TE Certified came highly recommended. I should have stopped while I was ahead. With each phone call the communication spiraled downward worse - I would NEVER want people to be without work in today’s world. iHowever, the Techs are not experienced. I did have one decent HVAC guy to come out after the plumber and diagnosed a plumbing issue. I requested a master plumber, they sent a Vet of 29 yrs he was professional indeed. We discussed the issue . I then decided to tell this Vet plumber that I would go and buy a new toilet to have him install. The day of install he dropped the ball and didn’t take pics of the original hole in floorboard around toilet. So I have no idea if the work was even performed accordingly. Listen, do yourself a favor and save yourself some time . They’re affordable indeed but I’d rather pay more money for better communication and to go the resolution I expected. I ended up with no pics of the job being properly done. All promises undelivered! TE Certified is nothing but fluff! Unfortunately, I have to now figure out if the work was performed properly or run the risk of a leaking toilet.
Elijah and partner did a great job! He investigated until he found what was causing the leak. Then he fixed the drain and found a big piece of rubber in the shower drain! It is fixed and no more leak! Highly recommend! The price was also reasonable!

Customer needed replace shower cartridge. Water to home was off on arrival. Removed old cartridge and replaced with new.
SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the second and first floor systems are not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the doble pole bracker at main bracker panel at the Garage was tripped after reset the bracker system start working. I found the outdoor doble bracker disconnected box is broken from the top is made of plastic and is possible water get into the Service box and tripped the bracker. Recommend to upgrade complete doble Disconnect box. Recommend for second floor unit add wet switch to prevent water damage Reset indoor bracker and systems are up and running at this moment. Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level unit. Found unit operational however unit had restricted metering device, failed condensation pump, clogged condensation tubing through finished basement, failed dual run cap, no water safeties, dirty condenser coil and dirty blower. Also found dirty filter causing unit blower motor to draw higher amps. Due to age of unit and being out of warranty would recommend replacement of system over repairs due to nature of failures. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customers 3 inch 90 was leaking in the basement catching the kitchen sink. Replaced 3 inch 90 and 2 inch PVC going through the floor to the kitchen sink. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Customer has 19 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 9 y/o Lennox AC that operates for Pink room. System is not cooling due to damaged blower motor w/module. Blower wheel is also damaged. Possible electrical surge caused damage to blower motor and module. Customer also has 19 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 4 y/o Goodman AC that operates for Kayla room. System is not cooling due to outdoor not receiving power. Unable to find breaker for system. Unable to completely diagnose system for possible failure. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
After leak search opened up sheet rock in garage and found water dripping in about four different spots right below the tile shower. Inspecting around the shower found several areas that had been previously clear silicone to try to remedy leak customer still has leak in grout lines of the tile in the shower. All work was tested and documented with pictures.
