I love the communication with the TE staff including the technicians. Great use of technology but the professionalism exhibited by the people is what makes this company so great.

Great service!

Jamie the technician arrived on time and appeared and acted like a professional. His service was of old days being courteous and in detailed fashion explaining how the service call would proceed. He even allowed me time to go purchase an extra thermostat to install while he was there. To top off the service he even insisted wearing boot covers while walking on my hardwood floors. I had another HVAC company but will switch to TE for that as well.

Great service!

Obed was very courteous, and even had shoe coverings every time he entered my house (without me even asking! A rarity with service personnel around here...). He was knowledgeable and efficient, and very professional. Price was a little higher than I had hoped to pay, but I would gladly pay a little extra for the excellent service I received. Would definitely hire him again!

Dug down into the front yard to find the main water service line and find the leak. Removed dirt/mud from the area, shut off the water and cut the pipe to drain. Removed the water from excavated area. Removed damaged section of pipe and gate valve. Installed a new isolation valve and section of pipe. Properly made all connections, before turning on the water to pressurized the water system. Purged all the air from the lines. Tested with no leaks. No warranty on the pipe is included with this repair due to the age and type of pipe.

For this job, I rendered leak detection services attempted to locate the leak in the yard even did an exploratory dig I did locate the pipe but did not locate the leak pipe is exactly 3 3/4 feet deep and 30 yards away from 285 which made sonar detection impossible. The service main is made of blue poly and has already had one repair previously two years ago. There is a courtesy gate valve just in front of the meter box. I would recommend full replacement and a new courtesy valve installed in front of the meter box.
