Steven was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Since I don’t know anything about electrical wiring, I relied upon him to explain what he was doing and to show me what needed to be done. He did that and he didn’t seem to mind my standing nearby asking him questions. However…I also realized that we went from $139.00 to fix a broken light switch to $1000.00 to replace breakers that Steven said were not correctly installed. I sincerely hope that this was the case and that we weren’t scared into fixing something that didn’t need repairing. I would like to have a reliable company to call upon if we ever need electrical work again.

We received great service today from Steven. Before arriving, he kept me informed of arrival time. Upon arriving, he quickly inspected the problem switch and checked the panel. He let me know what he observed on the panel and determined we only need to replace the switch which he did in a short amount of time. He showed me the defective part and quickly replaced the switch. He was professional from beginning to end.

Called out for home inspection gave estimate customer agreed to replace pop up and p trap performed work tested no leaks at this time
Replace ceiling light with customer supplied wafer lights in hallway, hall closet, hall bathroom, master bathroom and closet. Replace stairway light.
Came out for mini split indoor blower and coil cleaning. Removed blower wheel and chemically cleaned thoroughly along with coil. Also cleaned cabinet, showing signs of bacterial growth. Once reinstalled ran heat mode and ensured system working properly. Spoke to customer about our Home Care plans, not interested at this time says he has a home warranty he is satisfied with
Came out to install 2 new Ecobee thermostats for upstairs system and basement system. Had to install Power Extender Kits for both since they each had 4 wires for tstat. Tested all heating and cooling operations everything came on normally. Cleared both drains for those systems, ensured flowing properly. Spoke about our Home Care plans and recommended signing up. Customer declined for today due to them having home warranty company. Explained benefits of Home Care Membership and left brochure
Today I changed six non-UL breakers and installed a customer supplied switch. I installed the switch free of charge. The breakers that I installed are circuit numbers; 7 & 9 (240), 13, 21, 23, 25 & 27 (240) and 28

Today I inspected the oven circuit, I found no issues. I also changed an overrated and broken breaker for the AC unit. The breaker that I changed is circuit number 14 and 16, 240 V.
Today I replaced the GFI that was behind the refrigerator with a regular outlet and installed a GFI upstream on the kitchen counter, second outlet left of the sink, changed the bad three-way and redid a four-way wiring system, replaced a non-UL breaker. The four-way system was for the overhead light in the foyer. The switch I replaced is on the left. The breaker I replaced is circuit number 15.

Performed diagnostic on one year old upstairs unit. Upon arrival customer was not on site met with restoration company stated ceiling was leaking due to hvac unit upon going in attic noticed water coming from drain line noticed drain line was not glued and also had black duct tape on it also noticed drain line was not properly vented. Noticed Custer aqua gurad float switch, recommend TE flood protection such as wet switch, Inspected filter and replaced filter checked evap coil checked blower wheel inspected outdoor unit, checked capacitor. Called and spoke with home owner about issues, recommended home care as well as indoor air quality, customer did want to move forward with drain line repair as well as home care, customer will look over indoor air quality once he return home, redid drain line properly, add a union as well as a clean out and vent on p trap, poured water to make sure was draining properly, checked pressures and temp split, unit working properly at time
