Both electricians did a superior job. They were professional and they warned me about the hazards of using an alternative solution. The alternative solution did not involve using a Tesla charging station. They were able to do the service immediately after providing the estimate. after the installation they tested the Charging on the equinox and everything worked perfectly. I was happy to hear about the warranty on the service and guarantees. Overall it was a good experience.

Client has us out today because she just paid an extremely high water bill and doesn’t know where the extra water usage could be coming from. She has no dripping faucets or running toilets in the home and also had her crawl space checked for leaks and there were none. Arrived on site and found the meter box full of water, pumped the water out and you can hear the leak on her side of the meter, underground. Presented options and today we went with just a repair to get the leak to stop. I dug the meter box out and found that the gasket for the black flow preventer had failed and is allowing water to leak out. Replaced the gasket with a gasket from a meter nipple and pressurized the system with no leaks, not putting dirt back as it was covering the meter. Water is on with no leaks.
As we arrived Today, Mr. Lain explain to us that his upstairs bathroom light was not working anymore. When we remove the light switch from the wall to see one of the wires was pulling out of the back of the switch. When we started pulling on the wire you could hear it popping and cracking inside of the switch. The light switch was defective. We replaced the existing Singapore light switch with a new one. Once that was done, everything worked properly in the bathroom again. It was nice meeting you Today Mr. Lain! Troubleshoot multiple locations with no power. Replace all three switches in the laundry room as you walk in from the garage. Replace one three way switch as you exit the laundry room into the house. Replace all three switches as you walk in the front door. Replace one three-way switch that controls the foyer light in the two gang box by the kitchen island. Replace both garage door opener outlets. Replace breaker for garage door circuit. Replace switch in attic for keyless fixture. Replace keyless fixture in attic service light. Everything tested and working properly.

10/27/25 Came out for no heat call on older 80% Furnace. Name plate scratched cant read serial or model #. Outdoor unit is 1999 Goodman AC. Found reason for no heat was gas shutoff for furnace in "off" position. Asked customer did he turn it off he said he doesn't recall doing so. Turned valve in "on" position then flame came on. Conducted soap bubble test to investigate why gas was shut off. Found gas leaks coming from flex line right after shutoff. Made customer aware and gave quote to repair. Did mention age and condition of furnace and strongly recommended having install supervisor come out to discuss new furnace options. Customer declined and only wanted gas leak repaired for now. Spoke to dispatch they have scheduled me to come back out first thing tomorrow morning to gather materials I need. 10/28/25 Came back out with all materials needed, got gas line up to code, previously had flex going through cabinet. Installed new flex line and sealed properly. Soap tested for leaks, al
Blue Tube Ultra Violet Light install. Cleaned up growth around unit and installed uv. No failures at this time.
Today’s we arrived we troubleshooting why the disposal in the kitchen was not working. We found that electricity was working properly, but the disposal itself was defective and locked up. There was also a receptacle on the kitchen island that have been pulled out of the wall. I resecured it with two different jiffy clips on the metal cut in box. We also troubleshooting by the fireplace in the master bedroom was not working. Power was working properly there, but the pilot light had gone out on the gas. We also screwed in a receptacle in the upstairs hallway that was loose from the wall. Finally, we installed a whole panel surge protector in the upstairs electrical panel of the garage. Troubleshoot for crackling lights in kitchen, found 3 lights with no boxes and direct connection to wires, dangerous situation, installed 5 new can wafer lights with electrical housings, circuit now safe. Many estimates given.
Single system inspection. Found lots of bacterial growth in system. Drain lines in poor shape. Outdoor coil very dirty. Blower is very dirty.
Replaced furnace circuit from #8 to #6 with proper breaker
Reset toilet. Water pressure is 80-85psi. Tank to bowl kit is leaking, estimates were provided.
For this job, it was required to me to chase down the locations where water lines were crossed at that was providing hot water to a toilet in the half bathroom. There were two location where it was crossed one was in the crawlspace. The other location is in the wall behind the half bath sink. Our client also needed a hose bibb replace. All items were resolved with no issue and tested for leaks and no leaks were found all workers documented with photos. Our client is very happy.
