Jay was very personable, polite and explained everything to be before, during and after his repairs. His "helper", Joaquin (?) was also very businesslike and polite. I would recommend them both. The price was higher than expected, but thankfully I could pay it and the plumbing problems have been solved
Rudy is very professional as well as personable. Explains everything I needed to know.
Elijah was professional, polite and prompt, quickly assessed the issues, expertly fixed the issues and did not over charge or add unnecessary work. He indicated techniques to try before taking measures like toilet replacements. To the extent I need to swap the toilet, I will definitely call TE and can hopefully work with Elijah again! Thank you!
indeed excellent service guy! doing the necessary work , he gave some valuable information.
Demarco Harris was very personable able, kind and competent. He demonstrated a passion for his work and for problem-solving. He explained what he was doing and why he was approaching the task as he did. This was very helpful. I highly recommend him.
Had Devon and TE out on Wednesday for a quote, job completed Friday morning. Fast, professional, fair, clear. Recommended!
Both Ron and the fellow were excellent. I just don’t remember his name. I only go down on cost because as a consumer we always want it a little cheaper!
I am impressed with Elijah from TE. He is smart, a problem-solver, a hard worker and communicative. I know he will do a great job as he finishes up my project.
We had some plumbing issues under the house, and Jaedon and his team were quick to respond, professional, and thorough with his work. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. Highly recommend!
Excellent electrical service once again from Carlos Garcia! Mr. Garcia has worked on several jobs at our residence and all have been exceptional. We call for him whenever we need an electrical opinion or repair.
I had a fantastic experience with Isaac and Jose, who installed my new tankless water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to getting the job done right. What really stood out was their commitment—they stayed well past normal working hours to make sure everything was installed perfectly and that I had hot water before they left. The system is running smoothly, and the installation looks great—clean, tidy, and well-executed. I really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or water heater services. Thanks again, Isaac and Jose!

10 year electric water heater not heating. Shut off water to the home and removed the water heater. Installed a new 50 gallon electric water heater and made all plumbing code adjustments. Filled the water heater and turned on, water heater is now heating properly. Tested with no leaks.
For this job, it was required to me to replace a leaky 40 gallon gas water heater and a PRV they have failed. There was a small modification down to the gas line as well as a bathtub drain that was loose. All items were tested for leaks and no leaks were found. Current water pressure is 55 psi. Our client also has a galvanized waterline. An estimate has been left to replace the water service as well.
Replaced all the ductwork for the hvac system in a crawlspace.
Flushed water heater and found little amount of sediment and also replaced vacuum breaker for front hose bib
Excavated and exposed 2” water main break in grass area in between chain Int fence and driveway. Repaired 2” water main. Energized domestic water line, flushed air out of line. Tested line under pressure for 45 minutes before backfilling. Backfilled, compacted dirt and cleaned up area.
Did a quick visual inspection of the downstairs plumbing found sink and shower both have pee traps both are holding water and don’t see any signs of a smell at this time but did see a one piece toilet that has no access except from the rear of the toilet cannot confirm or deny if the toilet is secured to the floor with T bolts Can only see silicone around the edge would recommend a replacement due to style of toilet and lack of space for pulling and resets. With any replacement of this toilet waterlines may need to be moved, but will be dependent on the type of toilet that is installed.
