I’m very happy with the service that I received from Benjamin today! He arrived in the early part of the specified timeframe and started right ti work. He was very thorough and found a problem with the original installation that was done in 1986 when the house was built. He explained the issue and what would be needed to fix it. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and even took the boxes and old fixtures to dispose of. I will definitely use him again when I need more electrical work done.

Came out for estimate for water heater gave estimate customer agreed installed new 50 gallon electric water heater tested no failure at this time.
For this job, I worked on troubleshooting outlets in the family room area that were not working. One of the devices was melting due to defective outlet and loose wires. I also replace three defective GFCI outlets.
Called out for toilets not working properly, gave estimate to replace 2 toilets 2 tub spouts a shower cartridge and a prv. Preformed work and tested.
Panel replacement, adding dedicated circuits and replacing light fixtures
Clear mainline blockage through outside cleanout. Camera inspection scheduled for Friday 11-2.

Called for leak coming from toilet area found leak coming from angle stop. Gave estimate and was approved to do work. Installed and tested
Homeowner had us out today to provide an estimate to replace a provided. Amazon thermostat. We also took a visual look at the system, which is a three year old carrier system. Homeowner approved to have thermostat replaced. We verify proper operation of the thermostat after install. System is cooling at time of departure

Full communicating zone system install with new pan,pad,plenum, thermostats, safety switches, all new zoning, and filter rack. Upon completion unit was fully operational and customer was satisfied with the install. ** Will have warranty return to install a UV light**
Can out to a no cool. After performing a full diagnostic check on the system I found that the system had no TE flood protection nor Indoor Air Quality protection. I also found that the secondary drain pan had water in it. I checked the refrigerant levels and the system was low. I explained to the customer that there is an active leak and we would need to perform a leak check to determine the location of the leak. I also explained that it’s typically at the evaporator coil so I have options for a replacement of the evaporator coil. I also offered to have an Install Supervisor out to quote new equipment.
Returned on site Monday, July 14th to complete install of halo whole home filtration system. We created a bypass system above where we installed the filtration system. Halo h20 ultimate installed and water back on with no leaks. Client happy with work performed.
