Dalton was our technician and he was amazing! First off he drove 2 hours to get to our house and he was still on time! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and even answered questions pertaining to other things! He was great. We are already planning to use them again.

We had a problem that was difficult to trace. Jamie kept trying to isolate the problem using his skills of educated deduction. He found the problem and corrected it. We thought the bill was quite fair. I'd also like to comment that he came when we expected him, and he was courteous and professional.

Troubleshoot lights that aren’t working
Tested system not cooling for the whole home. (Main) found every component dirty, including the condenser coil, evaporator coil, blower wheel, and the Plenum/ducks. System has been leaking water into the crawl from improper drainage and does not have a pump installed in crawlspace. This has caused tons of microbial growth inside and outside the unit visibly. Today we are unable to accurately test. The refrigerant levels until the unit is clean, system being so dirty is causing restriction and false readings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
For this job, we worked on installing a dedicated 4-wire 50A circuit to the electric range. Tested all voltages and range was properly working.

Customer has two 26 y/o Lennox systems that operate for main and upper levels. Systems are not cooling due to low pressure levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Several failed components as well. Informed customer protection of findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
