Installed kitchen faucet. Rebuilt kitchen drain. Replaced guest bathroom flange and reset toilet.
Troubleshoot Replace bad breakers Fix reversed polarity outlet

Troubleshoot circuits not working in garage and crawlspace
Run sewer machine to clear blockage in kitchen sink and provide an bottle of endure . Line had grease and food waste . Tested thoroughly line open and flowing.
Found kitchen sink tubular drain to be terribly installed. Found the garbage disposal to be poorly installed as well. Remounted disposal. Replaced all tubular under the sink. Basket strainer was in good condition. Tested to find no leaks.
Installed new 50 gallon electric water heater. All work was tested and documented with pictures.
No cool for single system home. Found condensate pump very dirty and clogged drain. Cleaned drain and pump. I also added refrigerant to the system and cleaned the condenser coil. Offered other bandaid options but homeowner didn’t want to do them today.
