For this job, we worked on installing a customer provided Tesla Wall Connector.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 14 y/o Carrier furnace matched with 9 y/o Luxaire AC that operates for main level. System is not cooling due to low pressure levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Charged 2 lbs. of 410A refrigerant. Noticed other issues in regard to system, such as, incorrect/damaged flue venting. No form of water protection present. Dirty blower wheel. Water damaged inducer motor. Aged condensate drain pump. Missing suction line insulation. Informed customer of findings. Customer declined leak search at this time. Customer should consider system upgrade.
For this job I replaced the AC/coil and increased 6” inch return to 8” inch (upstairs system)

. install 50 gallon at gas water heater. Client must remember to keep the dog hair clear of the burner of water heater. On the side of the water heater there are many holes at which the burner of the water heater draws fresh air. The client keeps the pets downstairs and it’s my recommendation they check it once a week to confirm no hair is getting sucked into the burner chamber. Client is aware of this recommendation after our conversation. Price includes installation of gas valve, gas flex, ball valves, thermal, expansion tank, and the install of the 50 gallon water heater. Documented all work with pictures. Tested with no leaks.
