Customer has a leak coming from the master shower drain. After opening up the ceiling we noticed that the water was coming from around the shower drain itself and not leaking from the fittings. Shower drain was loose and the seal was broken. Resealed the shower drain and tested for leaks. Also replaced three shower cartridges. After install of the shower cartridges we pressurized the system, bleed the air, and tested for leaks. Thank you for choosing te certified.
Moisture on vents 2 zone system service call. Condensate drain was almost completely blocked causing high humidity in system. Cleared drain with mighty pump flushed drain with chemical clean . Run capacitor on blower was weak replaced capacitor. There wasn’t flood protection wet switch added new switch in case pan switch fails . The system is functioning properly at this time.
Checked filter. Checked drain. Checked all operations in cool and heat. Recommend joining home care and IAQ upgrades. Upgrading flood protection.
Mini spit freezing up Tighten both flares leaking refrigerant . Tightened flares no leaks were present. Charged system with 1 pound of refrigerant. Working correctly at this time.

Price quote become a maintenance customer Upon arrival met with homeowner. Homeowner stated that master bedroom was not getting good airflow. Homeowner stated he went into the attic and adjusted the damper and got it to blow. Talk to customer about the value of maintenance and customer agreed to become a maintenance customer. Perform first visit while here. 18 x 20 filter look new. Will leave a replacement. Flushed drain and checked all electric components. While testing the zone system, there are two damn motors that seem to drag as they’re opening. They don’t consistently open all the way. I adjusted these and make sure they were adjusted properly. Still not getting consistent opening. Recommend replacing these two motors before complete failure. While inspection of system noticed that it is lacking UV protection and has bare minimum flood prevention. Recommend adding a wet switch and an SS one to protect ceiling if there’s ever a clogged drain. A UV bulb will prevent bacteria and b
