Customer have a main line blockage that is affecting the entire house. Customer had the septic tank pumped December 2023 per Josh win. He wanted me to pull the toilet to run the cable down the main line to check for mainline blockage since they did get the tank pump within three years after running my cable, I was not able to clear the blockage. We have a camera inspection scheduled for Monday Morning. Also told the customer I recommended for her to have a septic company come out just in case to inspect that septic tank again, whole house back up is actively still present.

For this job, I conducted lead detection service for homeowner. The meter was barely spinning at a GPM loss about 0.23 gallons per minute. Homeowner has vacuum breakers on his hose bib that are about 28 years old, soI was not able to introduce compressed air to the line. The service is right at 3.5 feet down at the penetration. I listen to the line from the meter to the penetration and while I could detect turbulence in the line, and a higher residence under a bush in the flower bed approximately 4 feet off of the foundation wall for the service penetration is,I could not hear a definite resonance that would indicate where the leak on the line is. This property is on a hill and the water service runs uphill from the meter to the penetration. There is no sign of water or moisture anywhere in the yard. The homeowner also advised me that he has a drainage system in the yard that has downspouts connect to that runs to the storm drain by the meter. This could also be why there’s no sign of

on this visit, we completed the 400 amp service upgrade, including running three dedicated 20a circuits, one for a kitchen countertop, 14 the garage outlets, and one for the sunroom. We also swapped over the oven and pull circuit over to non-backed up panel. Sealed around openings and penetrations and completed stapling of all wires that we installed. This project is now ready for inspection.

Came for no heat. Call. When arrive to costumer house system had power but it was cycling on and off until shuts down. When testing system found that filter and evap coil were clogged for lack of maintenance and there was also biological growth inside the system spreading, causing poor air flow and system to over and finally shutdown. Proceed to do a complete maintenance, chemically clean evap coil. Added new transformer and UV germicidal light to avoid bio growth to come back and spreading. Costumer also signed up for monthly membership, to keep up with hvac maintenance to avoid any further issues. System is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
