Ben Pollard was my tech. He also had another gentleman with him and for the life of me, I can't remember his name. Both of these guys were very professional and hard working! They explained the problem well and repaired it very quickly. I would definitely use TE again!

Mr. Diaz did a thorough analysis of my HVAC system and gave options for repair/replacement. We discussed the age of my system, did a cost/benefit analysis and came to a solution. I appreciated his input.

For this job I demoed a 240 V 50 amp circuit going to a hot tub that is no longer there. Removed all PVC, wires and old sub panel starting from meter to old hot tub location. inserted a KO seal into the meter. Area is safe again.
Estimate Replace 3 dual function breakers in panel that are currently faulty
Upon arrival customer stated that heat was not working upstairs and thermostat was losing power. After inspection of 5 year old system found that unit was activating the high limit switch and when it would activate it would then trip the switch and turn off thermostat. Found that supply temperature reading was 151 and return temperature was 75 degrees. Looked inside evaporator coil found no restrictions, looked in heat exchanger and found no issues. Spoke with tech support in regards to issue and found that duct system is very clogged and dirty causing a restriction on the system. There are no issues with the equipment it’s self. Gave customer estimate for duct cleaning two systems, and Uv lights. Customer declined recommendations at this time, stated he wants to get more estimates for the cleaning. Advised customer system will still have intermittent issues until duct system is cleaned.
Tested system for whole home, 2 zone system. Found noise from system going into defrost. Tested over all components and found no immediate issues at this time. Informed customer of improvements that could be made to unit including adding smart bypass, adding duct run to system, and upgrading flood protections.
Add lights in basement, outlet, circuit for water filter
Customer requested his provided thermostat be installed. Visually inspected the system and saw thermostat has a missing button. Today we replaced the thermostat on the basement level system. Setup fully and tested. No failures at this time. Furnace is over 20 years old and customer may want to consider replacement.
Replace all outlets on GFI circuit and protect with breaker
Installed 4x cpvc stops, 3 under kitchen sink, 1 at master toilet.
Removed and replaced fill valve and flapper in the master bathroom toilet. Removed and replaced drain assembly for the kitchen sink, also installed a shut off valve for the dishwasher. Filled the sink with water and drained. Tested with no leaks. *Drain line in the kitchen wall is back falling and could cause back-ups or slow draining.
For this job, I worked on returning to complete 200 amp electrical service that was damaged by tree falling on home. house is up to electrical code, and power is restored.
Filter rack installed and SSW safety switch added
Troubleshoot Splice wire where it was damaged Install new box for outlet
Tech came back to perform repairs authorized by customer. Tech replaced faulty gas valve and replaced OEM gas valve. Verified no gas leaks and adjusted gas pressure based on design temperature rise on system. Verified heating operations. Thank you for letting TE Certified service your home.
