Luis, and his assistant - Jose, had to followup up on a bathroom repair that could not be done on their initial visit last week because the water shutoff to my building had to have prior approval. They again were professional, courteous and completed the job in to my satisfaction. Kudos.
Karl did a great job listening to my concerns, investigating the situation and resolving my issues. I highly recommend TE Certified. Excellent customer service as usual!
Luis Arvizut, as always, provided the outstanding repairs and professionalism I rely on from TE Certified to keep my condo in order. I recommend him highly.

Charley was awesome!! We had several things worked on and for each part Charley had attention to detail, methodically confirmation that all was working well and routinely showed me upgrades/fixes they completed. He was patient when one thing didn’t go according to plan and he never rushed the process. Really excellent service and super nice, trustworthy guy!
Shane is awesome, very professional and knowledgable. I just moved into a new house (new to me) and discovered a few plumbing hiccups after living in the home. Shane was able to efficiently identify my issues and fix my concerns. I highly recommend Shane and will use him again when the need arises.
I have used TE Certified for several years now. They have rewired my entire electrical system, provided the installation of my HVAC, as well as doing all my condo repairs. I use them exclusively because I have found their work, technicians and customer service of the highest standard. And the work is always done to my satisfaction. I always use TE Certified for the yearly maintenance of my HVAC unit and I just had the pleasure of their technician, Jon Mann. Jon was outstanding for his professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy. He exemplifies everything that make TE Certified a trusted source for all things electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling.
I have increasingly relied on TE Certified to provide repairs for my electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs. In the latter case, David Hobart, recently helped solve the problem of why there was no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. He didn't stop until he discovered the the source of the problem and he didn't leave until I was satisfied with the results. This is why I use TE Certified, they are professional in their work and they stand behind it.
Andrew is efficient and a great problem solver. I’m glad I have a great electrician to rely on!
In general I recommend TE Certified because of their customer service and prompt attention to scheduling work. They also have never failed to provide a superior technician who is well qualified to do any repair or installation, whether electrical, plumbing or HVAC. I recently had the pleasure to have Jon Allen replace my kitchen sink and disposal in which he showed remarkable skill in problem solving and turning a difficult task into a work of art. He is an outstanding professional. I also found his assistant/trainee, Elijah Lipscomb, an extremely valuable addition to the job. Both these men I highly recommend and they are a good representative example of the personnel at TE Certified I have always encountered.
I rely on TE Certified to provide home services and again was not disappointed with the results. Jon Allan provided professional installation of a new kitchen disposal, and he offered a range of options for replacing the sink and faucet in the future. I also had him flush my water heater. He showed superior care and courtesy in his work and he was knowledgable about many general plumbing and maintenance issues that I had questions about. I recommend TE Certified in general and Jon specifically.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed us to the water heater and hvac unit located in the utility room. These units were discharging into the floor drain of the utility room which has backed up in the past. The customer would like these lines run to the outside through the exterior wall. With the homeowners approval we disconnected and removed the existing discharge lines and opened the wall into the cavity space under the stairs. We then drilled holes in the exterior wall and ran both lines to the outside of the home. We then installed a service weight gasket and stand pipe for the floor drain. With all work completed we tested to confirm proper function, no further issues detected at this time.
Jenny told us she was experiencing some inconsistencies with some of her appliances and devices. She also mentioned that she recently had under decking done and a ceiling fan installed that she believes the installer tapped into the outlet on the back deck. We read proper voltage on the 2 breakers in question, and we found nothing wrong with them. We recommended her to replace both breakers out If issue continues. Also located a tripped gfci that caused her to have no power to her under deck ceiling fan.
Customer had hot water issues in her shower and in her soaking tub. Adjusted skull guard on shower valve to get proper temperature also lowered the setting on the recirculation pump and put handles on her soaking tub the right way to get proper hot water. Also adjusted skull guard under sink Installed kitchen sink faucet because of pressure issue. Once faucet was installed. Pressure is perfect at the kitchen sink all work was tested and documented with pictures.
Replaced tub spout with failed diverter with new chrome tub spout. Also flushed 6 year old water heater.
During our visit, a new Grundfos recirculation pump was installed. A couple ball valves and a new spring check valve were installed as well. The system was tested for leaks after completion. The new pump performed accordingly. NOTE: A discussion was had with the customer regarding the water heaters not being up to code. There is no expansion tank either. Options were provided to correct these issues. The customer opted for the check valve and Recirc pump replacement only.
