Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Had an amazing attitude. The best we have dealt with. (We have dealt with a few) this is our first time using TE and we will definitely use them again with some other projects. Overall the experience from start to finish was great. Even the lady who scheduled the appointment was lovely. We will be recommending them to anyone looking for plumbing service.
Jason was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He asked questions to uncover our exact needs and also took the time to get to know us. He did a great job and made sure we were happy with the end results. Thanks Jason!
Very thorough and explained the whole process. Courteous and professional. Loved the experience.
Rafael was the best tech I have had , he took his time and found the issue. Excellent!
I went with TE after seeing a bunch of negative reviews for the company Home Depot had recommended for setting up my new water heater. I'm so glad I did. The entire process was so smooth. When everything was finished, I was informed that I had needed an electrical box, so they had installed one for me. I was sure that was going to raise the price by some insane amount, but I only paid for what I was quoted when the job began. The installation itself looks so clean and professional compared to what I had before. The previous install must have been a DIY by the previous owners or a job by less reputable plumbers. I really can't recommend TE enough.
This is the second time TE Certified (Phil) has come out to provide us with service and we have been pleased each time with their services. Very insightful and makes things easy to understand.
Very kind and professional. Great work thank you
Came in for a no cool call. When arrived noticed that thermostat did not had power. Proceed to check indoor system located in the crawlspace and found that condensate pump was faulty. Also noticed that duct work was filled with dust and debris, causing air flow restriction and making system over work, also there was sings of biological growth. When testing outdoor unit noticed that refrigerant was very low, which means that there is leak in system. Let costumer know about this issues and gave them options. Thank you for choosing TE Certfied!
Installed a new outdoor rated communication cable from an attic furnace to an outdoor a/c unit for a nice family in Auburn.
Performed 2 system diagnostic. For main and upstairs units. Upstairs- found failed blower motor. Motor was locked up with failed capacitor, dirty filter that wasn’t changed since 2023, blower wheel was dirty.no water safeties, evap coil was frozen all the way outside, rust in burner compartment and in burners from water. Unit is R22 Main- found failed blower motor ,failed run capacitor, no pan, no water safeties, dirty blower, charring in board, evap coil also frozen to outside unit. Unit is original to home R22. Filter extremely dirty as well Due to age of units , types of refrigerant and cost of repairs would recommend replacing units and joining homecare. Units are non operational t this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Today we rewired an outdoor grill area, recessed boxes into brick, separate appliance circuit from general use circuit, installed receptacle under grill and sleeved wires running behind drawers, caulk the sides of burner and grill.
