Upon arrival found water leaking thru broken air admittance valve underneath kitchen sink. Replaced part with new. Ran water and tested for leaks. If problems persist with drain suggest having a drain tech camera and snake waste line.

Completed home care inspection, checked all mechanical and electrical components of the system.
Arrived found system cooling. Spoke with customer stated one side of the house stays warmer than the other. Adjust vent to push more air to warmer side of the house. Evaporator coil and the blower wheel are clean. Has auxiliary pan, which does not have in-line safety or wet switch. Checked outdoor unit. Checked capacitor, contactor, and pressures. All are good. System cooling and operating as should at this time. Scheduled with office for install supervisor to come out and give quote on ductwork or possibly adding zoning. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

For this job, I worked on a troubleshoot for a tripping living room circuit breaker
No cool call for only system. System was flat on refrigerant and someone took the disconnect plug for the condenser. Nitrogen leak tested and found leaks in the evaporator coil. Homeowner wasn’t approved for financing at this time.
