Nick Brazis was our Generator Specialist who introduced us to the company and the Generac products available. After a very detailed assessment of our possible needs, he provided options for our consideration. We settled on a very fair price and agreed to do business. The very next day, the job was started - and completed! // Carlos Garcia and a colleague efficiently installed seven hard-wired smoke and CO detectors without taking a break. Carlos then walked me through their location and function. // Austin Ferguson was the lead on the generator part of the job and I could not have been more impressed. He was timely, polite, informative and most importantly - skilled! I especially appreciated his attention to detail; he literally squared and leveled every piece of equipment that he and his two guys installed. Afterwards, he tested the system, then detailed the newly installed generator as if it were his own vehicle! He and Thomas stayed 'til the job was done - and it was after dark. Thank you, guys!

For this job, I worked on helping homeowner by taking down six ceiling fans and replacing fiberglass box for ceiling fan rated box at each location. tested all fans upon completing, none are wobbling anymore. also added a outlet in sunroom and capped off the old outlet that was wired incorrectly and put a blank plate
Found a 2in copper drain feeding 2 sinks. Slow drain. Found 2 tubs with slow drains as well. Drains department scheduled to come out.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
For this job, I work on helping homeowner by troubleshooting/inspecting all ceiling fans and oven circuit. Turns out every single ceiling fan She had installed two years ago, does not have a ceiling fan rated box. Stove circuit is still three wire system. There is an outlet in the sunroom that is coming off the stove circuit, which is a major hazard and cold violation. Will be coming back Thursday to install a ceiling fan rated boxes, as well as to take outlet off oven circuit and install new outlet in sunroom.
For this job, we upgraded the main electrical panel and installed a whole house surge protector. We also installed a Tesla Magic Dock in the carport and installed Nest smoke detectors. Installed ground rods and a generator inlet. Replaced a pull chain fixture in closet as courtesy.
