Adam and Moses did a superb and exceptional job in the removal and installation of my main AC system. They were very informative and quite friendly. I enjoyed both them and of course their work. I’m very pleased with the completed work and Ruben’s evaluation and discussion regarding the old unit’s issues and my options.

System needs blower motor and capacitor. Furnace is 23 years old. Due to overall condition and age it is strongly recommended to upgrade furnace over repair Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Arrived for no heat and found relay on circuit board tripping, bad blower motor and failing run capacitor. Found condenser unit low on refrigerant and capacitor out of tolerance on compressor side. Outside unit showing low voltage and high voltage wires exposing out of whip conduit. Recommend replacement of blower motor failing, capacitor and circuit board. Also recommended outside unit refrigerant charge and dual capacitor replacement. Unit is currently not heating. Customer will reach out to approve repairs when ready.
Replaced all stop valves, repaired master tub, and capped open gas line behind the dryer.
This was a multiple day job started with bad compressor replaced compressor to find restriction in evaporator coil replaced evaporator coil to come into manufacture failure txv upon when we went to replace txv and pull down refrigerant back to compressor a condenser coil burst and started leaking refrigerant manager signed off on replacing outdoor unit with a r410a Rheem unit replaced condenser coil added new filter drier to outside of the unit replaced txv value system working at this time
Low water pressure in the home. Discovered a leak in the front yard of the home. Dug down into the yard to expose the water line. Shut off the water and removed the damaged section. Replaced the piping and made sure all connections are secure. Removed and replaced faulty pressure regulator valve in the basement. Turned on the water to the home and pressurized the system. Purged the air from the line. Tested with no leaks. Water pressure is set to 65psi.
After I left on the original troubleshoot, a fan got plugged in and tripped the GFCI outlet. It now won’t reset and should be replaced.
Troubleshoot basement outlets and lights not working
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. After the replacing the thermostat tested system and heat and cool carbon monoxide detector reading was up to 20 PPM with a system running on heat for around 15 minutes perform a heat exchanger inspection with a camera, seeing cracks and cavities inside of the heat exchanger.
Replaced shut off valve in laundry and replaced cartridge in kids sink
Replaced water heater, prv, front and back hose bibbs.
Performed customer 1 system fall (heat) homecare maintenance check Changed (16x25x1) filter Did full evaluation for system. Gas furnace is 22 years old, ac and coil is 7 years old. Checked over all operations, of system, blower wheel is clean, blower capacitor tested good was replaced in June. Found that inducer draft motor is very loud and windings are pulling high amps, causing the inducer draft motor to start failing. The inducer draft motor housing is cracked where the elbow for flue pipe meets the furnace. Attached task code to let customer know that there is a crack that connects to our primary heat exchanger. Gave customer estimates on repairs was able to find parts except for all the pieces for the housing assembly which are on a 70 day back order per supplier. Recommended updating aged furnace, customer approved to do so before making any repairs at this time. Customer signed up 1 system for homecare maintenance plan.
Added wafer lights in breakfast and living room
