Jason was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He asked questions to uncover our exact needs and also took the time to get to know us. He did a great job and made sure we were happy with the end results. Thanks Jason!
Very thorough and explained the whole process. Courteous and professional. Loved the experience.
Rafael was the best tech I have had , he took his time and found the issue. Excellent!
I went with TE after seeing a bunch of negative reviews for the company Home Depot had recommended for setting up my new water heater. I'm so glad I did. The entire process was so smooth. When everything was finished, I was informed that I had needed an electrical box, so they had installed one for me. I was sure that was going to raise the price by some insane amount, but I only paid for what I was quoted when the job began. The installation itself looks so clean and professional compared to what I had before. The previous install must have been a DIY by the previous owners or a job by less reputable plumbers. I really can't recommend TE enough.
This is the second time TE Certified (Phil) has come out to provide us with service and we have been pleased each time with their services. Very insightful and makes things easy to understand.
Very kind and professional. Great work thank you

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic for upstairs system. Found unit low on charge, outdoor low pressure switch failed. Compressor kept running with no refrigerant, improper flue pipe, improper gas line, dirty blower. No te standard flood protection flood protection. Txv was also restricted. Due to cost of repairs and age of unit. Recommended replacement of upstairs unit. Customer is possibly interested in replacement of both systems. Upstairs unit is non operational at this time.
For this job we provided and installed a Tesla Wall Connector on the outside wall on the garage on the corner of the home. We ran a new, dedicated 60 amp circuit in pvc conduit across the garage to the corner of the home. Installed circuit on a 60 amp breaker. We commissioned the charger as well as connected it to the internet.
Installed customer supplied wall connector
Performed Homecare maintenance on two systems.
