I went with TE after seeing a bunch of negative reviews for the company Home Depot had recommended for setting up my new water heater. I'm so glad I did. The entire process was so smooth. When everything was finished, I was informed that I had needed an electrical box, so they had installed one for me. I was sure that was going to raise the price by some insane amount, but I only paid for what I was quoted when the job began. The installation itself looks so clean and professional compared to what I had before. The previous install must have been a DIY by the previous owners or a job by less reputable plumbers. I really can't recommend TE enough.

For this job, we worked on installing a Tesla Charger in the garage.
Pull and reset Upstairs hall bathroom toilet. Cut hole in downstairs hall bath to do leak search Flush both water heaters
Replaced fill valve and flapper for two toilets. Checked water meter and no further leaks detected.
Trap seal on bathtub evaporated due to not using in several months. Ran water to fill tub trap.
For this job, I work on running a dedicated circuit in the garage for a fridge. Installed breaker with outlet and box.
Performed leak search and pressure test to determine source of leak. Found 2 toilets in house leaking. Toilet will need to be rebuild.
For this job, I work on troubleshooting the outlets in the living room that has low power. There were loose connections and one of the GFCI‘s in the living room was defective and it would not stay. Had to replace the GFCI device.
SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is not working properly and it’s working on short cycles. After complete troubleshooting I found the drain line is in poor maintenance conditions And it’s clogged and open the auxiliary safety system and cut off the power to the ecobee thermostat. After clean the pvc p trap and flushed drain lines with plenty of water test condensate pump is ok test cooling mode and check refrigerant charge pressures are ok at this moment. Recommend routine maintenance to prevent this type of problems. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the equipment. Thanks for choosing Te certified.
