Dee and his partner were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and efficient! I really like the techs from TE. This was the second service I have had from them (I had them do some bathroom work for me earlier in the year) and they did a fantastic job both times! I am a TE customer for life!

Replacing gfci in bathrooms and outlet in front entrance. Moved a surge protector from inside the panel to outside.
on this visit, we completed the 400 amp service upgrade, including running three dedicated 20a circuits, one for a kitchen countertop, 14 the garage outlets, and one for the sunroom. We also swapped over the oven and pull circuit over to non-backed up panel. Sealed around openings and penetrations and completed stapling of all wires that we installed. This project is now ready for inspection.
For this job, I worked on repairs required by Gwinnett County after storm damage cause damage to electrical service. By code service wire cannot be repaired or altered if it’s not protected by a main breaker at the electrical meter. Replacement of this wire requires electrical permit.
Cut out and replaced a section of 1/2 inch CPVC that had frozen and burst. Restored water to the home and tested for leaks on the repair. No leaks or failures at time of service.
Came for no heat. Call. When arrive to costumer house system had power but it was cycling on and off until shuts down. When testing system found that filter and evap coil were clogged for lack of maintenance and there was also biological growth inside the system spreading, causing poor air flow and system to over and finally shutdown. Proceed to do a complete maintenance, chemically clean evap coil. Added new transformer and UV germicidal light to avoid bio growth to come back and spreading. Costumer also signed up for monthly membership, to keep up with hvac maintenance to avoid any further issues. System is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Replaced thermostat and removed Nest thermostat because Nest was taking over and setting heat to 50 degrees when they leave the office.
For this job I came out to perform a trouble shoot
System is 31 years old and heat exchanger is compromised. Recommend getting estimate to replace system. Ductwork is heating unevenly and some exam rooms are colder than others. Also look at ductwork. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
For this job, we worked on installing an outlet for a TV.

400a service upgrade with new 200a (42 space) panel that will be a non-backed up loads panel, and transfer large circuits to non-backed up loads panel. -Complete grounding system -New charger circuit directly to gateway -Transfer high amperage circuits to new non-backed up panel. -Install gateway, and run new 60a circuit to new charger
Tech installed 20 amp dedicated circuit from panel to a new receptacle under the sink bay for dishwasher. Tech also installed a Dual Function Safety breaker which provides protection against electrical fires (Signs of Arcing) and electrocution by ground faults. Tech also installed the whip (Plug) for the dishwasher. Outlet and breaker were tested and showed adequate voltage and properly working.
Tech found that there was no power going to both outlets in attic and visually traced the wire to make sure no wires where showing signs of damage that could’ve caused the issue. Tech followed the wire to where it went back into the wall and checked the Den’s front door switches and outlet. Tech checked the outlet for any signs of damage or disconnect and found that a switch next to the front door was controlling the outlet. Tech checked voltage and found adequate voltage in all the outlets after the switch was put in the on position. The switch was in the off position which cause the rest of the outlets to turn off. Tech informed homeowner that the switch in the den next to the front door controls outlets and that the switch should remain in the on position in order to receive power.
-install wire and breaker for Tesla wall connector next to panel -install and setup wall connector
