Couldn't of asked for a better company. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful, they all had a sense of humor. Very down to earth, which seems unusual these days. Jacob gave us the estimate, which was precise and reasonable, Jacob, and Oscar did the work, great crew. I'd HIGHLY recommend TE Certified to do any and all my electrical needs. I'll be doing more work and will without question, I will use TE Certified..
Albert was very thorough with checking every component of our HVAC system! He caught what a previous technician missed with a visibly open top of the plenum, essentially blowing cold air into the attic instead of the living areas of the house. He re-sealed the top of the plenum after checking thermostats, refrigerant levels, cooling ability timing,. He also brought to my attention that the top of the plenum was never installed properly nor adequately by the builder (Plenum top was cut too small for the opening). In addition, he pointed out that the return ducts weren't adequate for maximum airflow efficiency and pressure management. He explained what is covered in the TE Certified maintenance plans and provided a brochure with all of the services that TE Certified offers. We signed up for the maintenance plan to make certain our system is up to par and ready for each season going forward. Thank You Albert! LH
Arrived at the scheduled time, knowledgeable of the product, and explained installation process. Friendly, professional, and provided excellent service!
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in detail suggesting our best options.
Been sweating out this problem for more than a week. Almost everyday I was working on this, until I realized I was “out of my depth” (intended pun, see title). Knew Cory from church. He treated everyone professionally. The solution was much more than I could do. He and Genis did a great job and we’re done in much less time than I had put in just trying to last week!! The new pump is working wonderfully and quietly!!! Need to find out if you could service my new bride’s house in Haralson County.
Customer friendly! On time! No BS! Straight to the point of the service call!💪🏾👍🏾
If you want a job done right and with accuracy, call and ask for Cody and Chandler. I was so impressed with their knowledge, precision and overall efficiency in working on my projects. I had a receptacle moved and chandelier relocated, dimmer switches, and the addition of an entirely new outlet so I could mount a television in new home. Also with care and exactness, they supplied the mounting equipment and installed two large screen televisions. I am thoroughly impressed by their knowledge—they are two nice, polite, well-informed young men. I highly recommend them from TE Electric.
Joaquin was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was very satisfied with his service.
Service technician provided excellent service, and he was very knowledgeable about his craft. A job well done. I would recommend him to others.
Had a pipe leak in my wall and they located and fixed it asap. Great service and attitude. Don’t see that combination much nowadays
8/8: Jacob says customer needs to sign a second estimate first -- MLJ Add a 60a rated 24 space sub panel in the basement.
During inspection, found the evaporator coil heavily rusted with a leak. In addition found the outside unit significantly low on refrigerant charge (410A), and the contactor is worn. The plenums and distribution boxes are made of fiberglass ductboard, and both the supply and return plenums have begun to show signs of fiberglass shedding. The supply plenum specifically has set up bio growth. No flood protection in the overflow pan, and the furnace blower wheel is heavily impacted with debris. Recommending replacing the system along with all fiberglass duct-board plenums and distribution boxes. System: Lennox, 2007 heat-cool & furnace. Dual zone upstairs and main floor.
Found the cap for the plenum partially disconnected. As a result, a significant amount of airflow was being lost to the attic. Setup HomeCare plan today. Single stage equipment shouldn’t be attempted in zone applications. Zone system doesn’t have a bypass damper nor does the system have sufficient return air for the size. 1-16”, 1-10”, & 1-8” returns on a 5 ton system.
Rebuild toilet in hallway bathroom. Chain was broken on flapper, rebuilt with a new supply line Phil. Valve and flapper and tested good. No leaks. Customer showed us that they had 2 Delta shower valves that we're not able to be used. Finally, as the handles were either broken or stripped, they agreed to our quote, and we have that scheduled for Friday when they can shut the business down in order for us to proceed with replacing the 2. Cartridges and trim
For this job we installed a new outlet for a chair lift on a dedicated circuit.
Customer called us out for possible mainline blockage. Tested all fixtures and found no indication of a blockage at this time. Only travel fee was charged.
7 year old Carrier system - Not cooling well Homeowner stated the system has been running a lot more than usual and they keep the thermostat set on 80°. Humidity in the home is up to 61% due to the higher setting on them thermostat. Filters have recently been changed and this is a zone system. Dirty filters could have been placing the system is a semi freezing state. This system is not designed to handle zoning, so dirty filters could definitely throw the system off along with a slightly dirty blower wheel. The refrigerant pressures are good, the system is making a 19° temperature split, and the zone dampers are operating properly. No issues today. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!
Troubleshot issues with light locations and breaker tripping. I replaced the garage foyer light location junction box and with an actual light rated junction box and reinstalled the light fixture, installed new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, seperated double tapped neutrals and replaced an incorrect breaker in the main panel.
Full system install with new pan, pad, safety switches, and had to run a whole new drain line. Upon completion unit was fully operational in both HEAT & AC modes. Customer was satisfied with the install.
Found a leak at the evap coil. No wet switch, dirty blower wheel and condenser coil. Unit was tripped on and compressor lockout upon arrival.
Tech was out for not cooling. When checking the system seen water in garage. Last visit tech let customer know that we need to clears drain line and add safety switch to drain. Reason why fuse has blown was due to float switch wire had touched emergency drain pan. Causing fuse to pop. Let customer know that we would need to add a safety switch to drain line to prevent flooding from happening. Customer went with option 1 . tech use 3 amp fuse to get system up and running. Check drain line customer has done cleared and cleaned it out. At this time system is operating.
Tech was out for no cooling. Checked indoor and seen the following. No evap safety switch on drain line. Drain line needing to be cleared. Blower is needing to be cleaned. Condenser is needing a chemical cleaning. Cap has failed causing system not to come on. Also pressure where extremely high let customer know we would need to clean that way we can verify subcool and super heat. Before cleaning pressure were 144/443 sc 26 and sh 7.8 . After cleaning sc was still high adjusted charge. Now pressure are 137/369 sh 10/sc 14. Customer has signed up for home care we will be back to perform a maintenance in 5 months. At this system is operating.
