Fabian was knowledgeable, courteous, and a good listener!
Last Friday evening our AC stopped working. I left an emergency service message with the company that installed the system, then again on Saturday morning. No one returned my call. I researched and called TE. Shortly afterward Brian returned my call and said he could be here at about 3pm. Then called again when he was enroute. Brian throughly inspected our system and found the problem to be a failed capacitor. We had him replace it with a better one. He provided full documentation of his testing and work. He was thorough, professional, and focused on diagnosing and fixing the problem. TE will now be performing all our future HVAC service. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Just moved from Sandy Springs to Woodstock. As we get acclimated to our new home. We have a couple things needing repair. TE came highly recommended. I didn’t expect to need AC looked on less than a month of moving in. Called TE; schedule for the next day. An hour before the appointment; I received a text with the assigned technician and a little bio about him. I thought it was super nice and broke the ice a little bit. Just 30 minutes from the appointment; the technician called and confirmed his arrival time. Brian was punctual, Professional, very detailed oriented, patience and knowledgeable. Worked out the problem; gave me his recommendations and fixed it. I liked that he was patience and answered my questions and explain to me how the system works. Also, went over pricing, nothing was a shock or surprise at the end of the service. Cleaned up after his work. I am extremely happy with the whole service.
Excellent service, knowledgeable, punctual and courteous.
Excellent service. Very polite and efficient electrician:Noah.
My only problem was that a city inspector showed up at my house for a 2:30 appt that he says was set up with TE. The dispatcher at TE was unaware of this and did not understand why he was there. I was not informed of this appt and even if i was home could not have helped him because he needed the power off to do the inspection. GP turned the power back on without the inspection but no one informed me as to why and the inspector says he has never heard of that happening. I asked for the technician to call the inspector and then me but I have not heard back

Jeff was outstanding in the every way. Tried his best to save me money, which he DID, while also leaving us with a much better outside hose bib configuration than we had when we called TEC to come fix a leak. Terrific!
Everything was as explained in advance. Noah worked diligently and thoroughly to complete the job with quality workmanship.
Very happy. Tech worked really hard and communicated everything he was doing.
TE Cert was quick to respond and offered fair pricing. Noah was very courteous and personable. His work was thorough and performed well.
Tech was awesome. They got everything done in one day. Very pleased.
David and Andrew were great! They spent a lot of time explaining what was going to happen and everything went exactly the way they said. The bonus was that both of them had a fun sense of humor. They respected the property both inside and out and cleaned up thoroughly. I will always recommend TE Certified.

Home care inspection on three systems. Replaced filters, cleared drain lines and inspected systems, in heating and cooling. Basement system is working properly in heating and cooling mode, but dual capacitor is weak (reading 31 on a 35 microfarad). Main level system is low on Freon (410a), leaking in the evaporator coil. Also, blower wheel is dirty and no drain pan under the system, and neither any type of flood protection. Also, igniter is weak and has some heavy white mark. Upstairs system is very low on Freon, evaporator coil leaking, dirty blower wheel and igniter weak and with white marks. As of recommendation, both evaporator coils need to be replaced, both blower wheels to be cleaned, both igniters, install drain on under the main level furnace and a wet switch , to prevent water damage in the floor, in case of drain line get clogged, or condensate pump fails. Also, replace basement system dual capacitor. Both systems are from 2017 and out of warranty. Also, both furnaces has a s
No cool Lennox 3 ton split zoned Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Master tub shower was leaking. Delta cartridge had failed. Shut water off at the main in the garage and drained system. Had to cut off the shower handle due to corrosion and unable to remove. Removed the failed cartridge and cleaned valve. Installed new cartridge and secured. Turned water on and tested. Applied silicone to the cover plate. Left estimates for new water heater.
We arrived to water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen. All drains upstairs were blocked. We cut Sheetrock to check for leaks from drains or failed wax ring. We ran all water upstairs to and found no leaks. While running fixtures upstairs the soft blockage in the line cleared itself under the weight of the water. We have a drain/camera tech scheduled for Tuesday to check for possible causes of the backup as this has happened multiple times in the past.
Customer called me out for a clogged/slow draining sink and a sewer smell coming from it. I used my cable machine to clear any obstructions and pulled back pieces of food and other debris. Sewer smell got better after cabling. But sewer smell returned after 10 mins. Changed out the studor vent for the homeowner and she instantly saw an improvement in the smell. Customer satisfied.

The customer had a fixture under the kitchen cabinet, above the kitchen sink that needed to be replaced. This is what was completed today: Verify circuit for the fixture of the kitchen sink and it is properly labeled in the panel Check the switch and wiring that controls the light- Found quick wiring to be terminated on the switch, we applied hooks to the wiring and attached them to the screws. Remove the existing fluorescent fixture that is mounted underneath the sink and install a new customer supplied LED type Remove pin that got stuck in puck light fixture on the right side of the sink. I informed the customer that the socket has signs of over heating. In the panel I found that the Ultra Surge Protector is installed on a 20 amp 240v breaker. I informed the homeowner that manufacturers recommend 50 amps to ensure the surge works at peak performance We supplied and installed a new 2p50 amp GE type breaker for the surge
Upstairs system thermostat showing code 53 ( temperature sensor error) and 89 (communication error). Inspected system, bypassed temperature sensor, checked wires and connections. Thermostat still showing errors. Called Carrier tech support for troubleshooting and thermostat and communication board need to be replaced. Possible other issues. System is low on Freon, capacitor is weak (according to last tech notes and pictures). System is 17 years old and some issues are happening. Due to the age and conditions of the system, Highly recommend to upgrade system, and bring warranty, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Main level system, is at same age , low on Freon and heat exchanger cracked. Best option would be to upgrade both systems, instead of spend lot of money on repairs. Set a lead to quote upgrades for the upstairs system, and possible main level as well, for tomorrow morning. Will get the price for new communication thermostat and call customer with repair price, but it ca
