Excellent Service

Jason’s service was excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive to our every request, and very patient with our sometimes convoluted questions. We would highly recommend Jason for any plumbing issues, and we’d definitely ask for him for any problems we may have in the future. Thank you!

Great Service

Very puncture on arrival time; excellent service; courtesy; knowledgeable; cost/price of service seems to be OK; provided some discount for multiple services on same day; my water heater still under warranty but I have to return Home Depot for warranty exchange in order to receive partial discount left on the heater warranty, but TE does not provide exchange warranty with Home Depot.

Good service but unforunately Pedro had to come back as the new faucet he installed began leaking.

Noted above. He returned early the following morning and fixed (I hope) the leak this time with some putty et al.

Good job but expensive

$669 to install two new isolation valves, two transition pieces and a new faucet (provided by the customer). Professional plumbers and quality workmanship but the price was $200-300 more than I expected.

Upon arrival, I spoke to the customer who had an issue of all, but one receptacle in the dining room working. After agreeing on the diagnostic, I proceeded and investigating the issue. I started by opening the outlets that I thought were next in line and end of the line. After identifying, I tested the outlet that still had power and found it to be cracked and have a loose terminal on the upper side. After educating and talked to the customer for a little bit, we proceeded in the repair. I gave the diagnostic as a courtesy as it was very quick. I replaced the receptacle with a like Ivy receptacle as that was the customer’s preference even though they had a white plate. In beginning to work, the customer also pointed out a receptacle that he wanted re-mounted in the kitchen. After finishing up the work on the receptacle, I proceeded to remounting the kitchen receptacle. The box was busted and it was covered up with a piece of tile. Using a circular tile bit I was able to cut a hole for
