Arrival is spoke to the customer about an issue of the power not working to the master bedroom and nursery area. The customer had recently replaced some switches and noticed the issue after replacing one of the switches in the bathroom. The breaker was tripping off of a dead short. I quoted the customer diagnostics and within the first minute of diagnostic, I found a broken switch that was causing the short. I replace the diagnostic to the replacement of two switches in the switch box to fix the error. After speaking with the customer, they had a handful of other small issues that they wanted me to look at including the ceiling fan in their master bedroom only working off of one switch and no power in the dining room after customer replaced an outlet in the kitchen. After agreement, I proceeded in changing out the two switches in the master bath. After finishing, I tested and everything tested perfect. Proceeding to the master bedroom fan after opening the fan canopy, I alerted the cus
Completed system evaluation by the time of arrival the client had another HVAC company assessing the issue. Client asked me to perform a diagnosis on the system according to the other company the condensation drain line was clogged over flooding the air handler, and the emergency drain pan after they clear out the drain. There was still water remaining inside the air handle insulation and the water made it through the electrical wire jacket, making it all the way down to the subpanel damaging circle breakers. An electrician from TE was here addressing the problem with the electrical.
For this job I worked on troubleshooting garage breaker and master bathroom/hall bath breaker that were tripping. I tested all connections for proper voltage and inspected wiring on outlets and switches.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

We arrived on Thursday to finish the work of running a new line to the pool pump as well as performing panel maintenance. We met with the dig team on site and they proceeded in running the trench from the inside corner of the house by the back porch area to the right side of the pool. The dig team completed the trench, and we proceeded with running the half inch pipe run. After finishing the run, the dig team buried the line. During their trenching, they cut an irrigation channel that was next to the house in which the dig team was able to repair the corrugated pipe. We dug in a 4 x 4 post at the end of the pipe run to mount the receptacle and piping to. We mounted the piping up the side of the home and ran Romax on the inside of the home to the panel. We completed the transition from THHN to Romax inside of a box mounted at the top of the pipe run. I was able to change out the breakers in the subpanel to make room for the GFCI breaker. I finished the wiring in the panel and we tested
At the time of today’s visit, we were called out to do a leak search under a master bathroom sink due to a home inspector stating there were readings of water under the master bathroom cabinet. After thoroughly examining every drain fitting, as well as testing all water connections to the faucet visually, I was unable to re-create a leak. After checking the water pressure and the thermal expansion in the home there was no issues with either, and I checked the water meter, and there was no signs of any movement. I also used a moisture meter under the cabinet, and there was no evidence of any leak as well.
Finished uf splice. Continuing work on 6/19.
