Luis, and his assistant - Jose, had to followup up on a bathroom repair that could not be done on their initial visit last week because the water shutoff to my building had to have prior approval. They again were professional, courteous and completed the job in to my satisfaction. Kudos.

For this job, we worked on replacing 2 breakers for the kitchen countertop.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Completed repairs, including replacing the evaporator coil and the capacitor. Fully tested system after repairs and heat and cool. No failures at this time.
Customer has 7 y/o 3-zone Lennox system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. Initial issue was main level damper not operating properly. Noticed that damper adjustment did not allow damper to close fully. Adjusted damper control. However, noticed that basement damper motor is inconsistent. Water protection is poor. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Informed customer of findings. System is currently working.
Ceiling is wet on the ground entry level. Checked the water pressure and got a reading of 85psi. Cut open the ceiling to access the area, found a pinhole leak to be coming from the hot water supply line. Shut off the water and drained the system. Cut out the damaged section of pipe and replaced. Removed and replaced the pressure regulator valve. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. No further leaks detected at this time. The water pressure to the home is now within standards with a setting of 65psi.
Converted a single outlet for a tv to a quad outlet. Hung the tv. Added a wafer light in the foyer off of a wafer light I hung previously. Added a dimmer in the upstairs hallway. Replaced a flush mount light in basement hallway with a wafer and added a dimmer.
Use existing wire, replace gfci, remove power from intercom
Replaced leaking shower valve in basement bathroom with new single handle delta chrome shower valve as well as PRV replaced. Pressure now reading 64 psi. Tested shower valve to ensure proper function.
Tested system not cooling for the main level area of the home. Found the system is low on refrigerant and leaking in the evaporator coil. The system has high static due to lack of return air and many other parts are failing along with system needing cleanings. Also tested the compressor that is making a lot of noise on the upstairs level system. Found this compressor is making the noise due to failing rotors. Due to the condition, age, and poor installation it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Remove shrubbery left of front steps to gain access. Hand dig down to expose sewer piping. Remove defective section of sewer from exterior through foundation to interior of home. Install new piping/fittings and connect to existing piping on interior and exterior. Test, cover area back to grade, and reseal foundation where sewer exits through. Installation: Successfully exposed and replaced defective section of sewer. Thoroughly tested ensuring no leaks. Resealed penetration and backfilled dig site to grade. Covered area back up with pine straw.
For this job, I worked on installing a hardwire charger
For this visit, it was required to me to change a thermostatic mixing valve that was leaking due to a aggravated CPC joint. The particular fitting was provided by the manufacturer of the valve. This particular item was replaced and I also install two service stops for future purposes. The application was tested for leaks and no leaks were found. All work is documented with photos. Our client is very satisfied!
For this job, we troubleshot his doorbell system.
Replaced kitchen sink faucet. That the sprayer hose has blown a hole in it
Installed new pressure regulator and expansion tank. Flushed water heater and set pressure at 65 psi
Did a minor rebuild on the toilet in the first floor closest to the garage after doing minor rebuild tested toilet now flushes like it should did advise customer that the shut off valve should be replaced since it is a shut off valve and supply line all in one TE certified does not warranty any connection made with the existing stop supply line set up. Customer declined the angle stop at this time. also advised customer that every supply line and shut off valve in the home is most likely gonna be the same and is all in one piece.
