The young lady who took my reservation was super friendly , polite and efficient. They kept me posted on my phone about the tech ( it was his partner on the picture, oops) They called while enroute and were on time. Cameron was the plumber and looked at the job and then gave me a quote. He was really nice, and did a very good job. Only 2 things: 1. Cameron's associate waited in the truck when he could have been clearing my second sink. I thought that was odd. 2. They seem to be required to upsell me with a drain cleaning product that was $87 when I asked him about a preventative cleaner. I get this from my dentist as well and it is a bit annoying . Not only overpriced , but , it didn't even have the ingredients listed on the bottle ( what is it really). All in all though, I would definitely use them again.
Luis Lopez was prompt to the scheduled appointment. I appreciated the calls before his arrival to our home. He was courteous and professional. After assessing the attic vent fan, he proposed a few options and quoted the pricing for each. I also appreciated his suggestions on other electrical issues that he noticed in the home. I had Jason S work on our EV charger install, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and the cost was reasonable even when I added other items into the install. He was very friendly and reassuring, especially the warranties that came with my products and services.
When I first scheduled my appointment (on a Thursday) I was told that my soonest appointment would be for Monday. They did reach out to me on Friday morning to let me know a tech would be able to come out that day and look at my garbage disposal. Elijah came out and was very professional. He was able to install my new disposal (which I purchased at Home Depot) in a timely manner. My disposal is working properly. The price for the installation was almost three times the cost of the disposal itself, but was a little cheaper than Home Depot’s installation. I reached out to TE because they have some work for me before and I haven’t had any issues/complaints about their work. I’m giving a 5 star for service, but 4 star for overall experience due to cost.

Arrived found unit off on auxiliary pan float switch due to clogged drain pan, causing water to overflow. Customer approved condensate drain line clean. Vacuumed water out of auxiliary pan. Flushed and treated drain line. No in-line safety or wet switch. Blower wheel dirty. Cycled system on. Checked condenser. Checked capacitor, contactor, and pressures. System now cooling and draining. Completed system evaluation by the time of arrival client mentioned that the system stopped working Saturday night after performing diagnosis and troubleshooting found a blowout transformer in the air handler which damage was caused by a wire stripped from the low pressure switch in the outdoor unit was grounded with the suction line Replaced transformer and repair outdoor wire what the hell?
Customer called us out for two clogged/slow draining sinks. Upon testing of both sinks we determined that the customer wanted both P-traps cleaned. Cleaned both P-traps and tested after completion throughly. Customer was satisfied.
Installed Halo Ion on tankless unit. Flushed unit.
Completed full system inspections for both upstairs and main level systems. Tested fully and found some issues with each unit that should be addressed. The units are also 13 years old so it may be time to consider replacements. Today I completed the bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running. This included removing clog from upstairs drain, adding ss1, cleaning outdoor condenser coils, replacing capacitor for upstairs condenser, and adding 1 lb. of 410a to main level unit. Tested fully after repairs and no failures at this time.
Leaking recirculating pump. Replaced with new Laing pump & timer. While doing installation noticed check valve serving pump was not fully closing. Also water drain from water heater was a “blackish color”.

For this job, I came to diagnose a system that was not cooling. After completing an inspection, I was able to determine that the unit was completely out of refrigerant. Also the inducer motor was going bad on the furnace and the blower wheel was dirty as well. I presented my findings to the customer and explained due to the age of the system and it containing R22 refrigerant it’s best to look into replacing the system. The customer agreed. I collected a 98$ service fee and explained that if they purchased a new system from us that money will be credited back.
