I needed a submersed sump pump replaced in my basement, which was in the process of being remodeled. Zack came out and thoroughly explained the process and gave me an estimate. After a couple minor issues -- regarding my older pump set-up, Zach and Vincent got it all cleared and operating correctly. The prior install was not professional, resulting in more work for Zach and Vincent. I would highly recommend TE Certified to anyone; they will be called when service is needed in the future. Thank you, guys.

Allen arrived promptly within arrival window. When he arrived he explained the process of completing the work (Adding a T fitting and shutoff valve to my gas line). He completed the work quickly and explained how connection worked. He even painted the new pipe fitting to match the older pipes. He did a great job. This company has great customer service. They even called me back after the initial estimate and worked with me to provide a better quote. I will definitely use them again if needed.
Andrew and Andrew are true professionals. Amazing service

Repair and startup visit on Generac 26Kw standby generator
For this job, we added a new stream labs water monitor to the main feed coming into home, as well as replacing the old Prv to protect the new system. We also added a new thermal expansion tank to the system. After checking the home we noticed many angle stops were leaking when used so we replaced all angle stops in home with quarter turn valves. Once we were done we cleaned up and checked our work.
Came out to perform a Home Care Inspection on three systems. My findings for the attic unit is as followed. I found had a 15 degree temperature split. I found that the system was short on return air and that the capacitor for the blower motor had failed. I couldn’t get an accurate reading for refrigerant levels until the air-flow issue has been resolved. The outdoor capacitor on this unit is bad also and the outdoor condenser needs to be cleaned. The main floor system has a bad indoor capacitor. The customer had two extremely compacted filters in her return grills that she was unaware of so they were restricting air flow. We removed the dirty filters and it helped. The outdoor unit has a bad capacitor and the condenser needs to be cleaned. The basement unit is and R22 system and wooden shot pit needs a blower motor capacitor and an outdoor condenser cleaning. This unit is also low on refrigerant. Email customer.
I was called out to Michael’s house for a Homecare maintenance. Michael has lived here for awhile so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the systems need their flood protection updated, the plenums are duct board, the filter racks are outdated and 2 of them don’t work, and the basement air handler needs a uv to keep it clean internally. Today I added some refrigerant to the main and basement systems and I adjusted the airflow for the main and upstairs system for better efficiency.
TECH WAS OUT FOR NO COOLING ON ALL 3 SYSTEMS UPSTAIRS LEVEL : system is completely out of Freon. The system is R-22 . R-22 is the type of refrigerant that is in the system.
