Fix and rewire ceiling fan in living room
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system inspection for main level unit. However Custer wanted quote for frozen upstairs unit. R22 19 years old. Main unit had a dirty filter, dirty blower wheel, weak run capacitor, pitted contactor outside, dirty condenser coil, main unit also did not have adequate water safety. Due to cost or repair age or unit would recommend have both units quoted for replacement. Upstairs unit is frozen did not perform inspection.
Replace gas connector line to water heater in the garage.

For this job, I worked on helping Desmond by installing a customer built ceiling fan, but had to take out the box and put in a ceiling fan rated pancake box on a 2 x 4 support. tested all connections and voltage after everything is working properly.
