Replaced bath fan in master bedroom, installed Hue down lights throughout the home, replaced two breaker for dual functions.
Called out for backed up/ slow drain shower drain in upstairs hallway, ran cable throughout overflow line to clear blockage of hair, cleaned out tub drain as well of hair blockage, shower drain line is now clear and flowing, Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Clear 2 master sinks on 2nd floor Customer was experiencing a couple of slow draining sinks. Upon arrival I tested the bathroom groups to ensure there wasn’t a bigger issue going on, after running water, only the sinks were being affected. I took apart pTrap assemblies and cleaned up any buildup in the pipes. I ran water after reassembling pTrap and tested for backups and leaks. We’re successful in both tests.
Troubleshoot burning smell and heat from oven. Electrical side of things are all checked out. Recommended reaching out to manufacturer.

Troubleshoot breaker keeps tripping in basement guest bedroom and bathroom lighting. Perform Meg test on bathroom light circuit. Perform re device on basement guest bedroom and bathroom. Replace AFCI breaker for circuit #15 with dual function breaker. Everything tested and working properly.
Replaced breaker with broken toggle for furnace.
Troubleshoot breaker tripping for the second floor bedroom
Replace 15’ of the 3” PVC in exposed ceiling f basement due to backpitching of the back and bellying of pipe which is causing clogs to form. Install Kohler pressure assist toilet with slow close seat in master bathroom Performed original scope of work including 2 new master bathroom pressure assisted toilets and a repipe of backpitched pipe in basement utility room.
Chemical Cleaned heat pump outside unit after home care. System is working properly after cleaning. System after home care maintenance is working properly at the moment. Changed out the customer provided 20x25x4 box filter.
On this visit we re-deviced basement bedroom that that has had issue in the past, and improperly installed outlets that has led to sparking and loss of power.
COIL REPLACEMENT: Pump down refrigerant. Remove and dispose of existing evaporator coil. Provide and install new 1.5-3 ton evaporator coil. Includes 3/8" liquid line drier, pressure testing refrigerant circuit with dry nitrogen to ensure no leaks, vacuuming to 600 microns or less to ensure no moisture, starting up the cooling system, and charging the unit to manufacturer's specifications.
