The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Completed all the repairs charged system to manufacturer specifications. Monitored system operations checked Delta Delta. Tea is at 21°. System is running great at this time. No other issues issues.
Tested water pressure. Pressure was outside of the safe zone. Thermal expansion tank also failed. Replaced PRV and expansion tank. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Use drain machine to clear obstruction in the mainline and schedule customer for a camera inspection

Replace kitchen faucet, flush whole home filtration system
Tankless water heater install install halo whole home filtration system, replace PRV, reconfigure water main penetration to accommodate whole home filtration system.
Installed a new outlet for a tankless water heater.
Removed old chrome, drop in sink and faucet. Install new Customer provided Kohler drop In sink. Installed new Customer provided Kohler faucet. Installed new basket strainer. Rebuilt kitchen drain underneath sink. Installed new studor vent. Installed new master trap. Caulked base of sink. Checked for leaks. No leaks. Customer understands that they cannot use kitchen sink for 24 hours to allow for caulking to dry. Customer did not want soap dispenser installed in sink. Rebuilt T and P line for water heater in copper, and connected to connection outside. Installed jumper for PRV and main shut off valve. Super cleanup.

Replaced leaking section of hot water piping in ceiling, and installed new fill valves in each toilet.
Replaced switches for living room and bathroom fan. Also replaced upper hallway exhaust bath fan motor. Fix issues
