Steven was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Since I don’t know anything about electrical wiring, I relied upon him to explain what he was doing and to show me what needed to be done. He did that and he didn’t seem to mind my standing nearby asking him questions. However…I also realized that we went from $139.00 to fix a broken light switch to $1000.00 to replace breakers that Steven said were not correctly installed. I sincerely hope that this was the case and that we weren’t scared into fixing something that didn’t need repairing. I would like to have a reliable company to call upon if we ever need electrical work again.

We received great service today from Steven. Before arriving, he kept me informed of arrival time. Upon arriving, he quickly inspected the problem switch and checked the panel. He let me know what he observed on the panel and determined we only need to replace the switch which he did in a short amount of time. He showed me the defective part and quickly replaced the switch. He was professional from beginning to end.

Rewire the entire electrical system for the home and shed up to 2025 electrical code standards.
For today’s job, I was called out to troubleshoot a loss of power in several rooms of the home. Upon inspection, I determined that only half of the power in the electrical panel was present. One leg of the 120V supply was missing, resulting in half of the breakers not working and all 240V two-pole breakers being inoperative. To verify the source of the issue, I checked the voltage at the line side of the meter to rule out a power company problem. The line side and feeder side of the main breaker showed correct voltage; however, the load side of the main breaker was only outputting 120V across both lugs. Additionally, the main breaker was producing a noticeable internal buzzing sound. These findings confirmed that the main breaker had failed. The scope of work included providing and installing a new main breaker at the meter location. After installation, all voltages were re-tested at both the meter and the panel, and the electrical system was restored to proper operation
The homeowner had a leaking SharkBite toilet shutoff due to an unreliable fitting. I replaced it with a new PEX stop valve and also replaced about a foot of PEX piping underneath the garage ceiling. After completing the installation, I tested the system and checked for leaks.
Replaced 3 wire dryer circuit with 4 wire gfci protected circuit.
The homeowner reported a leaking toilet that was dripping down to the garage whenever it was flushed, as well as a dripping tub spout. I removed and reinstalled the toilet and discovered that the flange was too low. To fix this, I added a new extension flange, a new wax ring, bolts, and a new supply line. I also applied silicone around the toilet and replaced the tub spout in the upstairs guest bath. After completing all the repairs, I tested everything and checked for any leaks.
Outlet redevice in master bedroom, replace breaker for master and Upper Ac unit.
Tech was out for no heat. Unit did not have filter tech provided filter 14x25x1 at no cost. Put system in heat mode System will fire up for 20 sec then shut off. Tech cleaned flame sensor and started system. Again system will run 20 sec then shut off. Checked mirco amps to verify if flame sensor is good. Tested ( passed ) 2.6 MA…. Tech tested voltage come from flame sensor and was reading 15. This indicates failed board. Unable to access back of unit to take pictures due to a big pipe blocking evap coil. There is no drain pan under home. No safety switch. There is a condensation pump with no pan Checked out door unit found failing capacitor and out door unit is needing a chemical cleaning. Spoke with customer about issues. Customer stated that she just had that board replaced by some one and she is going to reach out to that person to come fix. At this time system is not operating.
No heat. Customer changed the time at the thermostat and , accidentally locked thermostat… I unlocked thermostat and inspected the system. Furnace is 4 years old only , and ac 21 years old, and works with r22(Freon). Heating is working properly, but due tot he age of the ac and being working with r22 (Freon), highly recommend to upgrade the ac system. For efficiency , humidity and savings in the house. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the ac in,y for Monday morning.
Found pressure switch tubing chewed up causing pressure switch to not be pulled in. Removed chewed up part and put it back on. System started up and started to heat. Blower has a lot of build up and has a weak capacitor. Both of these will cause the motor to fail. While I’m crawl notice all of ducting has holes chewed by some sort of rodent. Plenum also is in very poor shape. 4 inch flex has come off the system. Gas line is against code. Condensate pump is old and needs to be replaced. Plenums need to be replaced. Highly recommended having install supervisor out to give quote for new system and duct work. Customer agreed to have them out for quote.
Replace dimmer with toggle switch due to fixture be a non dimmable led vanity light in master bathroom.
Failed inducer was the result of the no heat. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
