Nathan showed up on time and did an excellent job. I really appreciated him giving estimates for different smoke detectors and explaining the differences. He installed the ones I selected, tested them, and spent time explaining how they work. He also inspected the electrical panel and made recommendations. Installed a Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater with up to date 2024 IPC code compliance. I ran B vent to the vent hood for the exhaust. Set up a UP10-16 recirculating pump. We installed a Zurn Wilkins PRV and insulated the hot, cold, and recirc water lines. PRV set at 70, Expansion tank set at 75. Checked for leaks and verified each component was functioning properly.
