I have increasingly relied on TE Certified to provide repairs for my electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs. In the latter case, David Hobart, recently helped solve the problem of why there was no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. He didn't stop until he discovered the the source of the problem and he didn't leave until I was satisfied with the results. In general I recommend TE Certified because of their customer service and prompt attention to scheduling work. They also have never failed to provide a superior technician who is well qualified to do any repair or installation, whether electrical, plumbing or HVAC. I recently had the pleasure to have Jon Allen replace my kitchen sink and disposal in which he showed remarkable skill in problem solving and turning a difficult task into a work of art. He is an outstanding professional. I also found his assistant/trainee, Elijah Lipscomb, an extremely valuable addition to the job. Both these men I highly recommend and they are a good representative example of the personnel at TE Certified I have always encountered.

I rely on TE Certified to provide home services and again was not disappointed with the results. Jon Allan provided professional installation of a new kitchen disposal, and he offered a range of options for replacing the sink and faucet in the future. I also had him flush my water heater. Luis did an excellent job with our repair service today (we had a water leak from the expansion tank above our hot water heater). Installed new 50 gallon electric water heater in garage with new thermal expansion tank, shutoff valves. Installed heater in a pan with water alarm and set temp to 125°F. Also replaced recirculation pump and added missing check valves as well as an isolation valve and test port. Purged all lines of air and verified proper function of system.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Troubleshoot breaker tripping for washing machine.
SYSTEM NOT HEATING/ COOLING PROPERLY. TESTED SYSTEM AND FOUND WET SWITCH INTERMITTENTLY FAILING CAUSING SYSTEM TO NOT COOL. ALSO FOUND DAMPER MOTOR NOT OPENING OR CLOSINCE COMPLETELY. ALSO FOUND BLOWER WHEEL DIRTY. CHECKED COMPONENTS AND REFRIGERANT PRESSURES. FOUND THE COND. COILS DIRTY. TODAYNWE COMPLETED IMMEDIATE REPAIRS INCLUDING REPLACING DAMPER MOTOR FOR UPSTAIRS ZONE, REPLACING FLOAT SWITCH WITH WET SWITCH, AND CLEANING COND. COILS. ALSO CUSTOMER SIGNED UP FOR HOMECARE MAINTENANCE PLAN.
Installed a new 20 amp Eaton BR dual function breaker for the washer circuit. We also installed a new whole home surge protection system with a flush mount kit and dedicated 50 amp breaker.
Install client provided laundry tub. Quote to install client provided laundry tub with faucet. Installed new isolation valves and master trap TE provided. Tested all work with no leaks. Documented all work with pictures. Sink was not secured to wall due to unknown plumbing or electrical possibile behind wall(client is aware).
Full install with return plenum, relocated outdoor. extended high volt, low volt, and line set.
Provide and Install new Goodman 1.5 ton 14 SEER2 single-stage air conditioner and matching all-aluminum cased evaporator coil.
Install new outlet from scratch right side of fireplace, separated, triple tapped ground wires
Performed 2 system homecare. Flushed drain lines, replaced filters. Verified proper refrigerant pressures and tested all major components. Attached pictures to invoice and presented findings to homeowner. Unit is heating and cooling upon departure.
