Hallway lights not working. Troubleshoot lights found in 2x4 light fixture the light harness was burned out. Rewired the two fixtures during the troubleshoot. *Recommend removing all the light harnesses to prevent potential issues in the future. Recommend ballast bypass with new led lamps alleviating issue of lights not working due to faulty balances. At this time changing the lamps is only needed.
Our client reached out to us in reference to a couple of items that he wanted to have some quotes for and also checking to see if there was a possible gas leak at his kitchen stove. At the kitchen stove there was a very faint smell like gas that could be coming from a defective burner. I did check the gas supply line to see if the fittings were tight and they were pretty firm. There has been three estimates left for the client in which he requested. Client is looking to move forward and consulting currently with spouse and possibly having to work done next week.
