Joshua was excellent and extremely professional. He had to cut a hole in the drywall to access the plumbing but everything was put back together neatly when he was finished, even the books on the bookshelf. Above and beyond.

My sincere appreciation to Andrew for great work. He recommended an improvement to my kitchen sink faucet setup and pointed to a problem developing with the water cutoff valves. I appreciated his patience in resolving my faucet problem.

Ben called me to tell me when he would arrive. He was 5 min early. He went to work and did the service I needed done. He checked the transfer box. I told him I hoped I don’t see him until next year. I’m all set for this hectic icy weekend coming up. And another big thanks to Tiffany or Amy who scheduled him on the same day. I’m getting older so I couldn’t remember her name but she was very helpful in getting the service scheduled.

Install new lights and move switch in switch box
Installed new 10 year warranty 50 gallon electric water heater in garage. Old heater had failed and was leaking from the bottom. Modified piping to accomodate the new tank and verified 18” of copper piping before transitioning to other pex pipe. New expansion tank is installed and strapped with code required bracket and existing recirculation pump was reinstalled back onto the heater. Client declined replacement of the Recirc pump at this time and we are leaving a quote for future replacement. Tested work for leaks and verified proper function.
Customer sync was backing up whenever doing dishes and running the dishwasher. I gave them the option to run my cable down their line and have to run the cable multiple times. I was able to clear the blockage. Customer had grease in the line and after testing the third time I had no backups and no leaks present. I let the customer know if it is to back up again how they recommend Hydro jetting to help remove grease.
Homecare 1 system. Checked electrical components, checked heat strips, checked coils, replaced filter, checked ductwork, checked refrigerant pressures, checked zone operation, checked temp rise, checked operation at thermostat. System is undersized for home and there is no flood protection. Quoted repairs and recommended getting quote for correctly sized equipment. No other issues found with system at time of service.
Replaced upstairs heat exchanger under warranty. Replaced blower motor, not under warranty. Replaced all necessary gaskets, adjusted gas pressures, tested system for extended periods of time, ensuring proper function and no carbon monoxide leaks. Heated upstairs to 73° from 69°. Replaced blower capacitor and 20x25x1 filter. System operating properly at this time.
For this job I came back to complete quoted work
Came back on 01/28/26 and properly replaced the extended supply ductboard that was falling apart causing air leaks in the attic. Tested system and there was no air leaks from the new supply.
Perform main sewer line cleaning using hydro jetter through exterior cleanout. If an exterior cleanout is not installed, a new clean out will need need to be installed at an additional charge. Does not include repairs. No warranty on drain cleaning. L1 LOCATION left side clean out WILL DO A FOLLOW UP CAMERA INSPECTION AFTER JETTING TO QUOTE NECESSARY REPAIRS, IF NEEDED.
Tested fireplace for operation. After troubleshooting, found that the outlet was not reading any power. Tested fireplace for operation and found that gas was flowing to unit.
Homeowner wanted an explanation on why master bedroom on the mainfloor was colder than the rest of the home. Master bedroom is colder due to thermostat not being located in the master bedroom and due to lack of supply and return duct work to master bedroom (and high ceilings). Bedroom should have had an additional 8” supply and return added. Due to roof line running any additional ducts will probably not be possible. I recommended having a ductless mini split installed; customer declined due to costs. I also offer to spend time trying to find a way to run more duct (98$ service call fee); homeowner declined. Homeowner signed up for homecare program for both systems and paid first month. I left homecare brochure. No inspection performed.
At arrival on 01/27/26 found main floor system not heating properly. Only heating on strip. After diagnostic found that the thermostat setting for compressor minimum run temperature was set to OFF, consequently the compressor was running at any temperature which lead to excessive defrost trials fault. Additionally the condenser fan blade was frozen up and stuck. The compressor was running, but the condenser fan was not spinning. All of these led to system operation issues. Adjusted compressor minimum run temperature and defrosted the condenser fan blade. Tested system for normal operation, system is operating properly at this time. No concerns.
For this job I came to see a leak in the ceiling, the drywall was failing in garage due to a frozen and busted pipe above the garage. I replaced failed section of pipe amd replaced with new fittings and piping. I also referred water mitigation. I advise home owner of high water pressure that can potentially cause more damage to plumbing system. I left quotes on replacing the regulator and water heater as well.
Today I moved one circuit in the panel to make space to add a new 60 amp circuit feeding a new, TE supplied Tesla charger in the garage. I also installed a whole home surge protector
