The service representative did an excellent job. It was Professional from start to finish. He gave me a reasonable estimate of the cost of service and immediately started work and completed the job without problems. After the work he checked my water pressure and noted that all is well. I’m very satisfied overall with the entire service.

Both electricians did a superior job. They were professional and they warned me about the hazards of using an alternative solution. The alternative solution did not involve using a Tesla charging station. They were able to do the service immediately after providing the estimate. after the installation they tested the Charging on the equinox and everything worked perfectly. I was happy to hear about the warranty on the service and guarantees. Overall it was a good experience.

Troubleshoot , Redevice living room, install safety breaker
Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that they had no heat. Upon first inspection found the breaker to be tripped. Upon inspection of the indoor unit found that the heat strips were 15 KW and the main power running to the system Was not ran up to code. Upon further inspection, found the blower wheel to be dirty. The filter in the system was not the correct filter. Customer will need an electrician to come out and give a quote to run the proper size wire and install the proper size circuit breaker For the system. At this time system is turned off due to high risk of fire due to the improper sizing of the wire.
We came out to attempt to clear a mainline blockage that we were unable to clear the day before. I recommended attempting with a mini hydro jetter this time and the customer agreed. I ran the jetter down and successfully cleared the blockage after three runs. I cleaned up and tested the line throughly.
Performed 1 system diagnostic. I failed blower motor, dirty, blower wheel, dirty evaporator coil filter was not changed for a year and a half, no TE flood protection, improper drain line pitch, upstairs thermostat, incorrect for heat pump, contactor pitted, dirty condenser coil, growth in air handler, and evaporator coil rusted. Unit is 19 years old and out of warranty. Would recommend replacement instead of repairs due to cost of repairs and unit being out of warranty. Unit is not operational at this time. Recommend scheduling an install supervisor. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Install a generator inlet at the main disconnect outside
Replacing three push to connect toilet stops with solvent weld stops, one in each bathroom.
Our client reached out to us to have a shut off valve, installed on a pre-existing icemaker line that runs from the crawlspace structure. Icemaker box was offered, but due to certain circumstances it was better to install the shut off valve for the time being for a new refrigerator that’s gonna be installed. And the shut off has been installed and tested for leaks and no leak found. The estimate has been left to bring the water heat up the cold and also to protect the heater throughout time. Our client said she would reach out to us and schedule this out in a few weeks.
As we arrive today, Allison explained to us they had an inspection and needed some receptacles added in their data room because there was too many extension cords all over the place. They were not adding anything extra in the room so we just pulled off an existing circuit and added a new receptacle. We ran MC cable from an existing metal 1900 box that already had receptacles inside of it over to the new location where we installed a new 1900 box, raised quad receptacle cover and two 20 amp receptacles. Once our connections were made, we tested all receptacles and everything was working properly. It was very nice to meet you today! If we could help you with anything else, please let us know. Arrived and found that the 1/2” cpvc hot water line under kitchen sink was hit with something and snapped it in to causing water to spray everywhere, flooding the unfinished basement. Water was turned off to home when I arrived. Cut out damaged section of cpvc and replaced it with pex pipe/ fittings from basement ceiling up into kitchen cabinet and installed 2 new straight stops. Reconnected faucet and dishwasher supply lines. Pressurized system and tested for any other leaks. Everything is working properly with no leaks.
Customer had a shower valve that was leaking constantly, replaced the valve and all is well now
Today as we arrived we’ve come back to replace the defective recessed lights. We purchased and replaced two light upstairs, two on the main floor and one outside on the front porch. Came out today to perform repairs on system. Evap coil was leaking refrigerant causing system to not function properly. Pulled the old coil out and pulled a vacuum on the system and installed a new filter dryer. After completion tested system to insure proper function. All heating elements are working properly and system is up and running properly.
