Excellent service!

Joshua was excellent and extremely professional. He had to cut a hole in the drywall to access the plumbing but everything was put back together neatly when he was finished, even the books on the bookshelf. Above and beyond.

Excellent service!

Ben called me to tell me when he would arrive. He was 5 min early. He went to work and did the service I needed done. He checked the transfer box. I told him I hoped I don’t see him until next year. I’m all set for this hectic icy weekend coming up. And another big thanks to Tiffany or Amy who scheduled him on the same day. I’m getting older so I couldn’t remember her name but she was very helpful in getting the service scheduled.

Homeowner called us out due leak on pipe above water heater. After further discussion and assessment, we ended up replacing the cold side dip tube on the left water heater, ball valve, incorrectly installed swing valve on recirc line, and we installed a new shutoff form the main incoming line of both heaters, a check valve for the main cold line, and a groudfos alpha recirc pump. All work was tested and checked for leaks. The recirc pump was set to temperature control with homeowner.

No heat whole home. Found system to be off and turned on. System started running upon arrival. Inspected system findings bug in burner p, dirty flame sensor, cracked heat exchanger, dirty blower wheel, no flood protection and system is in a spray foam attic and lacks proper combustion air which lead to premature failure of heat exchanger. Recommend replacement of furnace. Informed customer of cracks in heat exchanger, advised due to safety concern not to operate the heat. Left thermostat in off position. Advised customer availability of heat exchanger is unknown as manufacturer closed for day. Will update quote and email over in the morning.

Homeowner has a water stain on the ceiling in the foyer. Homeowner states water came through the ceiling, and that it occurred when the washing machine was ran, however at the same time, she had also drained the tub out. Cut into ceiling in foyer. Found that the water spot was directly below the tub waste and over flow. Ran the tub to further explore leak. Leak started from the tub drain seal as soon as water was running. Removed old tub waste and over flow. Removed tub drain and overflow plate. Cleaned points of contact on tub and ensured smooth and clean connection points. Installed new tub waste and overflow. Installed new chrome lift and turn tub drain with new putty seal. Installed new chrome overflow plate. Ran water for approximately 20 minutes to test for leaks. Filled tub and drained tub 2 times to further test for leaks. Water pressure in house is 40 PSI Water heater is from 2023

A customer had a very slowly leaking solder joint right next to the emergency shutoff valve for the basement side entrance hose bib. This didn't appear to cause any damage of note. Customers pressure was at sixty p s I. A customer agreed to have the shut off valve. It replaced and moved to an area where he could shut it off.In the drop down ceiling. Turn the water off to the house and drained the house down completely. Afterwards, I cut out the old hose bib and replace the hose bib with a roughly 5 inch section of half inch copper. And then moved the new hose bib onto the exact same line up in, drop down ceiling. Afterwards, I slowly turned the water back on and primed everything. And check the fixtures that we turned on for proper flow.Afterwards, and to make sure that their aerators were free. And clear. I then inspected my work for leaks. No leaks. Walked through with the customer and answered any questions. They had. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

For this job, we completed a troubleshoot for a circuit that was tripping. The circuit tripped on Friday and the customer was able t reset it twice before it wouldn’t reset for him. Upon arrival, we tested the wire and reset the breaker. Everything was working so we started investigating the outlets and switches. We discovered a broken switch that may have caused it. We also discovered that the panel was burnt and we recommend replacing the panel and re-devicing the home.

Customers existing outdoor GFCI is needing to be replaced. We did a courtesy visit for landscape lights that were not working on the front of the home due to a tripped GFCI. It is my recommendation to replace the GFCI device box and bubble cover. During the installation, we will use silicone to make sure that water does not enter the box and create a ground fault. Installed new outdoor GFCI receptacle with new box and silicone around the box to prevent water from protruding to the cabinet and damaging the device or other electrical components attached to it. We tested the outlet to ensure that the ground circuit interrupter operated as intended, and it does.
