Great Service from TE Certified electrician Greg and the young man that was with him (I cannot remember his name)!!! They were knowledgeable, very professional and skilled. Greg took his time explaining his findings, solutions to his findings and the final repairs to remedy the issue. He was also patient in answering questions that I had. I will definitely use TE and electrician Greg for any future services I may need.

Brian is great. He has been to our new house twice now to help us out with plumbing issues. Both occasions he has been quick to respond, communicative, polite, and has been able to fix the problems the same day! He will be the first person I call if I have issues again!

Greg was wonderful! He explained everything and even took pictures to show me so I didn’t have to get up and look! When he was finished he brought the defective part to me and showed me directly. It felt valued as a customer! Versus a person who was being taken for their money in an emergency situation! Thank you, Greg for your professionalism and personable experience!

Came out today to perform one system HVAC home care inspection. Arrival customer stated everything has been working properly and he has had no issues. Upon inspection of the system found that the current filter was the wrong style filter for the system, the UV bulb has gone bad, and the drain line was ran flat across the floor made customer aware that in the summertime this could lead to blockages in the line.. Upon further inspection found the blower will to be clean, cleaned the flame sensor,The indoor coil was clean, all heating elements were working properly. At this time system is up and running properly, and all concerns are in estimates
Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated thermostat was not coming on. Upon inspection of the unit found that the thermostat had power going to it, but would not display anything which means thermostat had failed. Upon further inspection of the unit found the evaporator coil to be dirty and rusty, the blower wheel was dirty, the inducer motor was pulling max amps, the blower capacitor was bad. upon inspection of the outdoor system per customer request, found the system to be low on r22 refrigerant. Upon taking temperatures of the system, found that the system was overheating and on AC mode the system had a 3° split indicating low refrigerant. Customer elected to go with Band-Aid repair. Upon completion tested system to make sure of proper function. Upon speaking with customer before making repairs customer elected to have someone come give a quote for a new system for the upstairs portion of the home. At this time system is up and running se
For this job, I will lead detection services for homeowner. I discovered a leak on the water main service about halfway up the yard.
Arrived and found that the rt side hose bib had a bad crimp ring that was loose causing water to spray out in exterior wall, flooding the entire main level. Referred mitigation for damages. Cut hole in closet wall for access, cut out and replaced hose bib, pipe and fittings. Tested and inspected. No other leaks and is working properly.
Customer stated that the water pressure was too high and the hall bathroom toilet is not working. Water pressure is at 110 psi which is caused by a worn out pressure reducing valve. Hall bathroom toilet is not working due to a broken trip lever, broken fill valve and a worn out flapper. Replaced prv and main shutoff valve in garage. Performed minor rebuild with new handle on hall bath toilet. Tested and inspected. Everything is working properly.
Came out for noise found the expansion tank on the hot side side and busted gave estimate customer agreed cut out expansion tank put on cold side added ball valve tested no failure at this time.
This option includes the required repairs such as a replacing the broken keyless light socket since it’s not safe and a cracked or damaged sockets can expose live parts, leading to electric shock. Also has double tapped neutrals which is a hazardous electrical condition where two or more white wire are connected to a single terminal on the neutral bus bar in the electrical panel. This is a hazard because the connection can become loose over time leading to overheating and arcing. The practice is prohibited by modern electrical codes and requires correction. Also includes the permit fee.
As we arrive today, Josh explained to us that he needed a 50 amp circuit installed on the back wall of his house directly behind the electric panel for his bus to be plugged into for charging. We installed a 50 amp double pole Siemens breaker in the electrical panel. From there, we ran out of the bottom of the panel, a 6/3 Romex wire to the location on the back wall where we installed the customer supplied RV inlet box. Made all connections in the electrical panel and on the inlet receptacle. Once power was engaged everything worked properly. I also talked to Josh about installing a subpanel. I’ve attached an estimate to the email for that to be done along with a service protector and replacing some improper breakers in the existing electrical panel. It was great meeting you today, Josh! If you have any questions about the estimate or need anything else, feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon
