Tub/shower continuously dripping. Shut off the water to the home and removed the cartridge, replaced and reinstalled the trim. Turned on the water and tested. Vacuum breaker on the front hose bib has failed and dumping water when turned on. Removed and replaced the vacuum breaker. Tested for functionality.
Dig trench from meter to pool panel to install conduit Run new correctly sized pool panel circuit through new conduit.
Troubleshooting the Hot Water Circuit Replaced Burnt Hot Water Heater Disconnect Per Jamie customer will get the troubleshooting fee waived
Barn not working, 3way on stairs not working, basement porch light not working
Installed new customer supplied free standing tub, cut out hole in tile floor for water supply to newly installed free standing tub spout and sprayer and newly installed drain attachment into crawl space and existing drain. Also installed all delta trim kit for shower valve including trim plates. Hand held spout and sprayer, all handles and shower head. Also installed new ptraps and angle stops for newly installed double vanity and wide spread faucets for both sides. Free standing tub properly sat and sealed at base with clear silicon. Water turned on to test and ensure proper function to all new fixtures and additions.
Replaced 12 year old toilet with new customer supplied toilet, new nylon bolts, wax ring and toilet supply line. Base sealed with clear caulking. Toilet turned on and flushed to test and ensure proper function.
