Problem: leaky faucet in shower, about 60 years old. Resolution: Replaced both faucets with single control. Results: Replacement looks fabulous!! Project completed in a few hours. Minimal water disruption. Absolutely no mess at all. Very pleased with results 360!!

Mr. Dalton arrived ahead of time with his colleague and quickly explained what was going to be done to my HVAC unit. He did a maintenance check and found the unit working properly. My unit is approximately 17 years old and Mr. Dalton told me it had lasted beyond expected time for a replacement. He said there was no reason to replace it now and to keep it till it stops running. He gave additional advice on how to clean the outside compressor.

Enrique and helper were professional, courteous, efficient and explained everything that needed electical attention in our house, and yet they were able to do just the work I needed without pushing extra services I wasn't prepared to have done at this time. Very puncture on arrival time; excellent service; courtesy; knowledgeable; cost/price of service seems to be OK; provided some discount for multiple services on same day; my water heater still under warranty but I have to return Home Depot for warranty exchange in order to receive partial discount left on the heater warranty, but TE does not provide exchange warranty with Home Depot.

I feek so much safer with uodated outlets & switches. Over 40 years time some were burned or arcing. Circuit breakers were tripping. I have safety now. Nolan is always the king of professionalism! Replaced original circuits with out an equipment grounding conductor with new circuits that does include one. We also replaced the cords on the appliances and installed a new circuit for the basement sub pump
Installing (1) Customer Supplied Tesla Wall Unit in the Garage 60a Circuit /Breaker Whole Home Surge Protection Device Permit
Install new floodlight in back porch, run wire into proper circuit for light underneath the basement stairs and redo the connections in the kitchen 2 gang switch
Customer has 2 y/o 3-zone Rheem heat pump system that operates for whole house. System was not working due to clogged drain line tripping inline water safety. Cleared drain line. Tested multiple times. Dampers are operational. Replaced customer supplied 20x20x1 filter. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working.
Drain line is tied into a 2 inch drain line and the clog is in the 2 inch line a plumber is needed to come clear this line. Left disconnect off so unit does not condensate and informed the customer of this. Customer also elected to not to any repairs including the drain line. Checked rest of system found cap is low and contactor is reading very high. Outdoor coil is very clogged. Customer stated he will call and schedule a plumber. I left everything as it was before I arrived but did turn this disconnect off. No work completed other than troubleshooting. Couldn’t clear drain line due to clog being in the plumbing line.

Customer daughter clogged up upstairs toilet, once I arrived, I tested the mainline to make sure it wasn’t a mainline issue, determined that it was a blockage in the toilet alone, I ran my toilet auger to clear soft blockage after testing toilet is back flushing normally
Completed The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Found defective condensation pump, saw water pooling up on basement floor could hear old pump motor running but water was not pumping out. Replaced pump and tested, filled pump until motor engaged then kept adding to make sure water was being removed.
