I am very happy with the service I received. The technicians responded within an hour the day after Christmas. I had two gas leaks and Atlanta Gas Light had shut the gas off, but I was grateful that TE Certified was able to come out so quickly to make the repairs. Matthew and Luke were very professional. Matthew answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. That was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Customer complained that the master bathroom shower is constantly dripping and won’t turn off completely. This is caused by a worn out stem or stems. Rebuilt shower valve, replacing both hot/ cold gerber stems. Tested and inspected. Working properly with no leaks or dripping.

Came out to install new heat exchanger and flush tankless we are not responsible for burner or blower motor due to rust and water damage Rinnai only sent heat exchanger customer is aware of. Tested everything seems to be working properly at this time.
Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that the system was not blowing warm air. Upon inspection of the system found that there was no refrigerant, which indicates a leak in the system. Upon speaking with customer and presenting options of repair, customer would like to compare pricing of repairs and replacement of the system before making a final decision. at this time system is currently not working.
Customer has 6 y/o 2-zone Lennox heat pump system that operates for main and upper levels. System is not heating due to low pressure levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Leak detection determined bad evaporator coil. Also, noticed that water protection is poor. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent growth on evaporator coil. Informed customer of findings.

Replaced faulty fill valve in left bathroom toilet.
Customer called us out for left side kitchen sink that was not draining properly as well as a garbage disposal that was out of order. Found obstruction in garbage disposal, obstruction was removed by hand. Garbage disposal and drain are now functional, no drain cleaning is required.
