Elijah was professional, polite and prompt, quickly assessed the issues, expertly fixed the issues and did not over charge or add unnecessary work. 2 system homecare complete. Checked heating and cooling. Cleaned drain and flame sensor. Checked temperatures and pressures. Main- replaced dual capacitor and contactor Minisplit- low on refrigerant. Homeowner still has warranty with Cool Ray and has scheduled a warranty call with them to repair unit free of charge
Removed and replaced the fill valve and flapper inside of the powder room toilet. No further leaks are detected with the toilet.
Customer has 10 y/o Carrier air handler matched with 10 y/o Payne AC that operates for whole house. System was not working due to blown 5 amp fuse. Performed inspection of system and found no immediate issues. Noticed presence of biological growth. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent growth. Blower wheel cleaning needed. No form of water protection present. Recommend inline water safety. 16x20x1 filter was recently replaced. Pressure levels were normal. Coils are fair. Condenser electrical components are good. AC breaker is wrong size for system. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Travel fee Customer has a dishwasher that is not draining efficiently. Majority of water will drain, but there will be water buildup at base of draining system. Dishwasher is connected on its own drain that connects to main stack under the floor, visible from basement ceiling tile. Kitchen sink drain has good flow , water level inside dishwasher did not react to kitchen sink draining. Recommend she gets an appliance company to come check out dishwasher. Drain pipes are fine.
Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level unit. Unit is a 3 ton Trane that services the Maine level. Indoor unit is located in a low crawl. Found unit with dirty blower wheel, no drain pan, no water safeties, low charge, pitted contactor. Due to unit being 18 years old and cost of repairs customer would like estimate for replacement ASAP. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit was struggling to keep up inside the home on hotter parts of the day. After inspection of 9 year old furnace and ac unit, found that it takes a long time for metering device to equal out properly on both the suction and liquid line sides. Condenser coils were very dirty and clogged and have not been cleaned in a while, outdoor capacitor was bad and contactor was very pitted. Checked furnace in crawl space, blower wheel is dirty. (16x25x4) media filter was very dirty. Inside furnace was clean. Gave customer estimates to help system by cleaning outdoor coil, changing capacitor, changing contactor and adding a hard start to system, customer approved these repairs and signed up for 1 system homecare maintenance plan. Customer declined to add Uv light. Made all repairs for system and customer approved to have 1lbs r410a added to system to get subcool back to 10 degrees. Made all changes and tested system, advised customer that if he is still having
Flushed water heater and replaced filter on home water filtration.
Upon arrival customer stated that outdoor system had not been working since last week and was having intermittent issues with outdoor system coming on. Stated every time since did start up since it’s been installed he was having issues with compressor being loud. After inspection of system found that unit had an error of 04 indicating a fault code of a locked rotor. Tested compressor and found that unit has a failed compressor. Outdoor capacitor was testing bad as well. Checked indoor system and found no issues unit is 6 years old. Gave customer estimated price to replace in warranty compressor and capacitor and also add an hard start kit for compressor, advised customer lead time from manufacturer is 7-10 business days. Customer also has option to speak with install supervisor to changeout ac and coil for system. We would not be able to provide just a r410 outdoor system due to none being in stock in warehouse. System currently not working at this time. Customer will let us know tomor

Replaced failed outdoor condenser coil. Charged system with 6lbs r410a refrigerant. Removed all water from drain pan pan and added wet pan switch. Cleaned drain line.
Installed warranty compressor for 3 y/o Rheem heat pump. Pressure tested. Pulled complete vacuum. Charger 13 lbs. of 410A refrigerant. System is currently working.
