Power on inspection, checked devices throughout the home, checked electrical panel, checked attic, checked outside and could not find anything that needed to be corrected before power is turned on.
Install customer supplied receptacle in basement where fire occurred and room was not working
Replaced fill valve, flapper, and supply line in upstairs bathroom toilet. Turned on the water and tested, toilet is no longer running. Removed clog from powder room toilet, pulled from the floor and inspected the flange. Noticed that the flange is higher than it should be and causing g the toilet to raised from the floor. Reset toilet and secured to the flange. If the problem returns, I recommend replacing the flange in the floor. Electric water heater leaking water in the garage and water pressure to the home is above regulation. Provided an estimate to make repairs.
Water heater made in 2022. Found leak on the hot side. Replaced leaking section of cpvc.
1. Loose outlet and living room needs to be re-mounted. 2. Wires on main floor in room with sconces by closet need to be re-run. The wires that have been used are exposed and could cause injury. 3. In the main panel, the bus bar that feeds all the breakers in the panel has been drilled through and had wires bolted onto it. Because of this, the main panel has been compromise and will have to be changed out. The wire that is bolted onto the panel runs to a small subpanel that feeds the HVAC system. The wires that run to the furnace are the wrong size and the wire that runs to the AC unit is exposed. It needs to be inside the ceiling or in conduit. The wire that feeds the subpanel is exposed in some areas and needs to be rerun. I’m gonna create two quotes: The first quote is going to be for a full service upgrade, putting a meter main combo outside, running a new line to the main panel and installing a new main panel updating smoke detectors throughout the home and updating the grounding

Arc fault breakers have been tested and are functioning properly Change out four arc fault breakers Perform wire tap behind outlet upstairs Original visit summary : Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: arc fault breakers tripping in master bedroom and other bedroom, loss of power in one room upstairs. LOCATION: master bedroom, spare bedroom upstairs bedroom FINDINGS: arc fault, breakers look original to the home, they are hot to the touch and one has failed completely. This could be due to a surge of some kind from the power company or from a lightning strike. It could also be due to the quality of the breaker or due to age. Loss of power in room upstairs due to poor connection point behind one outlet. Lights, flickering and bulbs burning in kitchen and in master bathroom. There were broken bulbs and two sockets. The flickering can be due to loose connection points at the switches. We recommend changing out our switches throughout home. RESOLUTION: Change out all four arc fault bre
Homeowner had us out today because the system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival, homeowner informed us that he’s noticed that the breaker for the air conditioner was tripping constantly and he replaced it and it is still tripping. The system is a 2013 Goodman split system. We tested the compressor and found the compressor had failed causing the breakers to trip and we also noticed that the 40/5 capacitor was out of range and will need to be replaced. We noticed some biological growth on the inside of the system and the system had no flood protection. We also noticed that the outdoor unit needed to be cleaned. Customer approved to have all work done. We also recommended at looking at options of replacement. Customer chose to get system back up and running for now.
Ran camera down hall toilet, saw a belly and cleared and soft tissue blockage
Came out for no hot water gave estimate for replacement customer agreed cut out old electric water heater installed new 47 gallon electric water heater tested no failure at this time.
Water leaking out from the foundation of the home. I removed the base of the kitchen cabinets and discovered the hot side of the water line to be leaking. I shut off the water to the home and removed the damaged section of pipe and fittings. I replaced and reconnected the kitchen faucet. I removed a broken gate valve for the water shut off and the pressure regulator valve. Replaced with a 1/4 turn valve and new pressure regulator. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Tested with no leaks. Inspected the hose bib for potential leaks. No leaks detected upon inspection.
