Jonathan came to my house on time was super polite. He's like very observant like a calculating engineer with high attention to detail. He caught small things like a loose thing that needed to be taped up and noticed the measurements on my ducts that needed to be changed to be more efficient with the air supply. Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.

Install new Square D QO 54 circuit electrical panel in basement. Install 26 dual function breakers on existing circuits. Install whole home surge protector at main panel. Update smoke detectors of the home (5) Update grounding system of the home. Permit Fees. Replace existing outdoor outlets with new weather rated gfi outlet and bubble covers (3) Replace garage outlet with new gfi outlet. Replace (4) ceiling fans in the home with new customer supplied fans. Install (4) new fan boxes for these fans. Additional wiring may be needed to move kitchen fan approximately 6” Replace (4) switches in the home to install remote fans, additional switches in these switch boxes will be replaced as a courtesy with new plate. Replace bath fan in master bathroom. Provide Panasonic bath fan. Additional venting may be necessary.

Tech completed a home care fall maintenance today. I’m the maintenance tech noticed failed outdoor contactor. Failed part is due to ants shorted out voltage connection. Customer approved to move forward with band-aid option for now. And will want to move forward with Best Peak Performance options early spring. Tech flushed pvc drain line with solution and 2gallons of water, tightened all connections, checked all furnace safeties, checked gas pressures, replaced 16x25x1 filter, furnace and ac is operating at this time.
