything he needed to get the job done. If you’re having an emergency situation with your plumbing be sure to call TE Certified for an immediate response and an experienced technician. If you’re lucky they will send Arlon!😉
TE Certified is my go-to electrician. When the lights in our house were flickering, I booked a same-day appointment online. Electricians Payton W. and Javier diagnosed a major issue with the electrical line coming into my house and called Georgia Power for repairs. They also identified several safety concerns with our aging breaker panel, which we suspected needed replacement. They installed two new breaker panels with thoroughness, attention to detail, and professionalism. Payton explained technical issues in an easy-to-understand way. They cleaned up meticulously. The invoice was very detailed, well-written, and included before-and-after pictures. I’m so impressed with TE Certified that I plan switch to them for HVAC and plumbing.
Nolan is a real pro. He was very thorough, did an incredibly neat and professional job, cleaned up everything after the work was done. Will definitely be my go-to on the future.

Service was punctual, professional, and courteous. Jason and Jose were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly explained all options without pressure, focusing in what best suited my needs. They also procured, ordered. and installed my preferred equipment. Excellent work all around.
Johan and Gavin did excellent work on my recent project. Thorough explanation upfront about the sequence of the job and regarding progress thru the multi-day project. Installation was neat and orderly. Cleanup after the completion was well done.
TE made a same-day appointment on my first call. Jonathan showed up on time, was very professional and gave me several options for the work scope. He finished the job efficiently then explained everything he did. I highly recommend Jonathan and TE Certified based on my experience and the charitable works they do in the community.

The customer had high water pressure in the home, had a thermal expansion tank full of water, had a leak coming through the master bathroom closet ceiling, also had high levels of moisture on the backside of the wall to the upstairs bathroom, water underneath the cabinet of the lavatory faucet in the upstairs hall bathroom, and had pex supply lines going up to the faucet. Today I installed a new pressure reducing valve, I replaced the existing 17 year-old unmaintained water heater with a new 50 gallon electric commercial grade water heater. I also installed a new customer supplied bathroom faucet, two new straight stops, two new supply lines, and a section of water piping from the ceiling of the master bedroom closet, to the upstairs hall bathroom faucet. I set the pressure in the home to 60 psi.
