Steven was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Since I don’t know anything about electrical wiring, I relied upon him to explain what he was doing and to show me what needed to be done. He did that and he didn’t seem to mind my standing nearby asking him questions. However…I also realized that we went from $139.00 to fix a broken light switch to $1000.00 to replace breakers that Steven said were not correctly installed. I sincerely hope that this was the case and that we weren’t scared into fixing something that didn’t need repairing. I would like to have a reliable company to call upon if we ever need electrical work again.

We received great service today from Steven. Before arriving, he kept me informed of arrival time. Upon arriving, he quickly inspected the problem switch and checked the panel. He let me know what he observed on the panel and determined we only need to replace the switch which he did in a short amount of time. He showed me the defective part and quickly replaced the switch. He was professional from beginning to end.

Today Kevin has us out here to perform a plumbing inspection for his insurance. I performed the plumbing inspection for Kevin, however with the insurance that he has and the requirements that they are asking for, I advised him that one of our plumbing managers would like to read over the insurance form so we can properly fill this form out. I will return back on Wednesday to deliver the form to Kevin so he can submit that to his insurance. Also advised him of some issues (high pressure) that I noticed, and his plumbing does require some attention and some other issues (faucet in the hallway bathroom not operating properly and train work in the kitchen sink) that I would also recommend getting taken care of. Written up some options for him to get that stuff taken care of.
Customer went to drain his water heater per yearly maintenance however, when doing so he discovered there was a leak at the bottom of the heater indicating that the heater needs to be replaced. Installed new 50 gallon electric water heater with 10 year warranty. Installed new thermal expansion tank ball valve and drip pan. Per code installed a disconnect switch. After installing heater, we restored water back to the building checked for leaks and found none. Water pressure is in the safe range at 50 PSI.
For this job I came out and replaced a push to fit flowtite plastic valve for a dishwasher. Informed customer that we are not responsible for dishwasher supply line or the installation of the dishwasher. I double check and tested for leaks and conducted a super cleanup.
Arrived to install new blower motor, upon arrival customer stated she would like to sign up for home care and pay annually, removed blower wheel and motor, chemical cleaned blower wheel, installed and secured new blower motor, reinstall b,owner wheel and secured all wires, started unit up, heat and blower started up, performed first fall visit today as well, checked tstat, cycled to heat mode , checked inducer motor, cleaned flame sensor, checked igniter, customer recently replaced filter, checked flu vent, no gas or co detected, checked temp rise, unit is heating properly at time with no other issues, did let customer know I noticed water around sump pump and we can have a plumber out to evaluate situation, customer will look over it himself
Possibly surge or influx of power caused certain systems to stop working. Multiple effected areas by loss of power
Install a new 50 gallon water heater because the old one was from 1998 and water was coming out of the faucet brown. I also installed a PRV because the pressure was sitting at 105 psi and there seems to have been no regulator installed.
Performed diagnostic on 9yr old Lennox furnace, upon arrival customer stated united stopped working yesterday and haven’t came back on, checked tstst, cycled to heat mode, upon going in crawlspace, unit started up in heat mode but blower motor never started up, was getting voltage to blower, failed blower motor, upon shutting down furnace was throwing high limit codes due to no airflow, shut unit down and recommended customer not running , spoke with customer bout how dirty blower was and recommend cleaning during motor replacement, due to all supply houses being closed will have to call for price and availability Monday and reach back out to customer, unit not operational at the time
Continuation of a rewire for the whole house.
Ran a drain line from master shower and tied it into 3 inch branch. I flushed. the water heater for 30 minutes. I replaced the temperature and pressure valve because it was constantly leaking. I also replaced the expansion tank because it was installed and properly and full of water.
For this job, I worked on a 3 handle tub that was constantly running I replaced the hot and diverter stem and replaced washer on cold stem. I checked and tested for leaks. And conducted a super clean up.
Arrived on site and customer stated that he had a large increase in his water bill that went from $40-$400 in two months. He stated that a few days prior as he was out of the state, the water company came down and shut the meter off as there was a leak on the main line outside. Upon my inspection, I turned on the meter and noticed right away water on a valve just after the meter. I quoted the customer to dig up and expose the line and repair the leak. I went ahead and removed the broken ball valve and made my repair. After repair was made, I re-pressurize the house and kept an eye on the meter to ensure the leak was fixed.
Came out for no hot called Rheem, Rheem said it was the gas control valve and burner assembly Rheem didn’t have a gas control valve we called around found one Rheem is sending burner no eta. I installed new gas control valve that payed out of pocket expansion tank and check valve tested the pilot went back out will need to return once burner assembly arrives.
Rewire the entire electrical system for the home and shed up to 2025 electrical code standards.
