Garret was patient and explained his services well.
Jonathan came to my house on time was super polite. He's like very observant like a calculating engineer with high attention to detail. He caught small things like a loose thing that needed to be taped up and noticed the measurements on my ducts that needed to be changed to be more efficient with the air supply. I wish all HVAC technicians are as skilled and competent as him
I finally got my exhaust fan installed and Johan did a great job. He was on time and communication was consistent. I won’t hesitate to use TE Certified services again.
The message from the office on the schedule change was spoken very fast and was hard to understand. Please slow down, so people can understand the message; it's not a fire drill.
Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.
Marco was very professional, worked quickly and gave me updates on what he was doing and what needed to be done. He provided me with pictures and a rational for the work so I was confident in the work he suggested. I’d use them again when an issue arises.
I am thrilled with the Supreme communication TE delivers. Charlotte reached out to confirm his ETA. He clearly knew how to install a Woodbridge bidet. He was very informed about this product, even though TE didn't sell it. Charley was a delight to work with. I couldn't be happier to have a job done RIGHT!
Excellent service is an understatement. I wanted to have bathroom outlets for a bidet. My panel was full & below code for my county. Nolan was superior in explaining the work, itemizing expenses & setting a time frame for start and completion. He scored on all levels!
TE Certified Technicians have been very good for our business. Every Tech has had good communication skills.
Troubleshoot breaker tripping intermittently for master bedroom and 2 other attached bedrooms. Circuit is a combination of grounded and ungrounded. It’s ungrounded coming from the panel. Replace 15 amp arc-fault breaker with a 15 amp dual function breaker. Everything was tested and working properly. Remove multiple switches and outlets through the three bedrooms to check for any electrical issues and no electrical issues were observed.
Troubleshoot ceiling fans and outlets not working properly in front bedrooms. Remove both ceiling fans, install (1) fan rated boxes, install (2) ceiling fans, and rewire boxes to feed power properly to bedrooms
For this job, we installed a 2 ton Rheem AC and coil. Attached back to the existing plenums and added two ducts and grills. Reattached the drain and added drain safeties. Replaced the outdoor vibration pad and electrical whip. Brazed, leak tested, vacuumed and charged to manufacturer specifications. Tested that both heating and cooling modes work and completed the walkthrough with the customer.
Customer had us out today for water coming from the HVAC system. Upon inspection of the system, we found that the drain line was clogged, we also found that the system did not have any TE standard flood protection. On the outside unit, we found a bad capacitor, and we also found that the condenser coils were dirty. When presenting options to the customer, customer agreed only to clean the drain line, add the wet switch and changed out the outside capacitor. We also added a union, to be able to clean out the drain line. Customer stated that they wanted to wait on signing up for the home care. System is now working, and there was no water leaking out at this time.
Customer called us out for a sink in the master bathroom and shower drain also located in the master bathroom both are clogged. I’ll attempt to remove stoppage by using a snake in both of these drains individually. I was successfully able to remove stoppages. I tested by running lots of water in both shower and sink in the presence of the customer. Everything is draining properly at this time. Customer is very satisfied.

Removed old jammed disposal to install new 1/2 hp disposal. Turned water on and tested to ensure proper function.
Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit for upstairs had been struggling and not cooling efficiently since Monday when hot temperatures started. After inspection of system found that TXV metering device failed. System is not regulating the refrigerant properly and possible of build up inside the line and ac unit. Advised customer that I can clean coil and see if system would take refrigerant and start cooling properly. Only had a 11 degree split. Cleaned coil added .8 oz of refrigerant to get to manufactured of 16 degree sub cool. Noticed that system did not change and metering device continued to bounce around with refrigerant pressures. Gave customer estimate to change out evaporator coil with new metering device or update ac and coil. Customer would like to speak with install supervisor about updating ac and coil before making any repairs to system at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Came out to a no cool on a 2021 r410a system. The customers stated that the system had shut down and not cooling. I checked the thermostat and it was on at the time. I went into the crawl space and found that the secondary pan was full of water and had triggered the wet switch. I checked the outside condenser and it was extremely low in refrigerant. The customer had mentioned that we had been out twice in the past six months once for the original install of his new furnace. I checked all of our braising points to assure there was no leak that may have occurred on our behalf. I identified the leak at the evaporator coil. I gave the customer options to replace the coil. Trane didn’t answer but I believe the coil is under warranty so there maybe additional discounts once that has been verified.
No cool call. Replaced dual capacitor and cleaned condenser coil. Discussed homecare and left a brochure. System is cooling properly.
Performed 1 system diagnostic for unit serving main and basement level. Found pan full of water dirty blower, filter extremely dirty ,evap coil dirty, contactor with slight pitting, no te standard water safeties. Unit failure was due to lack of maintenance and regular filter changes. Also had condensate drain clogged causeing water to backflow and fill the pan. Customer opted for cleaning the blower, basic evap cleaning and drain line cleaning only. No warranty on cleanings. They also have current drywall and painting being done at this time. Unit is operational at this time. Filter size is 16x20x1 The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
