So impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness shown by Garrett and the TE team. Happy to have found my go-to for all things plumbing.
Andrew was professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and gave us fair pricing for extra services. I wouldn’t mind him being our service provider each visit.
Max communicated his arrival time and showed up when he stated he would. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly resolve our issue. I would highly recommend Max. Thank you for sending him.
Very efficient and knowledgeable. Pleasant to meet and work with.
Mitchell was very professional and answered all our questions.
Pricing was way too high to install 3 toilets in a new home. I will go out to competitive bid on all the future work I have planned for electric & a service plan on my new home. I am not happy with your price! Larry Asten
Allan did a great replacing the coil on our Lennox furnace. He professionally diagnosed it and then made the fix.
Sam and his team did a great of adding a dehumidifier to our HVAC system. He and his team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally and the outcome was a high quality install. I would highly recommend Sam and his team and the folks at TE Certified for anyone looking for HVAC help.
Mr. Joaquin Partida is a great asset to your company. Very courteous and knowledgeable person. It was a total pleasure and rarity to find someone on top of his game 100%.
TE Certified does a great job of both completing the job as specified but also keeping you informed along the way. I highly recommend TE Certified for any HVAC need you have.

For this job we did a troubleshoot in the garage because there was no power. We found that the GFI was bad and we replaced it. We tested the circuit everything checks out and works properly. We also installed a whole home surge protector and gave a quote on doing a lightning inspection.
System is functioning well at this point
Came out for a water heater flush and also replaced 2 bidet toilet seats.
No cool upstairs. System intermittently shut on and off. Upon arrival system was functioning. Customer stated they’ve had power outages but problem started before them. Issue did not duplicate itself today while onsite. Inspected all wiring connections and visually inspected control board and base of thermostat. All connections tight and no visible damage on any components. Found system to have minimal flood protection, dirty ac with a bush growing inside of it, weak dual capacitor and no IAQ. Quoted repairs. Customer signed up for Homecare.
Tech was out for noise coming from system. Tech checked system completely out and seen where furnace door was not Screwed in properly. While checking system tech noticed there is no safety switch on the evaporator coil. This will protect home from water damage also there is no wet switch in drain pan there is a safe guard safety in the drain pan but there’s only to take water when drain pan is full of water. Recommend clearing drain lines to verify water is properly flowing. Spoke with customer about EAC filters as well as a whole home air purifier Uv light. This will help if any one in the home suffers from allergies. This whole home air purifier and bacteria fighter. Kills 99.9 viruses , bacteria in the system. Customer has declined all repairs. At this time system is running
Fixed tap in light switch that caused outlet to not have power
Replaced filter. Checked all operations. Highly recommend joining home care. Drain, coil and blower is starting to get dirty. Risk of water damage. No caps on service valves. Risk of refrigerant leak through valve cores. No das for zone system, risk of ice collecting on evaporator coil. Risk of losing ac. When it’s in the 90’s it’s going to be hard to keep it 68 in the house. Could have someone come out to see how well house is sealed and insulated.
Homeowner was concerned about recirculating pump on water heater and hot water taking too long to get to fixtures. We flushed the water heater and found heavy calcium buildup and sediment. Replaced 50 gallon electric water heater with new recirculation pump. Also installed a new Prv and whole home halo ultimate filtration system. Tested and checked for leaks. Will need to come back to flush carbon from filter after 48 hr soak period.
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Offered another discount for having work done before system failed to heat or cool.
Upon arrival there was a water mitigation company on site. There was no active leaking, the water to the house was on. The customer brought me to the water closet in the master bathroom. The water to it was turned off at the shutoff. I checked for any visible damages or issues. During the inspection of the WC I turned on the water to it. The tank filled with water and I flushed it several times. On a couple of occasions the flapper would not make a complete seal and would run. I flushed over a dozen times and the bowl cleared every time. While discussing with the customer it was relaid to me that earlier the bowl did clog. They had to plunge to clear. They stated it cleared and they had to leave in a hurry with it filling. With this information I can guess that the soft blockage did not completely clear. The flapper was not sealing the flush tube and the water continued to run. The water spilled over the bowl and contents through the house.
Completed a 2 system HomeCare Cycled both systems through heating and cooling from the thermostats. Replaced both 1 inch filters, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, flushed both drain lines and the condensate pump, and tested all major components and motors for proper function. The upstairs system that serves the main level and upstairs is a single stage builder grade system with zoning. This is not the proper equipment to utilize zoning with. This system is also short on return air. This system will have premature failures and issues due to the application. The system was low on refrigerant, and today. The homeowner approved topping off the refrigerant. We will keep an eye on the system and the refrigerant levels. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have s great day!
Single system Homecare. Flushed and pumped drain line. Visually inspected blower, ducting, coils and heat exchanger. Checked electrical components and safeties. Checked refrigerant levels. Performed carbon monoxide inspection. Cleaned flame sensor. Found system to have buildup in ducting, dirty blower, minimal flood protection dirty ac and no IAQ products. Quoted repairs. Customer will budget and address repairs in coming weeks. Informed customer system is single stage and zoned. Heat exchanger shows excessive wear given age and would not expect to get full life expectancy out of equipment.
Today I uninstalled a ChargePoint EV charger from the customers previous home and reinstalled it next to the panel in his new home
