Both electricians did a superior job. They were professional and they warned me about the hazards of using an alternative solution. The alternative solution did not involve using a Tesla charging station. They were able to do the service immediately after providing the estimate. after the installation they tested the Charging on the equinox and everything worked perfectly. I was happy to hear about the warranty on the service and guarantees. Overall it was a good experience.

Completed first time homecare maintenance for single system home. Fully tested the system from thermostat and heat and cool. Found numerous issues with the systems, but the most concerning was cracks in the heat exchanger. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Water service recently replaced by contractor. Debris clogging kitchen sink(furthest fixture). Cleaned out aerator. Multiple leaks in water lines in crawlspace. Repiped water lines in crawlspace, up to floor and spigots.
For this job, I did leak detection services for outside and inside the home I isolated the meter and the main shut off. There was no water loss on the main service. The homeowner asked if I would check inside for leaks and after checking all the toilets all fixtures, all water stops. I did not find any visible water leaks. I turned the water main back on and went to the meter and watch the meter for Vlosich. There was no loss of water inside of the home either.
Visually inspected toilet in upstairs bathroom. Found a 12” rough in toilet installed on a 10” rough in flange. Toilet tank is recessed into drywall and studs have been notched to make the toilet fit. Suggest either replacing toilet with a new 10” rough in toilet or moving flange to accommodate the existing 12” rough in toilet.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Came out for a no cool. Found low side of refrigerant pressures to be extremely high took out a pound of refrigerant pressure is dropped but sub, cool and superheat were completely off due to airflow. Found the evaporator coil to be completely caked up with debris, there is a return that goes underneath the system that is unfiltered Filter also has not been changed in a while. Flu pipe is completely rusted out and a single wall blower wheel is very dirty. There is no flood protection. Outdoor coil is also dirty. There’s no air quality on the system. Left estimates to do repair repairs on system. Customer elected to have installed supervisor come out And give estimates to replace the unit.
SERVICE CALL : Upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is leaking water from the ceiling. After complete troubleshooting I found the hvac system 2 1/2 ton capacity 2 years old the metal auxiliary drain pan was Full of water due to main drain line was completely stopped up. Removed all the water from drain pan and cut and clear drain line test main line with water is ok I recommend to install extra safety switches to prevent water damaged new in line safety and new wet switch for extra protection. Test cooling mode and check pressure are ok at this moment. Recommend routine maintenance to prevent any bracke down. After final inspection System is running at this moment. Locate septic tank. Successfully located entrance of septic tank by camera and locator wand. Marked on the ground with white paint to easily locate entrance for tank.
This customer was concerned about a leak in the wall. I opened up the wall and sourced the leak. I repaired the leak, flushed the drain line with my mighty pump. I tested with two gallons of water and it’s clear. I added a TE Certified Flood Protection switch to the secondary pan. I ran the system for 30 minutes and the system is working according to specifications. The customer had an hvac company out yesterday so he didn’t need an inspection just the repair.
Troubleshoot two tripped circuits. Found three wire was back feeding the other circuit. Separated the two circuits ones feeding the basement outlets and the other one feeding downstairs den area outlets. Replaced damaged switches in downstairs bathroom.
