Couldn't of asked for a better company. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful, they all had a sense of humor. Very down to earth, which seems unusual these days. Jacob gave us the estimate, which was precise and reasonable, Jacob, and Oscar did the work, great crew. I'd HIGHLY recommend TE Certified to do any and all my electrical needs. I'll be doing more work and will without question, I will use TE Certified..

Albert was very thorough with checking every component of our HVAC system! He caught what a previous technician missed with a visibly open top of the plenum, essentially blowing cold air into the attic instead of the living areas of the house. He re-sealed the top of the plenum after checking thermostats, refrigerant levels, cooling ability timing,. He also brought to my attention that the top of the plenum was never installed properly nor adequately by the builder (Plenum top was cut too small for the opening). In addition, he pointed out that the return ducts weren't adequate for maximum airflow efficiency and pressure management. He explained what is covered in the TE Certified maintenance plans and provided a brochure with all of the services that TE Certified offers. We signed up for the maintenance plan to make certain our system is up to par and ready for each season going forward. Thank You Albert! LH

Been sweating out this problem for more than a week. Almost everyday I was working on this, until I realized I was “out of my depth” (intended pun, see title). Knew Cory from church. He treated everyone professionally. The solution was much more than I could do. He and Genis did a great job and we’re done in much less time than I had put in just trying to last week!! The new pump is working wonderfully and quietly!!! Need to find out if you could service my new bride’s house in Haralson County.

If you want a job done right and with accuracy, call and ask for Cody and Chandler. I was so impressed with their knowledge, precision and overall efficiency in working on my projects. I had a receptacle moved and chandelier relocated, dimmer switches, and the addition of an entirely new outlet so I could mount a television in new home. Also with care and exactness, they supplied the mounting equipment and installed two large screen televisions. I am thoroughly impressed by their knowledge—they are two nice, polite, well-informed young men. I highly recommend them from TE Electric.

For this job in a leak detection service for Miss Jada leak is under slab inside of her home in the hallway halfway underneath the loadbearing wall that goes under her kitchen cabinets
Customer had a leak in their ceiling. That was sagging. This was located as you were heading up to the stairs to the second floor in the living room ceiling. Pressure on the house was at sixty five p.S I. Customer agreed for us to expose and repair the pressurized plumbing leak. Cut out an approximately one and a half foot by one and a half foot hole in the sheet rock to expose two small pinhole leaks on half inch copper. Customer is aware that we do not repair the sheetrock and has signed the waiver. I then turned the water off to the house and we drained down the house.I cut out our roughly nine inch section of half inch copper and replaced via pro.Press. We then slowly primed the water back onto the house and evacuated the air out of the lines. As best as possible. Afterwards sat at the repair to make sure that nothing else was happening. No further issues and no leaks from repair. Thank you for choosing and trusting T e with your plumbing needs
Arrived at the customer’s home to assist them with a few questions they had after recently moving into the new house. The first two questions about whether or not the water heater needs maintenance and about the pavilion heat lamp are better answered by a plumber and electrician respectively. The customer also asked about the humidifier for the downstairs HVAC system. The customer was recently told by a different heating and air conditioning company not to run the humidifier due to its age. The humidifier is from 2017. After turning the water back on and enabling humidification from the living room thermostat, it seems to work at this time. It is important to note that the humidifier is around its life expectancy and showing signs of corrosion/wear, so it is unknown how long it will continue to function. The circuit contained a junction box that is not secured properly and no disconnect. The customer would like to schedule an install supervisor to build a quote for replacing the steam
No Heat - Only System System not heating due to multiple reasons, main reason being that furnace control board has failed. The board is rusted/corroded and not responding to a heat call. This is single stage builder grade equipment that is zoned. This equipment is not designed/capable to operate zoning. The heat exchanger has multiple cracks, with some of them rather large. These cracks and failures are from improper application of equipment. The AC has already had a power enhancer prematurely fail due to this as well. After going over the condition, repairs, and improper application, the homeowner requested I send out an install supervisor to go over updating the equipment. I scheduled this today for a 11-2 arrival. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!
Customer called us out for a clog in the main floor full bathroom toilet. I tested the toilet and it had no issues flushing. I then ran the shower and verified that the water was reaching the clean out outside. Everything looked good.
Ame out for toilet leaking at base gave estimate customer agreed pulled toilet replaced wax ring, supply line, bolts. Tested no failure at this time. Customer didn’t want toilet to be caulked.
For this job, I left a quote for the customer to replace a broken hose bib when I arrive to the home located the meter noticed it was spinning. I had homeowner direct me to the crawlspace to isolate the valve when I was walking around the side of the house I could hear water escaping. I removed some leaves and saw an old hose bib, spraying water Tried to turn it off, but the valve has failed. We went inside the crawlspace turned it off at the shut off inside also isolated the main inside the crawlspace, and once I return to the meter, I noticed that the meter had stopped spinning.
Removed tee in water service for irrigation system. Capped the 3/4” PVC line and tied back into the water service piping.
I ran a new dedicated 4-wire circuit for the dryer in the mud room and installed a new GFCI breaker for shock protection.
For this job, we installed two pendants in the kitchen above the island.
The homeowner had a leak at the shut-off valve for the master bathroom toilet. I provided quotes to replace the shut-off valve, and I also noted that the water pressure was unusually high at 80 psi, indicating that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced as well. The homeowner decided to replace all of the stop shut-off valves with new quarter-turn valves. I replaced all the quarter-turn shut-off valves in both the master and guest upstairs bathrooms. Additionally, I replaced the main shut-off pressure regulator and the hose bib shut-off. After installing the new regulator, I set it to the appropriate pressure of 65 psi. Finally, I tested everything and checked for leaks to ensure everything was functioning properly.
Installed grundfos comfort pump on top of water heater and installed crossover tee under kitchen sink where customer said they wait the longest for hot water. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
