I am very happy with the service I received. The technicians responded within an hour the day after Christmas. I had two gas leaks and Atlanta Gas Light had shut the gas off, but I was grateful that TE Certified was able to come out so quickly to make the repairs. Matthew and Luke were very professional. Matthew answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. That was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use this company in the future.

For this job, a client was being productive and decided to change out her water heater being that it’s 15 years old it was needed. The old unit was installed in the new one has been installed and meets all code requirements including insulation. Clients water pressure is at 55 psi. A client Really appreciated our service.

Customer complained that the master bathroom shower is constantly dripping and won’t turn off completely. This is caused by a worn out stem or stems. Rebuilt shower valve, replacing both hot/ cold gerber stems. Tested and inspected. Working properly with no leaks or dripping.
Install security cameras and terminate cat6 lines
Came out for new garbage disposal gave estimate customer agreed installed new garbage disposal tested no failure at this time.
Came out for no cold water in downstairs bathroom gave estimate to troubleshoot customer agreed found gate valve stuck closed gave estimate customer agreed cut out old gate valve replaced with ball valve everything seems to be working properly at this time.
