Replaced water heater Prv and expansion tank New recirculating pump
Disposal leaking water from corroded and cracked housing. Removed and replaced the disposal. Secured all connections and tested with no leaks. Tub/shower dripping continuously. Shut off the water to the home and drained the system. Removed the cartridge and replaced. Turned on the water and pressurized the water system. No further dripping detected. Provided an estimate to replace the pressure regulator valve.
Came in for a no cooling call. When I arrive condenser was off and wouldn’t run when turning thermostat on cooling, tested electrical component, compressor and thermostat, then proceed to test indoor unit. After my findings notices that condenser had bd electrical component including a melted contactor, also both outdoor and indoor coil were completely cake up causing unit to over work because of poor airflow. Let consumer know and offer option to solve the issue. Costumer decided to proceed with repairs. Work was done and tested. Unit is now working properly!
New circuit for existing outlet. Disposal outlet installed. Outdoor outlet as well.

Replaced basic thermostat with customer provided ecobee smart thermostat. Fully tested the system and no failures at this time
Replaced damaged hot stem in master bath shower to stop consistent run of shower head. Tested to ensure proper function.
