Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Had an amazing attitude. The best we have dealt with. (We have dealt with a few) this is our first time using TE and we will definitely use them again with some other projects. Overall the experience from start to finish was great. Even the lady who scheduled the appointment was lovely. We will be recommending them to anyone looking for plumbing service.
Jason was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He asked questions to uncover our exact needs and also took the time to get to know us. He did a great job and made sure we were happy with the end results. Thanks Jason!
Very thorough and explained the whole process. Courteous and professional. Loved the experience.
Rafael was the best tech I have had , he took his time and found the issue. Excellent!
I went with TE after seeing a bunch of negative reviews for the company Home Depot had recommended for setting up my new water heater. I'm so glad I did. The entire process was so smooth. When everything was finished, I was informed that I had needed an electrical box, so they had installed one for me. I was sure that was going to raise the price by some insane amount, but I only paid for what I was quoted when the job began. The installation itself looks so clean and professional compared to what I had before. The previous install must have been a DIY by the previous owners or a job by less reputable plumbers. I really can't recommend TE enough.
This is the second time TE Certified (Phil) has come out to provide us with service and we have been pleased each time with their services. Very insightful and makes things easy to understand.
Very kind and professional. Great work thank you

Good water flow In exterior clean out when diagnosing. Recommend to customer to call us back out if she hears gurgling coming from toilet again. Did not wish to proceed with camera inspection at this time.

Tech highly recommend upgrading full system, tech went over repair vs replacement options. Customer wants to schedule a CA out tomorrow between 11-2pm to go over options for upstairs system.
For this job, I worked on replacing two bath fan motors and trims upstairs in the master bath and hallway bath. downstairs in the basement bathroom, I replaced the whole bath fan for a brand new one, customer supplied. made sure all three bathrooms were properly vented, checked connections and everything is working properly.
Today I took down the old light fixtures and disposed them per customer request. Added new boxes and lights on each side of bathroom sink. One junction box in the attic to feed power for hallway bathroom lights. Customer provided lights. Installed customer provided dimmers in each room. Tested voltage and connections to make sure everything worked properly.
Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home found outdoor unit non operational. Found failed dual capacitor, dirty condenser coil, dirty blower wheel, no te standard flood protection. Customer wanted to do bandaid repair only at this time. Unit is now cooling but will take some time to reach desired temperature after repair. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Upon arrival client has dug out front lawn to expose PRV. Cut out damaged section of pvc piping and repaired main water line with new pex pipe. Turned water on and tested for leaks.
System is not cooling due to the system being completely out of refrigerant. Contactor is pitted, no insulation on suction line, and no locking caps on system. Recommend replacing system due to it being from 2000 and being out of warranty.
