Thanks So Much!

Our Tech Samuel was Professional and Very Helpful. Got the job done quickly and went the Extra Mile!! I had to drop a star for Overall experience because my appointment time had to be pushed back which made for a late day for our household. We work overnight and needed the earlier appointment so we could get rest for work. Pricing was a bit high for what the job was but I would Recommend this Company because they were in Constant Contact with me throughout the whole experience and Very Professional

For this job, the customer stated that they had a leak coming from the bathroom above the garage. We had a tech previously out, and fixed a freeze break on cpvc. On this visit there was another freeze break. We gave options to take care of issue, and protect the pipes from freezing due to them being in an attic space. The customer opted to go with a repipe. We ran pex to all of the fixtures in the upstairs bathroom, we installed two isolation valves in the downstairs bathroom wall for the future if there is any issues in the future. We insulated the pipes with pipe insulation, installed 6 mil plastic under the pipes, and installed R30 batted insulation on top of the pipes to protect from freezing. The hose Bibb after testing everything also had a freeze break, the customer opted to take care of this as well. We ran new pex to the hose Bibb, and added a new shut off valve, and a quarter turn shut off valve after the valve so the owner can open this valve up to break the vacuum in the pi

HVAC noise basement unit. Customer stated it sounded like something was in the outdoor fan shroud. Found system to be covered in ice. Upon insoection of equipment found the heat kit had a faulty safety switch not allowing it to turn on when system was in defrost. System lacked standard flood protection, had a dirty blower wheel and evap coil. Cleaned blower wheel and evap, added flood protection nd replaced heat kit due to switch no longer available. Broke as much ice off fan shroud housing as possible. Informed customer it’s possible if the conditions are correct for ice to build up around shroud again. Tested system and newly added safeties. System and safeties functioning properly at this time

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer stated that she had an issue down in the basement just before the sewer ejector pump. There was a condensate drain that was that drains into just before the sewer ejector pump which had backed up and flooded some of the utility room. She stated she had previously mistakenly poured some plaster or white substance down the toilet, which shortly after had flooded the drain leading into ejector pump after running a laundry cycle when I arrived, I had ran the fixtures in the basement and found that the pump Had triggered on multiple times. I suggested to have a drain or camera tech come out and camera the line from the toilet all the way to the ejector pump to ensure no substance has hardened or ruined the drain line. Car attack is scheduled to come tomorrow to check condition.

Noticed furnace and heat pump running at the same time. This was causing high head pressure and line set to vibrate. Could damage compressor. Replaced bad thermostat and checked operations. Toilet made loud noise as well. Home owner wanted me to turn water off to toilet and she will schedule with plumber. Toilet not being used.

During our visit, the customer mentioned she has been having to fill her propane tank up more recent than usual. She also mentioned the propane company checked the tank and service line for leaks. They were unable to locate any issues. I mentioned to the customer that we would have to do a pressure test on the home to validate that there are no leaks in the home. An estimate was approved for this to be completed. We first started with turning off each isolation valve for each gas appliance. I then located the gas line where it enters the home. I disconnected the under ground gas line and gas regulator so I could install an air pressure gauge. I pumped the system up with just over 10 psi for over 30 minutes. The gauge did not loose pressure the entire time. I then made sure the valve was off at the propane tank and installed an air pressure gauge on the service line. I pumped the line up with 10 psi and quickly noticed the gauge was loosing pressure. I was unable to locate any leaks a

Arrived on site to troubleshoot basement lighting circuit causing the breaker to trip. Once the basement lights turned on, the breaker controlling the basement lights and the living room floor outlet would trip. I went through and checked the breaker to make sure it wasn’t a faulty breaker. Once it was confirmed that the breaker was good, I started taking out fixtures connected to the basement keyless fixtures. When I took out the fixture next to the car, the breaker started to stay on. Once I connected that fixture again, the breaker would trip. I informed the homeowner that the fixture is bad and needs to be replaced. I also gave options to upgrade the lighting in the basement. Everything is working correctly.

Arrived n site to troubleshoot outdoor hvac unit not working. I tested power at the breaker and was getting the correct voltage but was not getting the right voltage at the disconnect. I inspected the wire under the home and didn’t notice any damage. I did notice the wire was laced on the ground and was damp. I replaced the breaker and started getting the correct voltage to the disconnect. I installed a new 50 amp rated breaker for the outdoor unit. I discussed correcting some issues with the outdoor unit wiring with the homeowner and the overall condition of his outdoor unit circuit and disconnect. I also discussed updating the grounding system as well as installing surge protection. I also discussed updating all of his breakers in his main panel. I tested the outdoor unit and it is working as it should.
