Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.

For this job, I worked on installing a ring flood camera
Performed home care. Checked pressures Cleared drain line Noticed biological growth at indoor unit and coming out of supply vents. Added APCO-X UV air scrubber. Made all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Came in for no cool call. When came in thermostat was on but condenser was not running. When checking indoor system notice that condensate pump had failed activated flood protection switch. System is located in crawlspace and humidity level are pretty high causing biological growth sings I’m system. Let homeowner know about this issues and gave her options. Homeowner decided to proceed with repairs and enhancements. Work was done and tested, system now is working properly. Than for choosing TE Certified!

This inspection is due to storm damage and is required by the power company to have power returned if damage is minimal. While some damages may be repaired, this will not guarantee having power returned unless required repairs are made. After talking to the owner of the home and agreeing with the inspection over the phone signing online, I proceeded with inspecting the damages done to the property. Using a ladder I was able to get up to where the wire goes through the house and has ran along to the back to where most of the strain seemed to have been put during the incident. I found that the weatherhead was in complete disrepair in the point of attachment was destroyed. The wire is heavily corroded and rusted and in bad shape. I did not notice any of the wire broken or skinned past the cloth insulation, but this did expose the rubber insulation to the sun and weather. I opened the panel, which is a twist fuse style panel. Completed EV charger installation at Doraville residence this afternoon. Customer purchased new Tesla and wanted convenient home charging solution. Installed Level 2 charging station with 240V connection and smart connectivity features. EV charger installation included electrical panel upgrade and dedicated circuit installation for safe operation. TE Certified's EV charger installation service provides Doraville electric vehicle owners with reliable home charging. Customer can now charge overnight and wake up to full battery every morning.
Check system for no cooling and found that the outdoor capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced found no other issues at this time but recommend UV light to help keep the air and system cleaner.
