Professional, Friendly Company

I needed a submersed sump pump replaced in my basement, which was in the process of being remodeled. Zack came out and thoroughly explained the process and gave me an estimate. After a couple minor issues -- regarding my older pump set-up, Zach and Vincent got it all cleared and operating correctly. The prior install was not professional, resulting in more work for Zach and Vincent. I would highly recommend TE Certified to anyone; they will be called when service is needed in the future. Thank you, guys.

Excellent Service

Allen arrived promptly within arrival window. When he arrived he explained the process of completing the work (Adding a T fitting and shutoff valve to my gas line). He completed the work quickly and explained how connection worked. He even painted the new pipe fitting to match the older pipes. He did a great job. This company has great customer service. They even called me back after the initial estimate and worked with me to provide a better quote. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Client has us out today because she is wanting her electric water heaters serviced as she hasn’t performed any maintenance and has lived here for 6 years. One unit is located in the basement, piping ram to this unit is cpvc, the expansion tank is unsupported and held up by cpvc. The other unit is located around the back side of the basement in a utility storage type room accessed through an exterior wall. This water heater is older and does not have an expansion tank and is also piped in with cpvc. Today we went with just flushing both units, sending other options to email on file.

Customer called us out for a slow draining toilet in the master bathroom. I tested the fixtures in the bathroom and the toilet appeared to be the only one affected. The left bathroom sink was also slow draining. I recommended clearing the toilet with a closet auger, clearing the p trap and pop up in the sink and endure to maintain pipes and septic. Customer agreed. I poured a cap of endure down the kitchen sink. The removed the p trap and pop up from the left master bathroom sink. Cleaned them both and tested the sink. It was running very well and had no leaks. The I used a closet auger on the toilet but I was unable to relieve the blockage. I attempted to use a plunger after and noticed the style of toilet was allowing air through the bowl and into the tank. The toilet has its own venting system that often gets clogged or damaged and makes the toilet unable to flush. I recommended the customer replace the toilet due to the cost of repair and the likelihood of repeat issues. I left the

Homeowner had us out today due to issues with both systems inside of the home. Upon arrival we noticed two systems both from 2019. Homeowner explained that one system is currently working in the other one only blows warm air. we checked both air handlers located in the crawlspace. We found that for the one that is currently somewhat working that there is a drainage issue in the homeowner took apart the current drain to try to figure out what the issue was. We found that the system was holding water and the inside insulation was extremely wet. Both of the systems rely on a gravity drain and we recommend installing two condensate pumps for better usage. We also noticed that both systems have tons of biological growth on the inside, reaching all the way into the ductwork. Both of the evaporator coils are dirty and will need to be clean because they are causing the system to struggle with airflow and affect the refrigerant pressures. for the system that was out of operation we found a 45/5

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the hall bathroom. I tested the toilet and found the issue was local to just the toilet. I recommended using a closet auger to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran the closet auger successfully clearing the blockage. Tested toilet throughly and it was working very well. Customer does have cast iron but does not want it checked at this time.

Came out for no cool call on 2013 Carrier AC/80% Furnace. Found tstat calling for 74 degrees reading over 80 degrees. Upon checking furnace found ecm blower not running. Found not getting 24v from board to run. Confirmed tstat giving proper 24v to board. Confirmed board getting proper high voltage. When calling for cool outdoor unit does run but not indoor. Verified outdoor contactor operational, found weak 40/5 mfd cap on fan side. Couldn’t not confirm cooling operation due to bad blower however did check standing pressures and system does have refrigerant. Confirmed bad furnace board and blower motor with ecm tester. Made customer aware of findings and strongly recommended Install supervisor to come out and give quotes for new system due to age and condition. For current system gave quote for replacing furnace board, ecm motor, and proactively replacing outdoor cap. Did mention that we cannot fully diagnose refrigerant system until we can get blower back up and running. Could possibl

Upon arrival, customer explained that they received an inflated water bill likely due to a leak in the water supply system. After a thorough inspection, we determined that the leak was coming from 2 toilets - the main level powder room and upstairs guest bathroom - due to age and condition of poor quality materials used during initial installation. With customer’s approval, we replaced the fill valve and flapper in both toilets. During our inspection, we also discovered an improperly piped water heater as well as an improperly installed thermal expansion tank. We secured the expansion tank to the structural wall as a courtesy. A quote to properly pipe the water heater and replace toilets has been provided to the customer.
