Great Service from TE Certified electrician Greg and the young man that was with him (I cannot remember his name)!!! They were knowledgeable, very professional and skilled. Greg took his time explaining his findings, solutions to his findings and the final repairs to remedy the issue. He was also patient in answering questions that I had. I will definitely use TE and electrician Greg for any future services I may need.

I’m very happy with the service that I received from Benjamin today! He arrived in the early part of the specified timeframe and started right ti work. He was very thorough and found a problem with the original installation that was done in 1986 when the house was built. He explained the issue and what would be needed to fix it. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and even took the boxes and old fixtures to dispose of. I will definitely use him again when I need more electrical work done.

came out because the customer wanted the thermostat replaced. I replaced the thermostat. I ran the system for 30 minutes and the system is currently working according to specifications.

Client has us out today because he just purchased this brand new home and has a garbage disposal he wants installed in the kitchen. The electrical for the disposal is already wired to a switch by the sink. Presented options and today we went with installed the cs disposal. No warranty on customer supplied options.
Inspected severely damaged panel due to burning.
Troubleshoot bedroom not working. Options for long term solutions
Today we removed ten single pole, standard breakers and replaced them with new dual function breakers. We also removed ground wires from the neutral bar and installed a new ground bar in the panel and landed there. There were romex wires coming in the top of the panel with no bushings around them for protection. This could allow metal to cut into them causing arcing and a fire danger. Romex wire coming across the ceiling and in the walls were not strapped properly and left dangling exposed to potential damage. There was clearly electrical work done after the initial house was built. Mainly the basement addition. The majority of the work around the panel for the basement was done incorrectly and very careless. There was clearly electrical work done that was not permitted, and would have failed any electrical inspection, before we made the corrections, this was a dangerous panel and should have been fixed before the home was sold.

Customers just moved into their new home and wanted to connect three nest thermostats to the nest app. I connected all thermostats and showed the homeowner how to use the app. I ran the systems in both heating and cooling to assure that the systems responded. The systems are working according to specifications.
Replace all 3 water supply stops under kitchen sink with new 1/4 turn angle/straight stops. Replace master bathroom garden tub drain and replace j&j bathroom sink pop up assembly.
Came out for gas line to stove found gas line already there. Customer asked about home care agreement customer agreed to home care agreement card is on file we did home inspection gave estimates on finding. Didn’t flush water heater due to age. Water heater is 20 years old.
For this job, we gave the homeowner quote for a whole home brief pipe and a water heater. They have a leak on the cold side of their main somewhere under their home after the main shut off.
Our client reached out to us in reference to having a possible water leak that was detected by his local utility provider. They stated his water bill has been escalating each month from an unknown cause. Leak detection had already been out and could not find anything outside. However, on the inside the house there was a toilet that would be manually cut on and off by his love ones…. This just have to be a particular toilet that will constantly run and then they were just manually shut it off and never made him aware of it. A couple of estimates have been left for rebuilding the toilets in the home as well an estimate to completely replace them for they will cause future problems. Our client is very satisfied for identifying the issue. Water pressure is at 65 psi
