Luis Lopez was prompt to the scheduled appointment. I appreciated the calls before his arrival to our home. He was courteous and professional. After assessing the attic vent fan, he proposed a few options and quoted the pricing for each. I also appreciated his suggestions on other electrical issues that he noticed in the home. Thank you for the repairs and the time.
Luis and his assistant, Jose, did a very nice job. Luis is very professional and systematic in approach and personable I would request him again without question for future projects. I like the lifetime warranty on the work and plumbing parts provided as part of the service. That says that TE Certified stand behind your work. Thank you.
Luis was very professional and did an excellent job. He listened and answer all my questions. Highly recommend. His apprentice was also very good. Thank you. I will call again for future needs. I like the lifetime warranty for work done.
Scheduling was easy. Came on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. Price was fair.
Marshall was very professional and quickly diagnosed my electrical problem. He provided three options with estimates and the facts about my current breaker panel. I selected a lower option with no pressure. He completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
I had Jason S work on our EV charger install, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and the cost was reasonable even when I added other items into the install. He was very friendly and reassuring, especially the warranties that came with my products and services.
When I first scheduled my appointment (on a Thursday) I was told that my soonest appointment would be for Monday. They did reach out to me on Friday morning to let me know a tech would be able to come out that day and look at my garbage disposal. Elijah came out and was very professional. He was able to install my new disposal (which I purchased at Home Depot) in a timely manner. My disposal is working properly. The price for the installation was almost three times the cost of the disposal itself, but was a little cheaper than Home Depot’s installation. I reached out to TE because they have some work for me before and I haven’t had any issues/complaints about their work. I’m giving a 5 star for service, but 4 star for overall experience due to cost.
Professional and prompt! I really appreciate it!
Marco was prompt, courteous and efficient. It was an excellent installation. Thanks
For this job, I came to diagnose a system that was not cooling. After completing an inspection, I was able to determine that the unit was completely out of refrigerant. Also the inducer motor was going bad on the furnace and the blower wheel was dirty as well. I presented my findings to the customer and explained due to the age of the system and it containing R22 refrigerant it’s best to look into replacing the system. The customer agreed. I collected a 98$ service fee and explained that if they purchased a new system from us that money will be credited back.
Thank you for continuing to use TE Certified to help with your Home Care needs. For this appointment I diagnosed/replaced your gable attic fans and replaced a switch as a courtesy. I’ve attached all the pictures taken throughout the process with this invoice, as well as the other estimates I mentioned today. If you have any questions or if you experience any electrical issues, please contact me directly. If you would like help from any of our other professional tradesmen with 5% off your next home improvement solution, please contact our office and they will happily assist you. Arrived checked air handler. Opened the panels and noticed oil residue. Gave quick scan with leak detector immediately hit on multiple spots. Evaporator coil has refrigerant leak. Blower wheel dirty. No wet switch. Checked condenser. Found high voltage going to contactor disconnected. Reconnected high voltage to contactor and cycled breaker on. Breaker immediately tripped. Removed compressor out of series. Fan motor turned on. Removed top of condenser and checked pins at compressor. Compressor is grounded. Contactor pitted. Recommend system replacement. System over 10 years old out of warranty. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
