Nathan showed up on time and did an excellent job. I really appreciated him giving estimates for different smoke detectors and explaining the differences. He installed the ones I selected, tested them, and spent time explaining how they work. He also inspected the electrical panel and made recommendations. Nathan is friendly, customer oriented, and very patient in answering questions. I would definitely ask for him to do work in the future.

Luis provides friendly, quality service. This is the second time we've relied on Luis at TE Certified. Previously was for the main water pressure valve in the house. This time was to install a whole-house water filtration system and replace the water heater.

Replace 29-year-old gas water heater put in a new ring 50 gallon gas water heater
Replaced main water shut off valve. Replaced angle stop to upstairs guest bathroom toilet.
Troubleshoot in-wall heater not working properly. We ordered a new heater, we will return to install once heater is in hand. Main contact said we can come back any day but Tuesday
Troubleshoot half the home loosing power. Main panel lost a phase coming from the 70amp main breaker in the meter disconnect. Busbar in meter has signs of discoloration and corrosion. The meter shows visible signs of water coming in the housing and saturating the main 200 amp breaker as well as the breakers below the main. The 70amp breaker was wet. We replaced 70amp breaker for main panel in meter disconnect. We Installed two whole home surge protectors. We Installed a ground bridge to bring to help protect your low voltage system as per code. The breaker replacement is not warrantied due to the fact the necessary repairs weren’t performed. Everything tested and working properly.
Master bath faucet leaking (sink on left) Moen stem/cartridges leaking and need replacement Purchase new, remove existing, install new stems. No more leaks
Replaced crossover tee for recirculation line, performed flush on tankless water heater, and secured distribution lines to the master bath sink. tested with no leaks or failures at time of service
Replace three existing smoke detectors around home with regular smoke/ Carbon monoxide detectors
Replaced failing Ch breaker inside panel #1, provided quotes for repairs of smoke detector and water heater circuit
Water line to the hose bib has frozen and split open. I removed that section of pipe and capped the water line. Turned on the water and tested. No further leaking.
Sprinkler system leaking Found power source to sprinkler system to be cut and not in use Found sprinkler zone valve to be leaking, the cold weather caused it to fail and open up, flooding the yard through the sprinkler system Dug up solenoid and located the inlet pipe. Capped of sprinkler system water source No more leaks. Sprinkler system is completely deactivated Both hose bibs are currently frozen so no pressure check
Found bad blower motor for upstairs furnace. Under part warranty until sept 2026.
Pipe work at upstairs vanity sink/troubleshooting for leak in attic space or if it was the plumbing cause issue
