For this job, we worked on replacing a defective breaker and we installed a whole house surge protector. Tightened connections on a loose switch in master bathroom.
Performed leak search and test in basement Bathroom. Found leak coming from compromised shower pan. Plugged shower drain and filled shower pan up to dam. Pan liner is full of water and seeping out into mechanical closet.
Performed a inspection on a Goodman system.
Completed system evaluation on main system checked all components heat and ac. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Replace breaker for great room and foyer and also recommend customer unplug landscape lights and see if breaker holds for a few days then if it does plug them back in and see if it trips
Performed 1 system inspection. Found dirty filter, growth on indoor unit. Capacitor out of tolerance and dirty blower motor. Recommended cleaning the wheel, changing the dual capacitor , adding a up light and a wet switch. Dude to age would consider replacement due to the rusting in the indoor coil as well.
