Been sweating out this problem for more than a week. Almost everyday I was working on this, until I realized I was “out of my depth” (intended pun, see title). Knew Cory from church. He treated everyone professionally. The solution was much more than I could do. He and Genis did a great job and we’re done in much less time than I had put in just trying to last week!! The new pump is working wonderfully and quietly!!! Need to find out if you could service my new bride’s house in Haralson County.

If you want a job done right and with accuracy, call and ask for Cody and Chandler. I was so impressed with their knowledge, precision and overall efficiency in working on my projects. I had a receptacle moved and chandelier relocated, dimmer switches, and the addition of an entirely new outlet so I could mount a television in new home. Also with care and exactness, they supplied the mounting equipment and installed two large screen televisions. I am thoroughly impressed by their knowledge—they are two nice, polite, well-informed young men. I highly recommend them from TE Electric.

Tech was out today due to no heating. Tech checked system and found multiple issues. Someone else was out cut low-voltage wire to bypass low pressure sensor. Tech found system low on refrigerant. With low pressure sensor bypassed this will cause a system to continue to run. Also freeze up the evaporator coil. Causing system not to cool properly. Let customer know that we need to perform a nitrogen leak search. Customer decline. Also let customer know the list of followings that would need to be replaced to get the system up and running efficiently. Condenser fan motor over amping , oil is leaking from the condenser fan motor this indicates the bearings are going bad outdoor condenser is need to be chemically cleaned , capacitor on unit is needing me to replace. Tech recommends a hard start for the compressor. There is a contactor on The condenser and a contactor on the heat strips. Those will need to be replaced due to pitting and noise. Heat strips would need to be replaced due to rus
Service call no cooling outdoor not running . The run capacitor on outdoor unit was weak . The contactor was burnt bad and contactor was not making up. Replaced both parts that were bad. Refrigerate levels checked good . Blower was running correctly. Zone system was working correctly. Flushed drain no stoppage. There is no te certified flood protection.

Complete a full home inspection. Inspection Built in 63 Square footage 1600.00 -Living room- Issues: 3pin receptacles reading open ground, EGC is present Illegal wiring on receptacle to left. On 30 amp breaker :Add on: (4) wafer lights Fix Receptacle left side of room Switch box corrections -Laundry room- -Issues- Washer needs GFCI protection. Dryer is a 3 pin -Add ons- -Kitchen- No GFCI protection anywhere Receptacles on kitchen wall set of (3) 2g duplex’s have the home run being a snakes wiring has Romex wiring at outlet boxes with open grounds. :Add on: Move the receptacle left of dish washer to under the sink for the dishwasher Stove, add 120v receptacle and check existing circuit. Repairing issues with inspection report for safety reasons. Other issues existing and will need to be addressed at later date.
Replaced sump pump in sewage ejection pit. Installed new liberty le40 pump with new quiet check/ball valve combo. Tested for leaks and function. No leaks.
Tech was out today for no cooling . Checked all safety’s and components . The list of the following is needing to be replaced for system to function properly. Blower motor is needing to be replaced due to oil leaking out of motor , this indicates that the bearing in the motor is going bad. Damper motor to master bedroom is making clicking noise and struggling to open damper. This indicates a damper motor failure. Drain line is needing to be cleared to properly insure drain line is clear and no clogs . On condenser capacitor has completely failed 45/7.5 causing the system to to to operate. Condenser is needing to be chemically cleaned. Spoke with customer about repairs that are needed to be done customer only wanted capacitor replaced at this time. Let customer know that the others issues are needing attention quickly before other parts start to become faulty due the issue that have been addressed.
Installed a new location light fixture over the dining room table, installed new dimmers for the dining chandelier and kitchen pendants and new outlet in the master and mounted a tv in the master and the living room.

Tie new water line off unregulated water main in garage and connect to hose bib on back side of the home
For this job, the old Prv to the home had failed causing high water pressure. To fix issue I replaced old Prv with a new watts 25aub Prv and also installed a new shut off to home i removed the old cpvc and replaced it with copper, and anchored the main water line to the structure to protect the cpvc from snapping if water needed to be turned off incarw of emergency. Once I was done I tested everything set the water pressure to 65, and tested for leaks. No issues found.
Today I supplied and installed one GFCI outlet in the kitchen
Replace smoke detectors , replace light and gfci outlet
