I contacted TE Certified for electrical work at our previous home and was very pleased with their services. So, when we moved to a new home, I contacted them to address plumbing issues cited in the home inspection report and, again, was very pleased. My third experience was for electrical updates I wanted and the team made sure everything was working properly and brought up to code. Lee Brown was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He listened to what I wanted done, explained how he would get it done and made great suggestions for alternative solutions. Everything is working just as I expected it to and I am a very happy customer.
Shane has deep knowledge of the HVAC systems. Did a thorough inspection of the unit. Very polite. Works fast. Highly recommend!
My tech was absolutely amazing. We spoke about the issue and then he worked independently. From time to time he would asses the situation and give me an update on what charges I would have to pay. I could not have asked for a better service. I will use your company all of the time and would be happy to keep the same tech. Thank ypu!
Excellent. David was able to answer all my questions. Very courteous and easy to work with. Will definitely be using TE for all my future needs.
We bought an older home and contacted TE Certified to address issues cited on the home inspection plus replace an old water heater. Joshua and Jerry were very professional, explained what needed to be done and resolved all the issues in a single visit. Yes, I wish it cost me 1/3 less than it did but the previous owners did a lot of DIY that wasn’t up to code and I wanted knowledgeable, certified plumbers to make everything right. That is what I received and I am pleased with the results.
Brandon was amazing! My job was not easy and took two days. Once they left I felt like he was family. He did an amazing job and kept me updated the entire time.
Lee was superior to work with. He performed quality work in a timely fashion. He was thorough in his communication and execution. Thank you.
Trevor is the consonant technician. Professional and competent in his field. The crew did a great job and are polite. I couldn’t ask for a better result from my repairs. I would rehire TE Certified again ,recommend them very highly.

Perform prepaid maintenance on three systems. Main level system was not keeping up a few days ago. Inspected the system and found multiple issues with it. The furnace has a crack heat exchanger. Heat exchanger needs to be replaced or furnace simply replaced. Will quote price for repair. If you’d like to get a quote on replacement, there is no charge for this. Upon inspection of the air conditioner, found condenser fan to not be running. Tested and capacitor was a failure on the fan side. This capacitor was replaced right at two years ago. Upon testing the motor, it is pulling slightly high amps. This motor should be replaced. The contactor on this unit is buzzing loudly. These two factors are what continue to take the capacitors out. A Band-Aid repair today is to simply replace the capacitor in contactor. The best solution for the air conditioner is to replace capacitor, contactor, and fan motor. Will quote price do these repairs. Checked upstairs system. It is also a 2017 trane mated
Customer had issue with main level damper. No air to the main level of the house. Thermostat was calling for ac, but damper was stuck closed. I was able to unstuck and tested damper multiple times. It’s opening and closing now, but it can get stuck again. Also, signed up customer for home care inspection and inspected system. Single capacitor is weak (reading 6.17 on a 7.5 microfarad) and dual capacitor is weak, as well (reading 40 on a 45 microfarad). System has only one type of flood protection devices. Highly recommend to install an in line switch, in the drain line, to prevent water in the drain pan. Overall, system is working properly. Recommend to replace both capacitors, install an in line switch and a glute tube uv light, to give better air quality to the house, and to protect equipment. Main level damper will need to be replaced, if it get stuck again. Sent estimates for potential repairs. Customer will be out of town and will think about the repairs.
