We had a terrible clog in a home we just moved into. Max came out with hours of our call and was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of the pipes inside and out. He shared a detailed plan and cost with us before proceeding. The company is a bit pricey, but Max did a great job.

Remove 4 bushes and excavate in front flowerbed. Remove and regrade bellied section of main sewer line.
Diagnosed issue causing disposal circuit to trip Replaced faulty receptacle
Installed wet switches and UV light. I removed the failed duct and sealed the plenum. I installed a new compressor and filter drier. I pressure tested the system and pulled a deep vacuum (280 microns). I added fresh refrigerant and charged it with all zones open. I charged it to the manufacturer specifications. The mainfloor system was operating at the end of service call.
For this job we installed a whole home surge protector.
Performed 1 system cooling diagnostic on the mainfloor hvac system. I found that the mainfloor system has failed compressor. The failed compressor is why the mainfloor is not cooling. I also found an improperly seal duct that is leaking air into the attic. I also found black biological growth on the outside of the evaporator coil (UV light is recommended to treat the growth). I also found that the system needs updated flood protection to prevent potential flood caused by the hvac system (in case of AC system failure). I went over these findings with the homeowner and emailed them estimates. The mainfloor hvac system is not cooling at the time of service call.
Separate grounds and neutrals in main panel
Water was leaking from the Prv into the water heater pan. Replaced Prv with a new ball valve. Also replaced and secured the expansion tank. Did water heater flush. After installation we checked and tested for leaks. Did thorough clean up
Customer has 7 y/o 2-zone Lennox system that operates for top 2 floors. System was not working due to blown fuse from top level thermostat not being installed properly. Replace 3 amp fuse. Installed customer supplied thermostat properly. Noticed during inspection that run capacitor is bad. Water protection is poor. Zone control board needs independent transformer. Dampers are operational. Recommend iWave -R Air Ionizer for air purification. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Condenser electrical components are good. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
by the time of arrival, the client explained to me that the system outside comes on and off every 10 seconds after performing diagnosed. Found that the system was low on refrigerant charge, found a leak at the service valve. System is 2024, Valve seal is damaged, valve was not protected from the heat during the install.
Came today for counter top outlets not working upon further inspection found bad gfci that would not rest properly. Replaced gfci with new one and all the outlets are working properly.
