Thanks So Much!

Our Tech Samuel was Professional and Very Helpful. Got the job done quickly and went the Extra Mile!! I had to drop a star for Overall experience because my appointment time had to be pushed back which made for a late day for our household. We work overnight and needed the earlier appointment so we could get rest for work. Pricing was a bit high for what the job was but I would Recommend this Company because they were in Constant Contact with me throughout the whole experience and Very Professional

We will added an outlet in the closet We added an outlet for the washer and dryer in the room that is going to be a laundry room We installed ends on all of the cat 5 cables stubbed out in the downstairs bedroom and added a network switch. I did a courtesy inspection for the homeowner because we noticed some things that were off. There is no grounding system and neutrals/grounds are not bonded at first means of disconnect. He has SEU leaving meter and SER in panel but we could not find where it was spliced. The entire basement was recently finished so it may be under drywall.

No heat. Low voltage fuse was blown due to a short on the low voltage wire. Found low voltage wire (pressure switch) touching the copper line, outside in the heat pump. Fixed shortened on the wire and tested systems. System is working properly in heat and cooling, with no issue. Tested emergency heat and inspected heat strips with no issue. No diagnostic fee. We were at the house two weeks ago for same issue.

Arrived on site to install 5 new customer supplied flood light cameras around the home. We installed the flood light cameras and helped the homeowners to set the camera up in the Eufy app. Two of the flood lights needed new boxes installed. Three flood lights already had the boxes needed. We walked through and showed the homeowners which switches control the flood lights. We also replaced a door bell with a new eufy door bell camera. We also helped the homeowner set this up in the app. We installed a new dimmer switch for the living room recessed lights. We walked through and figured out the landscape lighting for the homeowner. We set the landscape lights to come on at dark and shut off around 12am. We walked through with the homeowners and showed them how everything works. Everything is working upon completion.

For both the A/C units we removed the 10/2 NM-B indoor rated cable and supplied and installed new THWN #10 wire to each unit and back to each breaker. I removed the 6/3 NM-B cable that was in a piece of 1/2 seal tight coming into the bottom of the meter main disconnect, pulled it back inside and re installed it to the back of the cabinet putting this install to proper code. We removed the small pvc junction box by the pool pump panel and installed a bigger one that would allow for proper splices of the wire. We removed the 6/3 cable from the conduit feeding the pool pump panel and supplied and installed new thwn #6 wire and used Polaris lugs to make the splice. We restored power and sealed off all the holes from the house.
