Problem: leaky faucet in shower, about 60 years old. Resolution: Replaced both faucets with single control. Results: Replacement looks fabulous!! Project completed in a few hours. Minimal water disruption. Absolutely no mess at all. Very pleased with results 360!!

Mr. Dalton arrived ahead of time with his colleague and quickly explained what was going to be done to my HVAC unit. He did a maintenance check and found the unit working properly. My unit is approximately 17 years old and Mr. Dalton told me it had lasted beyond expected time for a replacement. He said there was no reason to replace it now and to keep it till it stops running. He gave additional advice on how to clean the outside compressor.

Enrique and helper were professional, courteous, efficient and explained everything that needed electical attention in our house, and yet they were able to do just the work I needed without pushing extra services I wasn't prepared to have done at this time. I would definitiely use TE Electrical again.

Very puncture on arrival time; excellent service; courtesy; knowledgeable; cost/price of service seems to be OK; provided some discount for multiple services on same day; my water heater still under warranty but I have to return Home Depot for warranty exchange in order to receive partial discount left on the heater warranty, but TE does not provide exchange warranty with Home Depot.

For this job, I worked on installing a customer provided ring doorbell along with the chime, tested voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working perfectly. Also helped homeowner pair doorbell and chime to the application on his phone. left updated estimates for panel replacement, or new service which is highly recommended to improve the safety of his home, and bring the house up to code electrically
Replaced leaking disposal with new badger 1/2 hp model, replaced leaking hot side cartridge in powder room with new delta cartridge
Replace Kohler cartridge (2nd time) that was causing issue. TE certified is not responsible for warranty on this product. Cartridge is notorious for causing leaks.

Estimate for washroom plumbing to be relocated to new room addition and re-plumb 4 - inch sewer line at vertical/horizontal transition at foundation penetration.
Run temporary circuits for septic system. Wire was set above ground so that when the septic tank is being worked on the wires can be moved until they have a new route for permant location of wiring. Homeowner asked us to leave additional length for mobility so the septic system could be repaired. This is only temporary. We are coming back for permeant installation Wednesday. Everything tested and working properly.

Ran diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found unit has a bad outdoor wire. Electricians are scheduled to come out and give estimate for re running wire on Monday morning. Once wire is replaced we can continue running diagnostic on the system. Found on our door unit kickstart has blown and needs to be replaced. Contactor is poor and cap is rusted out. Indoor unit does has pan float switch. Recommendations to install in line switch and upgrade pan switch to wet switch.
For this job, I worked on adding an outlet at the top of the landing. replaced 15 amp jumper going from one outlet to another that had a broken ground wire. The whole living room is now reading grounded. provided and installed a new 50 amp circuit for the double oven and connected new circuit with Polaris lugs in existing 1900 junction box. Installed a brand new, dedicated 20amp dishwasher circuit and brought it up to code by leaving the outlet underneath the sink and having an appliance cord connected to it so if it ever has to get serviced in the future, appliance company can just disconnect appliance cord. I retrofitted two lights in the basement and installed 8 t8 led bulbs.
