I’m very happy with the service that I received from Benjamin today! He arrived in the early part of the specified timeframe and started right ti work. He was very thorough and found a problem with the original installation that was done in 1986 when the house was built. He explained the issue and what would be needed to fix it. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and even took the boxes and old fixtures to dispose of. I will definitely use him again when I need more electrical work done.

Customer replaced the arc fault breaker
Signs of leaking. Warped baseboards and interior of cabinets. Cut open back of cabinets to find spraying Grey Poly. Water pressure 50PSI.
Came out to complete quoted repair of replacing bad PSC blower motor and outdoor chemical condenser cleaning. When replacing blower new one called for 10mfd capacitor instead of original 25mfd. Swapped out and ensured operational. Upon finishing repairs rechecked pressures and found system undercharged. Made customer aware looks like it could use a couple pounds to get up to manufacturer specs. Customer approved to add 1lb only then will call back in near future to top off fully to manufacturer specs. Got temp splits up at vents from 17 degrees to 19 degrees. System now cooling at this time however made customer aware could be cooling more efficiently once we charge it up properly. They are aware.
Came out for no cool call on 2018 Goodman Heat Pump. Upon arrival customer let me know couple days ago turned static from 70 to 72 then that night got up to 79. Upon inspection found main issue is failed PSC blower motor. Verified 25Mfd capacitor good, and motor receiving proper 240v. Recommend replacing motor then verifying cooling operations after. Cleared out p trap, Verified draining. Found in line and emergency float switches but no wet switch. Made customer aware and recommended installing one for added flood protection. Also found vent for trap is not glued in, could potentially cause leak, recommend gluing in. Customer has washable 20x22 filter, recommended switching to regular filters or cleaning washable filters more often (once a month). System also has no UV protection, recommended APCO-X with Air Scrubber. Was not able to check outdoor unit amps or refrigerant charge due to no cooling. Verified weak outdoor capacitor as well, recommend proactively replacing. Also outdoor
Leak in wall. Coupling for tub faucet split. Removed and replaced brass coupling.
Came out to preform diagnostic. Customer stated system wasn’t cooling. Inspected T stats. Cycled to cooling mode. Inspected air handler. Checked over coil, filter, drain line and blower. Drain line had a clean out but no vent after trap. Made corrections to drain line at no charge. Inspected outdoor unit. Upon hooking gauges up found system low on refrigerant. Recommended a leak search customer approved. While preforming leak search found leak at evap coil. Gave options to replace the coil. Customer agreed. Picked up new coil. Installed new coil and filter dryer. Old coil had txv and we converted it to a piston. Pressure tested system as well as pulled a good vacuum. Added 8lb of r410a, Cycled system on and inspected pressures. System is operating properly and cooling at this time. Informed customer of our home care services. Also informed customer of indoor air quality such as high power UV LIGHT, poured water in drain line , draining properly, unit back up and running properly at tim
Installed new mail water shutoff valve, pressure reducing valve, expansion tank with bracket, replaced cold side cpvc water piping with copper with new shutoff valve, replaced fill valve and supply line on jack & jill bath toilet, removed hair from left side lavatory sink drain in master and cleaned master bath shower drain. Tested and inspected. Everything is working properly.
Found 3” drain line in basement ceiling is leaking where pvc connects to abs pipe. Cut out small section of pipe and fittings and replaced with pvc. Tested and inspected. No other leaks at this time.
Performed customer hvac inspection for both heat and cool for unit Checked over 10 years old gas package unit Checked all operations of system, customer advised me that main control board was replaced not to long ago found no issues. Checked system in ac mode, refrigerant pressures were good, condenser coils were dirty, blower wheel was dirty, capacitor was testing bad and contactor very pitted. Evaporator coil was clean. Customer changed (14x14x1) system filters. Checked heat side of system, cleaned flame sensor, started heat and everything started properly. Performed combustion analyzer tested and found no issues with the heat exchanger. Recommended cleaning condenser coils, blower wheel and replacing contactor and capacitor. Customer approved to have everything done today, made all repairs for system and started back up and everything back on and working properly.
Replaced top hat with a longer section to insure no more leaks
Client has us out today because he’s received high water bills for the last two months, he called the county and they confirmed he has an ongoing leak on his side. I first began by conducting a meter isolation test when I noticed the meter box was full of water and you can clearly hear a leak. I presented options and client agreed with the repair, however we when I dug the leak up I found it to be on a check valve below the meter. Technically the check valve is the counties responsibility as we’ve replaced them in the past and have gotten negative feedback from cities and counties doing so. The shut off valve in the meter box is also froze and you cannot turn it off.
Client has us out today because she is wanting her supply line replaced for the toilet in the downstairs half bathroom. The poly supply line leaks when water is left on, there is damage to the wood floor and wall beside the toilet. During my inspection I found that the client has high water pressure due to the prv and expansion tank failing. The home is less then 4 years old and the client is the second owner and hasn’t been here a year.
Apron arrival found that the water heater will not stay lit which has been repaired multiple times before and is 15 years old. Need to replace water heater. Gave multiple options for replacement of 50 gallon gas water heater in laundry room. Replaced water heater with 50 gallon gas and brought up to code. Removed from wood stand, extended water and vent lines down. Installed ion filtration and anode extension.
