Excellent Service!

Dee and his partner were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and efficient! I really like the techs from TE. This was the second service I have had from them (I had them do some bathroom work for me earlier in the year) and they did a fantastic job both times! I am a TE customer for life!

Meticulous

Absolutely thorough examination of every aspect and thus made me well informed. Then honest presentation of the issues and any other potential issues. Then careful explanation of different options in getting the unit functioning again as well as options to deal with the other things that could soon be a factor.

Great service!

TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling responded quickly and scheduled an appointment promptly. The electrician named Hubert did a great job explaining the process, sharing photos and making recommendations.

Poor Service, unable to fix plumbing issue

I’ve had multiple technician visits to fix a plumbing issue in my bathroom. No one has been able to fix my issue after multiple tries.

Water heater leaking. Removed existing water heater and installed a new gas water heater in the garage with code modifications. Turned on the water and filled the tank, purged the air from the lines and ignited. The water heater is heating properly with no leaks.

Found bad gas valve and power fluctuations to gas valve and igniter. Has revision to furnace control board with new igniter kit and gas valve needs a drip line added to prevent future damage. All part in stock in Duluth. Customer is going to receive a repair versus replacement option and make decision.

For this job, we worked on installing three customer provided ring camera floodlights. None of the floodlights had an electrical box, so we had to install electrical boxes to bring them up to code and make them safer. After installation, we helped the homeowner by connecting them to the ring app on her phone. Replaced a three-way switch in the back porch and installed a ring doorbell and helped connect to the app on her phone. Had to finish labeling the panel that Alexis did not complete a year ago and bonded the hot and cold water lines at the water heater that he failed to do so

For this job at elite troubleshoot for Mr. Patel, I isolated the main water service between the shut off in the garage and the meter showed no sign of water loss. I then turned the main shut off in the garage back on and observe the meter again all valves in the home were closed and there was no sign of any water loss. Then went into the bathroom and observed no leaking on any water stops in the bathroom. Mr. Patel had the wall in the closet behind the bathroom and the toilet cut out before I arrived. There was no water or leaks visible at all. The meter did not spin one time while I was here. I recommend Mr. Patel have a camera tech come out and camera his line. I believe what he’s experienced is a toilet back up.

Installed new garbage disposal under kitchen sink, water pressure is at a good psi (50). Did notify customer about the thermal expansion tank being full that is on top of the water heater. Do recommend replacing thermal expansion tank with a new one and setting it up to code to avoid future piping issues

Performed one system diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found unit not cooling. Outdoor unit low-voltage was disconnected by landscapers. Inspecting outdoor unit found failed capacitor, dirty, condenser coil, compressor draw high amps, refrigerant pressure is low, and contactor with high resistance. Upon inspecting the upstairs unit Found 80% furnace in a fully spray foam attic. Found improper, gas connections, no TE flow protection, dirty, blower wheel, no clearance for flu pipe through spray foam, no condensate drain clean out, also found duct wrap, falling apart in a exposing hard pipe. Due to cost of repairs in age of unit would recommend replacement of system instead of repairs. System is not operational at this time schedule in install supervisor to quote full system and upgrade to 90% furnace. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
