Ryan was a great tech, and I was pleased with his attention to detail and his knowledge of trouble shooting the problem that caused my downstairs lights to go out. He fixed to problem and the cost was affordable, and I would highly recommend Ryan and TE certified electrical for any electrical work, and I will definitely use them in the future. Clear hair blockage in master shower Replace failing fill valve in hallway bathroom Customer was experiencing some sort of blockage last week. Upon arrival we tested for mainline and could not get a reaction from any fixture. Cleanout outside seems like it hasn’t held any water recently. Upon inspection we noticed a blocked shower drain in master bathroom. Cleared drain with k45 cable. Got proper drainage. Also replaced a failing fill valve in main floor hallway bathroom. Recommended to customer that if she hears any gurgling coming from any toilets to stop running water and call us back out.
Install of a level two Tesla Magic Dock wall charger, ran with 6/6/8 SEU copper wire on a 60a QO breaker, Tesla charger set to 48a.
Will return to perform work tomorrow morning. 11/6/2025 Returned to the site to perform the previously quoted work. Replaced the existing PRV, added new service valves to the tankless unit and a new expansion tank for the tankless water heater. Restored power to the water heater and recorded the new pressure and ensured the water heater is functioning normally. The water heater is set to 120degrees and there are no more pressure issues or leaks from the t&p
Completed 1 system inspection. Checked all safety and components recommend clearing drain line to insure no clogs , Verified filter 110 is needing to be changed. Tech does not have filter and would need to be order from apex. Spoke with customer about changing filter as well as getting on a maintenance plan. Customer is ordering filter for tenants to change. At this time system is operating. Customer went a head with drain line clearing. Tech cleared drain line with 2 gallons of drain cleaner.
Troubleshoot no power to the sunroof. Make repairs to wire and box in crawl space to get the sunroom back working.
We fixed and covered all of the lay in lights in the basement, we also re ran the switch legs for both fans in the basement and covered their junction boxes. We installed a connector on the 6-3 wire that was entering the panel. We separated all neutrals in the panel. We also installed a new plate on the gfci and switch in the mechanical closet.
Replaced faulty Eaton dual function breaker. I gave the homeowner the number for Eaton breaker warranty and they are going to get new breakers.
Installed customer supplied garbage disposal. Tested and checked for leaks. No issues present, no leaks present.
For this job , I came out and met with the homeowner where I was shown a disposal that has failed. The customer opted to replace the garbage disposal and also provided the disposal for installation. I removed and replaced old one with customer supplied garbage disposal. I double checked my work and tested for leaks.
2022 Carrier Heat pump & air handler. System is operating properly but was borderline freezing up due to refrigerant levels and dirty filter. I recommended adding refrigerant to prevent the system from freezing and the homeowner agreed. I added refrigerant and replaced the 20x20x1 filter. During this power on inspection I found several open junction boxes, the panel has several issues including the neutrals not being separated missing connector and missing panel blank. I also found that a light is not properly secured to the ceiling.
We are installing a gfci breaker for the dryer due to there not being one already.
Tech out for no cooling for upstairs and basement unit. Tech has performed an inspection on both units. Customer did not want me to inspect main level. Tech did take a peek at main level system and let customer know that both upstairs and main level units are R-22 systems and that there are no repairs available if major components fail the only option is replacing both systems. —————————ATTENTION EXPOSED WIRING ——————————————— Also tech highly recommend an electrician to come out and evaluate some wires that may be energized. On the back side of house there is a wire that has burned through the rubber cover and has burn marks on house. There is also wires hanging in basement that could be energized as well.
