Arrived and found leak coming from washing machine in upstairs laundry room, causing damage to kitchen ceiling below. Found that the repair guy who recently replaced the flexible drain forgot to reconnect a small hose which was spraying water on floor when used. Removed back panel and reconnected hose. Tested and inspected. Working properly with no leaks.
Case #190281. Called out for water heater not heating properly. Gave estimate to do diagnostic. Called Rinnai and got part ordered for customer. Gave estimate to make repairs on outdoor tankless water heater will need a return visit once parts arrive.
