I went with TE after seeing a bunch of negative reviews for the company Home Depot had recommended for setting up my new water heater. I'm so glad I did. The entire process was so smooth. When everything was finished, I was informed that I had needed an electrical box, so they had installed one for me. I was sure that was going to raise the price by some insane amount, but I only paid for what I was quoted when the job began. The installation itself looks so clean and professional compared to what I had before. The previous install must have been a DIY by the previous owners or a job by less reputable plumbers. I really can't recommend TE enough.

Troubleshoot master circuit and mircrowave circuit, redeviced the master circuit, installed whole house surge, and separated neutral wires.
For this job, I completed a two system homecare maintenance. I tested the unit in heat and cool to ensure that everything was working. I cleaned the flame sensor, inspected the blower wheel and burners. I cleared the drain lines with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor units to measure all its electrical components. Everything is working as it should at the moment . I did create an estimate regarding IAQ if it’s something the customer is ever interested in . The customers filter size are as follows: Upstairs = 2 April aire 410/413 Main floor = 1 April aire 410/413
For this job, we worked on installing a Tesla Charger in the garage.
Pull and reset Upstairs hall bathroom toilet. Cut hole in downstairs hall bath to do leak search Flush both water heaters
Replaced fill valve and flapper for two toilets. Checked water meter and no further leaks detected.
Trap seal on bathtub evaporated due to not using in several months. Ran water to fill tub trap.
For this job, I work on running a dedicated circuit in the garage for a fridge. Installed breaker with outlet and box.
Performed leak search and pressure test to determine source of leak. Found 2 toilets in house leaking. Toilet will need to be rebuild.
