Ryan was a great tech, and I was pleased with his attention to detail and his knowledge of trouble shooting the problem that caused my downstairs lights to go out. He fixed to problem and the cost was affordable, and I would highly recommend Ryan and TE certified electrical for any electrical work, and I will definitely use them in the future. No cool who,e home. Found system to have failed capacitor not allowing compressor to turn on. Unit is low on r22, has high amp draw on compressor, damaged condensing coil, burnt contactor, cracked heat exchanger, high amp draw on blower, cracked heat exchanger, and dirty blower. System does not have drain line safety. Customer wanted dual capacitor today and is getting quote to replace equipment today. Notified customer system will freeze up due to low refrigerant. Informed them of no,es in heat exchanger advised not to use heat due to safety concerns and left thermostat in non heating position. Also informed customer TE will not do repairs on r22 refrigerant cycles.
Cleared drain lines for both systems. Upstairs system has a 12-13 degrees temp drop. Outdoor is overcharged and compressor amps are high. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Diagnosed reason for no cool as a failed ECM motor. Blower wheel and condenser coil could be cleaned. UV is in the return and inoperable. Setup HC maintenance plan today Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Troubleshoot tripped GFCI breakers
Replaced malfunctioning dual function breaker.
Waiting room has lost power to receptacles. Find reason and quote repairs. Remove and replace failed receptacle with new 20a receptacle
Replace receptacle and bubble cover on side of house
Replaced main shutoff Prv and hose bib. Connected piping tested for leaks and function. No leaks. Quoted shower valve replacements and re pipe
For this job, I installed a new Rheem system for the main level.
Inspected the whole home HVAC system. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Measured electrical component readings. Reported findings to the customer. Scheduled for an install supervisor to build a quote for replacing the system.
