Adam and his team were amazing! By 8:30 in the morning there were four trucks from TE and the guys really went to work. I needed to have two furnaces replaced and they had almost everything completed by 11 AM. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen complication that had nothing to do with the team or their work. An outside vendor will be needed to fix the problem. However, if it weren’t for Adam and all the guys being so diligent about checking and re-checking, I’m not sure the problem would have been found. They really are fantastic. Extremely polite and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We replaced 2 ballast in one of the offices
For this job I did a full toilet rebuild on a toilet that kept running and never filling up. I removed all hardware from toilet tank and installed new fill valve, flush tower, bolts and gaskets, and new supply line. I also replaced the stop valve serving that toilet. I replaced a faucet in another bathroom, I removed and installed new customer supplied faucet. I tested and left work areas clean.
We came out to diagnose an issue with an outlet that was not working. The outlet was tied into your master bath outlet, which had damage inside due to old wires and an old outlet. We replaced the outlet in the master bath and the outlet in the garage and waived the troubleshooting fee. Because of the age of the outlets in the home, it is likely more outlets will begin to fail, and we highly recommend replacing all outlets. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
For this job, I worked on adding an outlet in the closet

Customer garbage disposal wasn’t turning on at all. Upon arrival. I diagnosed the issue and saw that the air switch line wasn’t connected and after I plugged it up, it was working, but the air switch itself was giving issues turned it on or off sometimes so I’ll let them know that I recommend replacing the air switch and also Replacing the garbage disposal due to age, another issue the outlet for the garbage disposal was reading a open ground, so I have electrician coming out to inspect the electrical, after I connected the air switch cord and plugged in the equipment. The disposal was turning on, the air switch itself is having issues turned it on and off on top of it wasn’t plugged in as was , customer wanted to have the electrical inspected first before going with replacing the disposal and the air switch
