Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.

Replaced angle stop and supply line to upstairs guest bathroom toilet. Also replaced fill valve to stop toilet from overrunning. Returning Friday to replace pressure reducing valve.
Tech arrived to no cooling call for entire home. System is approximately 4 years old, zoned and located in basement crawlspace. Customer had expressed that the system had froze recently. Tech turned on both thermostats and watched operations. Full system came on. Slight amount of water in flood pan. System does not have a bypass damper and is missing an 8 inch return which is connected to main entryway. Condensate pump safety is bypassed and no secondary safety. Airflow settings in system were in default (low). Evap coil and blower wheel are dirty. There is no room to add a bypass damper on system in its current condition. Checked outdoor unit. Heat pump is in fair condition and has a dirty coil, along with a slightly failed capacitor (42/5-45/5). Refrigerant pressures on system show low airflow. Brought recommendations to customer. Removed the old flue pipe and installed new double wall flue pipe. I re-lit the water heater pilot light.
Removed and installed a new washer box along with the drain and water lines. Installed a new pressure regulator valve. Removed and replaced the thermal expansion tank on the water heater and installed the proper pipe onto the unit. Turned on the water and pressurized the system.
Customer stated that shut off valve to master bath toilet was leaking. After confirming it was the compression stop the customer decided to have us swap it out with a new compression straight stop and toilet supply line. Everything was tested thoroughly and working properly.
Replace old sink fixture with new led fixture
Using a boring machine we ran a new water service from the meter to the penetration point of the home. The new line is 1” black poly, at the meter we installed a new meter nipple, a dual check valve, a courtesy shut off valve with a new meter box. We used copper wrapped in protective tape to pass through the foundation with the new copper connected to the existing copper line in the crawl space. Finally, hydraulic cement was applied on the exterior and interior pass through hole with tar being applied on top of the cement to prevent water passing through.
