Remove and replace approximately 15’ of backgraded main sewer line. Replace PRV. Relocate main shutoff to vertical. Replace front hose faucet. Replace tankless water heater.
Performed a leak search and found a cabinet screw through the 3 inch pvc drain pipe on main level at the wet bar. Removed the screw behind the cabinet and found it wet and rusted. Determined that the leak was coming that there. Homeowner said that they will contact a remediation company to remove the cabinet to give us better access to perform a rapair in the future. Homeowner will not use upstairs bathroom until the leak is repaired.

Installed new outdoor outlet for water fountain. I came of an existing outlet in the basement living room cabinets. I cut a new metal box into the brink, installed a new weather rated gfci outlet, and new bubble cover. I discussed with the homeowner about how basement circuits need to be gfci and arc fault protected. The current outlets are only arc fault protected.
Inspected newly installed toilets by other TE technician. Upstairs hallway toilet has a broken fill valve and not working properly. Tested water pressure at 135 psi which is very dangerous for the plumbing system. Provided options to solve the issue. Technician to Install 50 gallon gas water heater in garage with all plumbing code upgrades. Install new water pressure valve and main water shut off valve above water heater in garage. Technician will replace toilet fill valve for the upstairs hallway bathroom as a courtesy. All worked tested good upon completion and technician set water pressure to 60 psi
Replaced busted 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage. Technician also replaced recirculation pump and all necessary components. All code upgrades were also performed.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
HomeCare renewal/visit one system. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Flushed condensate drains and traps; clear and flowing. Checked systems electrical components and operations, thermostat, temperatures, duct work, flue pipe, gas connections, refrigerant… 2014 Goodman up flow system in attic with condenser on right side of house operating as designed at this time.
Replaced the GFCI and bubble cover at the pond pump. The pump was causing the GFCI to trip. Installed a j box for the hot tub whip. Remade the tap at the upper back right corner landscape light at the fence. Removed the tesla circuit that was pulled into the attic. There are no more random wires laying in the attic.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Replaced filter. Cleaned drains, flame sensor and inducer port.
Today I came to Rob Grant’s home to troubleshoot a microwave outlet that kept tripping. After investigation, found loose connections on all terminals and arching and slight burning on outlet. All outlets have been replaced in circuit and is working properly again.
