Oliver was friendly, helpful, and I like that he gave me multiple options and took his time to explain everything. He did a fantastic job and he put back everything the way it was before. I contacted Casteel electric before and they were so behind and so I decided to cancel it and they didn’t even follow back up with me. This company was right on time and gave me a courtesy call and was definitely professional. This company rocks!
Payton was prompt, professional, courteous and very informative. I would highly recommend Payton and this company to all of my friends, family and neighbors.
Payton did a great job, delivered frequent updates, and stayed until the inspector showed up. Which was appreciated given that I had no power.
TE Certified came highly recommended. I should have stopped while I was ahead. With each phone call the communication spiraled downward worse - I would NEVER want people to be without work in today’s world. iHowever, the Techs are not experienced. I did have one decent HVAC guy to come out after the plumber and diagnosed a plumbing issue. I requested a master plumber, they sent a Vet of 29 yrs he was professional indeed. We discussed the issue . I then decided to tell this Vet plumber that I would go and buy a new toilet to have him install. The day of install he dropped the ball and didn’t take pics of the original hole in floorboard around toilet. So I have no idea if the work was even performed accordingly. Listen, do yourself a favor and save yourself some time . They’re affordable indeed but I’d rather pay more money for better communication and to go the resolution I expected. I ended up with no pics of the job being properly done. All promises undelivered! TE Certified is nothing but fluff! Unfortunately, I have to now figure out if the work was performed properly or run the risk of a leaking toilet.
Response from TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling:
Thank you for recognizing our commitment to quick and efficient service. We’re here whenever you need us!
Elijah and partner did a great job! He investigated until he found what was causing the leak. Then he fixed the drain and found a big piece of rubber in the shower drain! It is fixed and no more leak! Highly recommend! The price was also reasonable!
Response from TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling:
Hi Rebecca! That's exactly the kind of thorough work we aim for. We're glad Elijah and his helper were able to get to the bottom of the leak! We really appreciate your recommendation and are happy to hear everything’s working perfectly now.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting and repair information.
Adam was knowledgable, did what he promised in a professional manner, and I would recommend his service.
Wesley was amazing and gave us GREAT service! I highly recommend him.
What a great guy! Extremely knowledgeable. Went over various options and was great to work with. My neighbor highly recommended this company, and I've already done the same for another friend of mine. Definitely request Enrique!!!
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
For this job, we installed a 4 ton Lennox full system. We replaced the plenums and added a filter rack. Replaced all of the duct work and added more supply ducts. Reattached the drain, flue and gas with all new piping. We reinstalled the preexisting UV light. Installed a Lennox smart thermostat. Replaced the vibration pad to the outdoor unit. Brazed, leak tested, vacuumed and charged to the manufacturer specifications. Tested both heating and cooling modes work as intended and completed the walkthrough with the customer.
Replaced both upstairs guest and main floor powder 14 year old toilets to install new furnished kohler Kingston toilets, with new wax ring, nylon bolts, stainless steal supply lines and angle stops as well. Water turned back on to test and ensure proper function.
Flapper replacement in upstairs guest bathroom
Replacecd 3/4 pressure regulating valve with expansion tank. Water pressure now holding at 65psi
Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: dishwasher breaker will not reset LOCATION: panel/DW FINDINGS: dishwasher is causing the breaker to trip. without the dishwasher connected to the circuit, it stays on. Also current electrical set up is behind a dishwasher where it is not accessible. RESOLUTION: homeowner must reach out to appliance company to take care of dishwasher. Also left an estimate to bring her electrical connection up to code by rerouting everything to underneath the dishwasher.
Came in for a no cool call. System was not keeping up. When testing outdoor system, notice that compressor for main floor system was not running due to failed electrical component. There was also air flow restriction due to dirty duct system packed with dust and debris making system over work, also notices that there was sings of biological growth spreading through system. When checking system for upstairs floor, notices that there was a leak in condenser. System uses R22 which is discontinued. System is running but really low on refrigerant. Let costumer know about this issues and gave her options. Also let her know that it would best investing in a new system for upstairs but costumer is planning to sell the house so just move forward with repairs. Work was done and tested and system is now working properly. Thank you for choosing TE Certfied! At costumer request provided supervisor email: Josh Beatty joshbeatty@emailte.com
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. 06/30/25 return visit to install/ replacement of thermostat completed ..unit is operating at this time ..
Performed 1 system diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found dirty filter, system had no charge and was out on low pressure, leak in the lineset at the sight glass and filter drier, no flood protection. Offer customer homecare but Custimer declined at this time. Went with bandaid option and leak search. Found leak fairly quick so gave additional discount of 150.. repaired lineset, replace filter drier, vacuum unit to below 500 microns, and charge unit to manufacture specifications. Unit is now cooling. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Tested system not cooling for upstairs level. Found outdoor unit not communicating with thermostat. Tested and found the board not sending a communication signal at all. Need to return to replace board. Will order on Monday morning. For now I put the system into emergency mode and running the blower motor permanently in order to keep house cool until we can get back. Replaced all 3 filters for units today as well.
Car charger is included. Drywall repair will be needed.
Run dedicated line for treadmill. Surge protector/Power strip required to prevent nuisance tripping. Run new line from the panel to outlet for freezer. Come off freezer outlet and add outlet for tool box. Everything tested and working properly.
For this job we installed a new three way switch in the living room for the ceiling fan light. We also re wired the front porch lights on each side of the front door. I bypassed the photocell as it had gone bad and was not working correctly. Customer is going to install photocell bulbs as they are looking for dusk to dawn type settings.
