Professional, Friendly Company

I needed a submersed sump pump replaced in my basement, which was in the process of being remodeled. Zack came out and thoroughly explained the process and gave me an estimate. After a couple minor issues -- regarding my older pump set-up, Zach and Vincent got it all cleared and operating correctly. The prior install was not professional, resulting in more work for Zach and Vincent. I would highly recommend TE Certified to anyone; they will be called when service is needed in the future. Thank you, guys.

Excellent Service

Allen arrived promptly within arrival window. When he arrived he explained the process of completing the work (Adding a T fitting and shutoff valve to my gas line). He completed the work quickly and explained how connection worked. He even painted the new pipe fitting to match the older pipes. He did a great job. This company has great customer service. They even called me back after the initial estimate and worked with me to provide a better quote. I will definitely use them again if needed.

System is not level. Center box were installed, causing the software underneath the unit to pay them and leave very hard left. There is no feature on a negative pressure system, therefore water is being sucked back into the system. System not level is running throughout the air handler and through the supply for them and fall through in the master closet Recommend to re-level unit completely added in blood to adding UV bacteria growth get all the water out and dispose of it replace supplies for them. Left disconnect unplugged so the unit would not turn on and condensate anymore. Explain to customer that we did leave the disconnect off and also took photo.

Diagnostic Performed diagnostic on two systems. System for main floor is a 1995 pain furnace and AC system. Upon inspection of the system found disconnect outdoor to be failed. Upon visual inspection fan was running compressor was not. Pulled power discovered disconnect failure. Tested system and found Refrigerant. Charge to be zero on the liquid side. Around 100 psi on suction side. This system is very very low on our 22 and no longer flowing refrigerant correctly. Data plate for the system is son bleached and not readable. Pulled fan to look at compressor and it was extremely hot. Span fan while it was out and it has a Spun fan while it was out and it has a lot of resistance. This condenser fan motor is failing.Outdoor unit is simply in very poor condition and showing its age. Move to furnace and fan was blowing. Blower assembly is very dirty upon inspection. There is absolutely no flood prevention. There are signs that this unit was recently frozen. Water puddles in the bottom of t

Arrived on site to troubleshoot a drain line in the garage that was leaking and causing a ton of damage. The primary and secondary drain line upstairs are plumbed into the pump in the basement. The drain line outside was severely clogged and restricted drainage. It was overflowing from the 3/4” tee and the drain tubing was electrical taped into place. We reran the entire new drain outside, adding a clean out, we cleaned both drain lines and replaced the condensate pump tubing. We confirmed proper drainage upon departure and made sure the system was operational upon departure. System is fully operational, leak has been corrected. Call complete.

Installed 1” quarter turn valve in the ceiling behind the front desk. Replaced the WC’s in the 3 restrooms. The service valves were swapped with new quarter turn threaded valves for serviceability. The new commercial grade pressure assisted water closets were tested for proper operation. The flange in the back restroom was replaced as a courtesy. Pressurized system and verified connections.

I was called out to Tamala’s house for a cooling issue on both systems. Tamala has lived here since August so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the main system is from 1998 and the upstairs system has a furnace from 1998 with an ac from 2013 making all the systems past normal life expectancy and the cause for the systems not working was a broken fan blade on the main system and a shorted contactor on the upstairs. I replaced both failed parts and the systems began functioning but both look to be low on refrigerant which indicates there is a leak on the systems somewhere that needs to be found and repaired to ensure functionality. Due to the advanced age, lack of warranty, and efficiency loss replacement is a viable option to update the system to current standards.

The business is currently under renovation and wanted a few items addressed. Today we added in isolation valves for the individual units. This was so that they can turn off the water without having to shut the whole building down every single time. There was four 3/4” copper lines that were located in the ceiling. I shut off the building and added in new 1/4 turn valves. Checked and tested connections. Thank You For Choosing TE Certified Plumbing

Arc fault diagnosis on circuit number 13 in the right hand panel. Which controls the lights on the front porch. Upon diagnosis I found two open underground splices. They just had tape wrapped around them. I put in two underground splice kits to resolve the issue. TE certified did not install the wiring. Only the two splice kits for the damaged wire. Warranty is voided if the landscape company damages the wire again.

Powder room toilet keeps running constantly whenever the water is on I did a minor toilet rebuild and replaced the fill valve, flapper, and toilet supply line. The shut off for the toilet was leaking so I had to replace that with a brand new angle stop. I tested everything and checked for leaks.
