This review is 95% for one of two jobs I had scheduled: one plumbing, one electrical. I have used TE a few times. The plumbers were very professional and courteous. Everything was clearly explained to me along the way. Isaac made a very good effort to do a great job. Their prices are high, but worth it in this case. However, my experience with the electric was enough to not call again for this service anytime soon. I needed ONE new outlet installed within 10’ of an existing, available line. I also needed 3 garage ceiling mounted fixtures to replace 3 existing. All parts laid out. Nothing unusual or intricate. That estimate was over $1,300. For one of the simplest jobs one could ask for. I had no confidence that the tech knew what he was doing. He told me that putting the ceiling fixture up was complicated. I asked him to show me on the unit. What was the complicated part? It’s three wires and four screws. I’ve already received 2 estimates for less than half the above.
Joshua was great to work with. He diagnosed my problem, told me how he’d address it and followed through. Everything was neat and tidy when he finished.
Ryan and his partner were great. Efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Explained our issue and actually found another leaking problem we did not know about.
T.J. Is an exceptional customer service professional. He is thorough, technical and clear in his explanations. We are very pleased.
We had a terrible clog in a home we just moved into. Max came out with hours of our call and was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of the pipes inside and out. He shared a detailed plan and cost with us before proceeding. The company is a bit pricey, but Max did a great job.
Found the problem, explained it and fixed it

They arrive promptly and repaired our dripping faucet. Very professional.
Adam is knowledgeable and experienced. He first diagnosed and resolved the electrical issue and then did the Arlo device (s) installation. Overall experience was excellent and will surely contact him again, just in case I have any other electrical issue. Thank you Adam.
Alex was through and professional. He did a wonderful job.
The customer had a customer supplied faucet and after checking the pressure in the home at red 50. The customer did not want us checking anything else in the home such as the thermal expansion tank. I gave the customer quote to replace the customer supplied faucet and found out the straight stops were defected. I ended up having to purchase a new faucet of the customer’s choice, I installed two new supply lines, two new stops, and installed the faucet. I pressurized it and insured full function.
For this job just had a dedicated circuit with two kitchen outlets in it. Customer had to large appliances running at the same time and overloaded the circuit. Recommend plugging appliances into different circuits to avoid overloading. We also unscrewed the bonding screw in the main panel and the first means of disconnect where at the meter base.
Installed new Badger 5 Garbage Disposal
Today we came out for Home Care maintenance on Lennox heat pump. House is 3 floors and system is zoned for each floor. We verified system was working before beginning inspection. We’ve checked all electrical components at the outdoor unit. Everything is in tolerance and working. We noticed the condenser coils were impacted with dirt and debris. Next we inspected the air handler located in the attic. We checked all electrical components, temperature splits, filter, duct work, blower wheel, and evaporator coils. We noticed the blower wheel and evaporator coils were beginning to have dirt and debris build up. System has a wet switch, but not a float switch. We recommended a condenser and evaporator coil cleaning, blower wheel cleaning, and float switch for extra flood protection. Mr. Ki agreed to the condenser coil cleaning and wants to hold off on the other recommendations for a later time. We cleaned the condenser coils and removed dirt and debris from unit. Confirmed normal operation

Summary: the source of the call was low water volume on the hot side of a master bathroom Roman tub. The first diagnosis was to replace the cartridge. I also examined the water, pressure and thermal expansion in the home. The thermal expansion tank on the right side was full of water. The water pressure in the home was 70 psi. I also checked the water quality coming out of the bottom of the water heater, and it was extremely calcified. my diagnosis was to flush the water heaters, remove the sediment from them, and replace the cartridge. After looking at Moen’s website, I was able to find a cartridge that’s compatible with the existing cartridge. Upon trying to install it, it did not work. I tried removing the cartridge, shopvac through the hole where the cartridge was to remove any sediment, but that was unsuccessful. I then tried to very gently blow water through the hot side of the cartridge with the cartridge removed, and that also was unsuccessful. I then with the customer, though
Replace outlet and mismatched circuit breaker.
Customer has 11 y/o AireFlo system that operates for upper level. System has water leak due to clogged drain line. Drain line is not properly pitched. Filter was very dirty. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Water protection is poor. Blower motor is bad. Run capacitor is bad. Low pressure levels were low indicating loss of refrigerant. Bad evaporator coil. Condenser coils are dirty. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Troubleshooting water heater AO Smith, need new thermocouple kit. Order part from CS, when arrives, will install, home owner will reschedule when part arrives.
Customer had another company who installed a dented water heater in his basement. After calling them back and requesting a new unit that was not damaged they came back and took the water heater and left him with no water heater at all. When we arrived today the customer was very upset with this other company but I assured him we would get him a new water heater installed today. And that’s what we did. We installed a new 50 gal gas Rheem water heater in the basement. Equipped with new shut off valves, new pan, new thermal expansion tank, new gas flex, and new drip leg. We restored water and purged air from lines. After that we lit the burner and set the customers new water heater to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. We cleaned our mess, checked for leaks and proper function, and last but not least we collected payment from a satisfied customer. Thanks for choosing TE Certified.
Replacing original ballast cans with new wafers.
Upgrading old system with old chimney clay flue to pvc and higher efficiency Goodman equipment
Customer called us out for a floor drain over flowing. On arrival I saw that the floor drain had a condensate line attached to it that was the most likely cause of the blockage. I recommended running. Tub gun through to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran the tub gun successfully clearing the blockage. I cleaned up and checked that line was clear.
