Ron and Evan returned today after installing lighting as I requested. The timing of sensor lights did not work smoothly for us over the weekend. They pleasantly listened and rewired the work they had done previously, to my satisfaction. I was disappointed but they were so eager to get it right. TE is the best!

Leak search found to be on hot distribution line from laundry room outside wall manifold either to kitchen or master bathroom. Contact leak search company , quoted for leak repair in slab.
Remove damage section of piping and replace with new test for leaks and proper functionality

Relocate occupancy sensor from master bathroom by the closet to master bathroom toilet area. This switch controls the light. Replaced the switch for bathroom fan. Installed dimmer in master bathroom by closet area. This switch controls the shower light as well as the light over the empty space. Everything tested and working properly.
Install 4 wafer lights in master bathroom. Front 2 lights are on the dimmer. Moved existing fan and vanity light to a stacker switch. Occupancy sensor controls shower light and extra space light. Replaced switch in master bathroom closet. Installed dual function breaker for the master bathroom lighting circuit. Homeowner asked that we set the occupancy sensor to 30 minutes. Everything tested and working properly.
Cut out damaged section of grey poly to replace and repair with small section of 3/4 pex under no warranty. Will leave estimate for whole house water line repipe.
Replace toilet supply stop valve, and replaced broken flange on slab. Drained house, pressurized line up, set toilet, tested. No leaks.
Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home unit. Pan was full of water, clogged drain line, no flood protection ,dirty blower wheel,failed dual capacitor, failed run capacitor,compressor drawing high amps, pitted contactor. Due to age of the system recommended replacement. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

I found the metal auxiliary drain pan was full of water check indoor evaporator coil is rusted out performed Courtesy leak search and I found the 3 ton capacity aluminum evaporator coil is leaking. Called manufacturer to verify warranty and evaporator coil Was not registered and the warranty is only 5 years and warranty on parts Will expire on 05/2026 parts are in back order and will be available until Next week about 7 business days according to Lennox distribution center. Test heat mode is working ok at this moment clean inducer motor port Clean flame sensor ok. Test outdoor condenser unit check condenser coil is highly impacted Test electronic components are ok. Test refrigerant charge pressures are low Due to leak in the system. Recommend condenser coil cleaning with chemical plus ad
