I love the communication with the TE staff including the technicians. Great use of technology but the professionalism exhibited by the people is what makes this company so great.
This company provides great communication and service. Their technicians are highly knowledgeable and well trained. A++
Don’t really know what else to say other than y’all knocked it out of the park! Price was great, Zach was knowledgeable and very skilled. Really went above and beyond expectations
Got the job done and I appreciate how fast it was done, thanks!
Jamie the technician arrived on time and appeared and acted like a professional. His service was of old days being courteous and in detailed fashion explaining how the service call would proceed. He even allowed me time to go purchase an extra thermostat to install while he was there. To top off the service he even insisted wearing boot covers while walking on my hardwood floors. I had another HVAC company but will switch to TE for that as well.
Obed was very courteous, and even had shoe coverings every time he entered my house (without me even asking! A rarity with service personnel around here...). He was knowledgeable and efficient, and very professional. Price was a little higher than I had hoped to pay, but I would gladly pay a little extra for the excellent service I received. Would definitely hire him again!
Would use this company again. Responded quickly to my needs. Electrician was knowledgable in the products.
Flushed both water heaters in the garage two times and due to the amount of sediment that was in the bottom of both water heaters
For this job, I completed a two system AC inspection only. I measured all the electrical components of the indoor unit as well as inspected the blower wheel and all major components. Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings and temperature readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. The main concern is that the upstairs unit is low on refrigerant not allowing the system to cool efficiently. I provided a bandaid option to just add refrigerant as well as an option to perform a leak test. The customers filter sizes are as follows: Upstairs : 16 x 25 x 1 Main floor : 15 x 20 x 1 or 16 x 20 x 1
Replacement of both plenums and the ducts. Media filter rack added on to the system. Only 900 cfm on supply and 480 on return was told to put back as is Flue was also rusted and discounted. I turned gas off so heat couldn’t run. Customer is awere

system inspection. Found no issues at this time. System is operating correctly with a 19.5 Delta T. Location of outdoor unit is directly underneath. The steps does not have 6 feet of clearance above it. Recommend moving unit to the side of the house to get full clearance and full accessibility to service outdoor unit.
