Great Service from TE Certified electrician Greg and the young man that was with him (I cannot remember his name)!!! They were knowledgeable, very professional and skilled. Greg took his time explaining his findings, solutions to his findings and the final repairs to remedy the issue. He was also patient in answering questions that I had. I will definitely use TE and electrician Greg for any future services I may need.

Greg was wonderful! He explained everything and even took pictures to show me so I didn’t have to get up and look! When he was finished he brought the defective part to me and showed me directly. - Tested system not heating for main level. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. - SYSTEM HAS A FAILED CONTROL BOARD. As we arrived today, our customer showed us his meter base service mast that had been ripped down, and it had also damaged the meter base inside internally. We removed the broken meter base and went to supply house to pick up everything to replace the meter base and service mast. Once we returned, we installed the new meter base and service mast. Connect the existing ground wire going to the ground rod and made all wiring connections. As we left, customer said he had a recitative who had already contacted Snapping Shoals and they should be out soon to reconnect power. It was very nice meeting you today! As we arrived today, our customer explained to us that her receptacles in the kitchen were not working and have been like that for almost a year. She also had a couple of other concerns in the house that we looked at while we were here. After we did a thorough inspection of the home, we did find that one of the GFI receptacles was defective and the other one was probably on the tall end of its lifespan. Customer elected to go ahead and replace both of those receptacles today. While we were here, we also talked to customer about a maintenance plan which she opted to go ahead and start today. What’s the office reaches back out to customer they’re gonna set up a time for the HVAC tech to come out and do a thorough evaluation of the home. Today we also discussed multiple options, which I’ve left estimates for each one of those options. During the home inspection, we did find multiple receptacles that were loose in the wall, which is common with older homes. We also found a switch

Found leak coming from master shower drain, leaking through porch ceiling. Access was already made. Also whoever replaced existing shower drain cut out and removed the P-trap and replaced with 90s. Cut out and removed shower drain, placed with new shower drain and install P-trap per code requirement. Tested and inspected everything's working well with no leaks.

Called out for a back up, ran my cable throughout the toilet and extended it to clear the blockage. Blockage was tissue and toys pushed throughout the main line tested thoroughly with paper. Line is open and flowing

Trench new water, main service from existing water meter down side of front yard to water main service penetration a foundation wall install new courtesy valve box with courtesy valve in front of existing meter for easy shut off tie back into irrigation system. Install new watts PRV in basement this afternoon new hole home shut off install new three-quarter full poor ball valve on water main service inside basement for whole home shut off. INSALLED NEW 1” water line from meter to right side of house also with 1” courtesy ball valve next to main meter also penetrated with type L copper for stability and strength attached to 3/4 ball valve and PRV. Secured penetration with hydraulic cement and covered the outside with tar.

Came out today to perform one system HVAC home care inspection. Arrival customer stated everything has been working properly and he has had no issues. Upon inspection of the system found that the current filter was the wrong style filter for the system, the UV bulb has gone bad, and the drain line was ran flat across the floor made customer aware that in the summertime this could lead to blockages in the line.. Upon further inspection found the blower will to be clean, cleaned the flame sensor,The indoor coil was clean, all heating elements were working properly. At this time system is up and running properly, and all concerns are in estimates

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated thermostat was not coming on. Upon inspection of the unit found that the thermostat had power going to it, but would not display anything which means thermostat had failed. Upon further inspection of the unit found the evaporator coil to be dirty and rusty, the blower wheel was dirty, the inducer motor was pulling max amps, the blower capacitor was bad. upon inspection of the outdoor system per customer request, found the system to be low on r22 refrigerant. Upon taking temperatures of the system, found that the system was overheating and on AC mode the system had a 3° split indicating low refrigerant. Customer elected to go with Band-Aid repair. Upon completion tested system to make sure of proper function. Upon speaking with customer before making repairs customer elected to have someone come give a quote for a new system for the upstairs portion of the home. At this time system is up and running se
