Excellent Service!

Great service. Carlos, the electrician, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions and went into detail when needed. He recommended the appropriate repair items and did not attempt to upsell any products not necessary. Another plus was he cleaned up after the work was completed and left no mess behind. I highly recommend TE Certified and ask for Carlos!

They did it again.

Ron and Evan returned today after installing lighting as I requested. The timing of sensor lights did not work smoothly for us over the weekend. They pleasantly listened and rewired the work they had done previously, to my satisfaction. I was disappointed but they were so eager to get it right. TE is the best!

Bust up slab in one area in kitchen to repair improper fitting on drain system that is causing frequent blockages to form. Also install Kohler pressure assist toilet in master. TE Certified is not responsible for flooring repairs Installation: Removed marked section of concrete in kitchen. Uncovered 4x3 wye. 4x3 wye had a 3 inch coupling wedged inside partially blocking the branch line. We replaced the wye and attempted to improve the pitch of the branch line. Thoroughly tested and ensured no leaks. Informed customer that we could not fully fix the pitch of the branch line, but the fix did improve flow extremely.

For this job, I did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner discovered. There was no leak on the main water service. Once I isolated it between the valve and the shut off inside upon further investigation I discovered the water heater was evacuating water from the TMP water heater from 2015 also discovered expansion tank has failed. The home is 25 years old and it is the original PRV in the master bathroom. I discovered that the faucet on the left side of the double vanity is leaking from the body and the shower valve upstairs has a cartridge that has failed once I isolated the water heater. I checked the meter homeowner is losing 4.8 gallons a minute, but I believe that is because of the shower valve.

Customer stated that he has a T on the horizontal branch in the slab, he had a main line blockage effecting both bathrooms, but the sink wasn’t affected in the kitchen. So I determined it was a blockage only affecting the right side of the house after running my cable I was able to clear the blockage after testing all the water drain perfectly with no leaks and no backups. Customer has accepted tank that was pumped two years ago. It wasn’t a septic issue. Customer said the line was camera before by another company and they said that it was a T in the ground and he believed that is causing the issue.

Returned to install discharge air temp sensor for the main floor system. Also installed a turbo capacitor for the condenser. After checking pressures, found that the system was severely overcharged by 6 lbs. Recovered refrigerant and system is running correctly. Will need to verify indoor Txv (metering device) in the spring when ambient temperatures are adequate.

No heat call. Discharge temp sensor for the zone system wasn’t working. Bypassed temp sensor after making sure system isn’t overheating with both heat pump and aux heat running. Will need to return tomorrow with temp sensor and replace dual capacitor. Will need to verify refrigerant pressures once system is running in normal conditions. Return visit has been scheduled.
