Hayden came on Thursday to install 6 new smoke/carbon detectors and two surge protectors. Throughly tested everything and showed me where the outside main electric shut off was located. Extremely patient and explained in a manner which I understood. On Friday he came back and installed outside flood lights and took time for me to determine best direction for lighting back yard. Even vacuumed area below attic stairs. Hayden was professional, personable and an employee I will request in the future. He is truly an asset to TE Certified! Great experience.

Our electrician was very thorough and did a quality job when relocating our modem and phone line. He did exactly what we asked for even though it took several hours. He did an excellent job.

Anthony explained the issue with my HVAC, ordered a part which is back ordered due to supply chain issues- and charged my system so I can be comfortable. TE has great service and people.
Everybody we dealt with went above and beyond. The office staff, salesperson, and installers were very professional. It was the little things that added up. We were kept updated throughout the process while enabling us to continue to tele-work. At the end of the day a problem arose with one of the units. They went out of their way to make sure the problem was resolved. As tired as we know they had to be they wouldn’t give up.
TAKE MY MONEY! This was my first experience having to use a plumber & man, they did NOT disappoint! My initial appt was scheduled for last Friday, but got a call that morning from Rhonda with TE, asking if it would be ok if we rescheduled...as the technician’s prior appt was running longer than expected. I was kind of bummed at first, but she kindly offered a credit to our account for the inconvenience...which I did not expect to be as much as it was!!! Such a nice, simple gesture that truly shows this company cares about their customers! When it came time for our scheduled service, Stan called me an hour ahead of schedule to let me know his exact ETA. I know absolutely nothing about plumbing, so Stan was super patient & kind enough to explain everything in layman’s terms to not only myself, but also to my husband on speakerphone. He mapped out every option possible for our particular problem & helped us make a very informed decision that we didn’t feel pressured or unsure of to make. And even gave us his card once he finished the job, in case we needed anything in the future. We are so very pleased with absolutely everything regarding our experience with TE! Install new outlet for refrigerator, move outlet in breakfast area and master, install new wiring for master outlet, and install new arc fault breaker for master outlets. Add whole homes sure protection, separate grounds and neutrals in main panel, and replace expired smoke detectors
Rheem system- first time maintenance inspection
Install whole home surge protection, install surge protector box, and new breaker for surge protection
3 system Homecare. Changed 413 filter for main and upstairs systems and 14x20x1 for basement. Flushed drains, used mighty pump to clear drain line. Condensate pumps draining water normally. Basement system is from 2004, outdoor capacitor is under recommended tolerance. Temperature splits for systems are in normal ranges.
Installed new electric 50 gallon water heater with pan. Installed new copper piping with expansion tank anchored to wall. Reinstalled recirculating pump at bottom of new water heater, no additional charge. Cleaned up
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Rewire fluorescent fixtures for led bulbs instead
Installed new customer provided 40 gal water heater. Installed and mounted thermal expansion tank. Installed new copper and ball valve. Installed new gas whip and gas shutoff valve. Lit pilot and set temp to 125 F. Checked for leaks. No leaks. Super Clean up. Advised customer about pressure regulating valve.
Came out today to install a light fixture
Replaced thermostats on electric water heater
