Excellent Service!

I would Highly Recommend TE Certified. My water heater was leaking and I needed to have it replaced. It was an emergency replacement as that evening was going to be below freezing temputures. I called TE Certified and they came out that day and had the replacement done the same day. They also worked beyond normal working hours to get the job completed. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Fantastic service Technicians, price was very reasonable

Couldn't of asked for a better company. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful, they all had a sense of humor. Very down to earth, which seems unusual these days. Jacob gave us the estimate, which was precise and reasonable, Jacob, and Oscar did the work, great crew. I'd HIGHLY recommend TE Certified to do any and all my electrical needs. I'll be doing more work and will without question, I will use TE Certified..

Very Thorough

Albert was very thorough with checking every component of our HVAC system! He caught what a previous technician missed with a visibly open top of the plenum, essentially blowing cold air into the attic instead of the living areas of the house. He re-sealed the top of the plenum after checking thermostats, refrigerant levels, cooling ability timing,. He also brought to my attention that the top of the plenum was never installed properly nor adequately by the builder (Plenum top was cut too small for the opening). In addition, he pointed out that the return ducts weren't adequate for maximum airflow efficiency and pressure management. He explained what is covered in the TE Certified maintenance plans and provided a brochure with all of the services that TE Certified offers. We signed up for the maintenance plan to make certain our system is up to par and ready for each season going forward. Thank You Albert! LH

Super service on a sump pump problem

Been sweating out this problem for more than a week. Almost everyday I was working on this, until I realized I was “out of my depth” (intended pun, see title). Knew Cory from church. He treated everyone professionally. The solution was much more than I could do. He and Genis did a great job and we’re done in much less time than I had put in just trying to last week!! The new pump is working wonderfully and quietly!!! Need to find out if you could service my new bride’s house in Haralson County.

Excellent Service

If you want a job done right and with accuracy, call and ask for Cody and Chandler. I was so impressed with their knowledge, precision and overall efficiency in working on my projects. I had a receptacle moved and chandelier relocated, dimmer switches, and the addition of an entirely new outlet so I could mount a television in new home. Also with care and exactness, they supplied the mounting equipment and installed two large screen televisions. I am thoroughly impressed by their knowledge—they are two nice, polite, well-informed young men. I highly recommend them from TE Electric.

Met with customer and spoke with them regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed us inside and stated that their kitchen sink is draining slowly. Customer then showed us into the master bathroom and stated the shower and both lavatory sinks are also draining slowly. We inspected each fixture and confirmed that they are draining slowly due to partial blockages/obstructions. We also spoke with the customer about our Endure product and recommended using it for their drains. We then presented the customer with estimates to clear the shower, lav sinks, and kitchen sink. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Plunged kitchen sink and cleaned all tubular thoroughly. Ran hot water behind to flush out any remaining debris. Ran tub gun through shower trap and removed a large buildup of hair and hard water deposits. We then removed the stoppers and tubular for the lavatory sinks and cleaned them thoroughly and flushed all drains with hot water. Shower

Outlets on back splash of kitchen countertop wasn’t working so decided to troubleshoot, customer decided to go with new outlets, and have them GFCI protected from the breaker, one of the receptacles didn’t work so toned it out and found out the covered a outlet with the backsplash and installed him a new outlet. Had to install tandom breaker because kitchen circuit was double tapped with washer machine.

Installed new halo 5 whole home water filtration. Shut water off at the street and drained system down. Ran 1 inch pex piping and strapped to the ceiling of the garage. Insulated the water lines into the garage and in the mechanical closet. Set halo in the mechanical closet and piped in new ball valves and the bypass. Tied water lines into the system. Ran CPVC outside of the home for the backwash. Turned water on and purged air from the system. Filled halo and let drain with the hose line for 20 minutes. Regenerated the system multiple times and turned filter water on to the home. Tested the ph and chlorine levels at the kitchen faucet and no chlorine and alkaline water levels. Everything is working properly at this time.

Homeowner reported kitchen sink not draining. Upon inspection, found the kitchen drain on the disposal side was not draining and the garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom. Inspected additional plumbing concerns and provided estimates at the time of service. Homeowner elected to replace the existing unit with a ½ HP garbage disposal. Replacement was completed and system was tested to confirm proper operation.

Homeowner had a slight leak from a copper fitting in the garage storage room above the water heater. The thermal expansion tank had failed. Water pressure is 70 psi. Shut water off and removed section of failed piping and removed expansion tank. Cleaned copper and ran new section to the water heater and secured tank to the studs. Turned water on and tested. Everything is working properly at this time
