Troubleshoot basement outlet circuit. One outlet is burnt. A troubleshoot is recommended to go through the rest of the circuit and make sure there is no more damage We will take the existing outlet box and see if we can pull some slack in the wiring, install a new box and install a blank on the box

Main Floor - No Heat - 6 year old Trane System The heating system was found inoperative due to a failed condensate pump. The pump reservoir was full of water and had activated the safety switch after failing to properly discharge condensate. Replacement options were reviewed with the homeowner, including: • Replacement of the condensate pump • Installation of a wet switch safety device • Enrollment in our preventative maintenance program to help reduce future breakdowns At this time, the homeowner approved Option A – condensate pump replacement. The condensate pump was replaced, tested for proper operation, and the system was monitored in heating mode. The system is now operating properly at the time of service. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

Main level not heating - 24 yr old gas furnace / 16 yr old AC/Coil The heating system is inoperable due to age-related deterioration and recent water damage. A water leak occurred last night, resulting in significant exposure to internal components. As a result, the gas valve has completely failed in the closed position, and the control board is operating intermittently. A full inspection of the furnace and evaporator coil was performed to assess additional damage. The heat exchanger was found to have small cracks. The evaporator coil is heavily coated with biological growth and debris, the evaporator drain pan is cracked, and the coil itself shows extensive rust and possible refrigerant leakage. Additionally, the blower wheel is heavily impacted with debris, and the blower motor is seeping oil at the main seal. Considering the system’s age, overall condition, extent of damage, and parts availability, replacement of the equipment is recommended. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certifie

Customer was experiencing mainline blockage that affected main floor bathroom and leaked through the ceiling of the basement. Located exterior cleanout and found that it was holding water indicating a blockage in the mainline. Ran sewer machine and successfully restored flow in drain. Identified major root intrusion as cause for backup. Camera inspection is scheduled for Tuesday to provide options for repair/replacement.

Installed halo 5 with new Prv and whole home shutoff valve. After install I pressurized the unit and checked for leaks. Then I did the regeneration process before turning the filtered water on to the home. After I turned the filtration system on to the home I went to each fixture and ran water for two minutes to let air out. I tested every faucet for the chlorine and the pH. everything is good to go. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Upon arrival, I was pointed to the basement where there was a freeze break. This freeze break happened to the hose bib line that goes to the hose bib that is attached to the deck. This freeze break was after the isolation valve. I was also pointed to the old gas line that was for the grill on the deck. This gas line was broken off and not capped outside. After providing options and upon approval, we fixed the freeze break installing a tee which allowed a drain valve to be installed. We also removed a section of gas pipe in order for us to cap off the gas line right after the isolation valve and the gas line going outside. We silicone the gas line outside in order to prevent dirt, moisture or debris to get into that line. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.

For this job I replaced 2 old water heaters. One gas and one electric in 2 different locations of the home. I installed both Rheem 50 gallons both with 6 year warranty. I installed pans with water alarms in both, I raised the water heaters so that they are not sitting on the bottom of the pan. I installed new expansion tanks and set psi to 70 on both. I made new gas connections amd I set temperature to 120 degrees on both water heaters. I also relocated the main shut off valve and the shut off valve for the front hose bib. I also replaced the front hosebib. In the master bath I replaced the fill valve, flapper and installed a new supply line, in the half bath I replaced the flapper. I tested and left work areas clean.

We installed a new outlet for the dishwasher in the sink per code. We replaced the breaker for it to make it ground fault protected. We made some repairs in the electrical panel, including separating the neutral wires. We also replaced multiple non-listed breakers in the panel.

Upon arrival I was pointed to the master bathroom shower where the shower cartridge had failed. The customer also had a shower head they wanted installed. While doing a safety inspection of the homes water system we discovered a failed vacuum breaker and a 10 year-old water heater. After providing options and upon approval, we replaced the shower cartridge and the shower head as well as the failed vacuum breaker. We are leaving options for replacement of the water heater due to age. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.
