I’m very happy with the service that I received from Benjamin today! He arrived in the early part of the specified timeframe and started right ti work. He was very thorough and found a problem with the original installation that was done in 1986 when the house was built. He explained the issue and what would be needed to fix it. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and even took the boxes and old fixtures to dispose of. I will definitely use him again when I need more electrical work done.

Called out for leak in the yard. Upon arrival, found leak in yard on 1” pvc line. Turned off water and cut out busted pipe. Repaired line and tested for leaks. No leaks were found. Upon customers request left line exposed.
Found thermostat is bad. Does not call for heat on downstairs system. Lack of insulation on suction line for upstairs system. No flashing cover over line set and drain line of exterior of home.

Upon arrival customer stated that she was having issues with unit keeping house cool during the mid afternoon. Stated that water has filled inside the emergency drain pan before and system has froze. After inspection of system found that unit is a 5 ton system and home is a 1800sqft home. The unit is oversized for the house. The supply duct work totaled to 1,415cfm and the return had 1,100 cfm. The old system use to either be a 3 ton or 3.5 ton system before it was made bigger. A 5 ton system is not needed base off square feet of home. The TXV metering device is failing and keeps search causing unit to have freezing issues. Spoke with customer by phone about issues with unit. Recommended changing system to correct size for home, customer stated she has company coming out who installed system and if they are unable to do anything for her she will contact us. Repairs will not necessarily work for system due to unit being over sized.
Install customer provided bath fans in bathroom, downstairs, and master bathroom, upstairs, and guest bathroom upstairs. Install ceiling fan and guest room downstairs.
Upon arrival customer stated that system was not cooling properly and that they were having issues with this unit since they moved into house in 2020. They had another company out working on system, ordered parts but never showed up with parts to install. After inspection of system found that unit has a failed condenser fan motor and bad blower motor. This is a Lennox communicating system and did verify that parts are under warranty. Will have to call Lennox. On day morning about part availability. System currently not working at this time. Customer signed up for one system homecare maintenance plan.
Technician completed diagnostic on main system in home. Customer filter is good 20x20x1. Notice ductwork, safety switches, biological growth and ac pressures needed attention! Tech explain details to homeowner to get system back at its best peak performance. Homeowner approved to move forward with today’s repairs. Tech added 3lbs r-410a refrigerant, added safety switches, sealed ductwork and installed Bluetube UV system protection. System is operating good at this time. Ran my drain machine down the drain to remove hair , I got the drain flowing . A piece of tile is lodged in the pipe , customer is trying to remove it above first if unsuccessful told her that it’s best to have the ptrap underneath removed to get tile out

Came out for low water pressure in master shower gave estimate customer agreed took out old cartridge replaced with new cartridge tested no failure at this time.

Homeowner had us out today because they wanted a quote to replace a thermostat that they provided themselves. Upon arrival we noticed that it is currently an older Honeywell thermostat on the wall. Customer provided us with an Amazon smart thermostat. We did notice some biological growth on the indoor system and recommended installing UV lights. Customer also signed up for home care membership. Installed customer provided thermostat and tested system thoroughly.
