For this job, I installed a new Rheem system for the main level.
Inspected the whole home HVAC system. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Measured electrical component readings. Reported findings to the customer. Scheduled for an install supervisor to build a quote for replacing the system.
Install new 20 amp circuit in the fireplace area for an electric fireplace.
Checked water meter for leaks, only found intermittent running through meter. Located fill tube on back bathroom toilet that was set too far in and siphoning causing the intermittent water usage. I shortened the hose and checked other fixtures for leaks, no more leaks found. Left multiple estimates for code and function repairs.
I was called out to Colin’s house to check a few things. Colin is just moving in and the power hasn’t been turned on yet so we checked everything we could. The sunroom has a gas heater that has the gas line disconnected so it will not work currently, the sunroom looks to be connected to the main system but since the house doesn’t have power I’m unable to turn it on to verify, we removed the old thermostat in the sunroom because it wasn’t connected to anything and it has a mercury bulb, the windows in the sunroom are all single pane and cover most of the walls which will make it nearly impossible to keep it comfortable with that quality of window, and the basement bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan so when our electrician comes out he will be able to quote it.
