Installed halo 5 with new Prv and whole home shutoff valve. After install I pressurized the unit and checked for leaks. Then I did the regeneration process before turning the filtered water on to the home. After I turned the filtration system on to the home I went to each fixture and ran water for two minutes to let air out. I tested every faucet for the chlorine and the pH. everything is good to go. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Upon arrival, I was pointed to the basement where there was a freeze break. This freeze break happened to the hose bib line that goes to the hose bib that is attached to the deck. This freeze break was after the isolation valve. I was also pointed to the old gas line that was for the grill on the deck. This gas line was broken off and not capped outside. After providing options and upon approval, we fixed the freeze break installing a tee which allowed a drain valve to be installed. We also removed a section of gas pipe in order for us to cap off the gas line right after the isolation valve and the gas line going outside. We silicone the gas line outside in order to prevent dirt, moisture or debris to get into that line. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.
Remove fan and build and install chandelier in living room, replace light switch with dimmer Mount ring camera on side of home Replace switches
For this job I replaced 2 old water heaters. One gas and one electric in 2 different locations of the home. I installed both Rheem 50 gallons both with 6 year warranty. I installed pans with water alarms in both, I raised the water heaters so that they are not sitting on the bottom of the pan. I installed new expansion tanks and set psi to 70 on both. I made new gas connections amd I set temperature to 120 degrees on both water heaters. I also relocated the main shut off valve and the shut off valve for the front hose bib. I also replaced the front hosebib. In the master bath I replaced the fill valve, flapper and installed a new supply line, in the half bath I replaced the flapper. I tested and left work areas clean.
Cleared blockage in basement toilet. Left quotes for future replacement of toilet as it is missing a part. Toilet is flushing properly at this time.
We installed a new outlet for the dishwasher in the sink per code. We replaced the breaker for it to make it ground fault protected. We made some repairs in the electrical panel, including separating the neutral wires. We also replaced multiple non-listed breakers in the panel.
Upon arrival I was pointed to the master bathroom shower where the shower cartridge had failed. The customer also had a shower head they wanted installed. While doing a safety inspection of the homes water system we discovered a failed vacuum breaker and a 10 year-old water heater. After providing options and upon approval, we replaced the shower cartridge and the shower head as well as the failed vacuum breaker. We are leaving options for replacement of the water heater due to age. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.
I replace a dimmer switch in the kitchen customer supply.
Performed minor rebuild on existing toilet in the back bathroom. Replaced fill valve, flapper, and supply line and tested for leaks and proper function.
Customer’s Daikin Fit system loss WiFi connection. Recommended contacting internet provider to troubleshoot connection issues. System is currently working.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that he has a generator that has a maximum peak lots of 13,500. Customer stated that he would like to maximize the generator’s ability so he can power up more loads throughout the home in case of an emergency. We originally installed a 30 amp inlet because that was all that we had in stock and we were doing it before the storm. We are going to give the customer a long-term solution with a 50 amp inlet that is tied into the electrical system.
I replaced a bath fan in the master bathroom
