Ricardo came out today from TE Certified Heating, when we woke up to our furnace not blowing any warm air. Our appointment was originally for mid-afternoon, but Ricardo was able to arrive earlier than that. He came late-morning, quickly identified the problem, and our furnace was back to operating normally and warming our house within an hour. Just like all the other TE Certified technicians we’ve used over the years, he was courteous and professional. We appreciate his help today!

When we realized we had no hot water our first call was to TE Certified. Blake arrived that Saturday afternoon and after diagnosing the problem he told us we needed a new hot water heater. We were leaving the next day for a short vacation and he set up an appointment for us the morning we were back to replace the unit. Blake was there as promised and got us up and running in a few hours. He did a super job, was excellent at communicating how the new unit functioned, and was a pleasure to work with. He is a great member of the team at TE Certified.

I use this company for plumbing as well as HVAC service and electrical issue. As always with this company they show up on time and do there best to get the job done and keep the cost minimal. Elijah came today for a plumbing issue. He was professional and courteous.

Removed noritz tankless and installed a new Navien 240A2 unit. Reworked all water lines, installed check valve, recirculation tee in master bath, expansion tank, isolation valves for hot and cold, new gas line with multiple shutoffs, fresh air and exhaust venting are run to the exterior and exhaust goes past decking area. Everything is working properly and temp is set to 125.
Replace failed fill valve and supply line to upstairs gerber toilet.

Tech checked both systems in heat and emergency heat mode and SC mode. I checked the refrigerant pressures. I checked the amps on the strip heat. I replace the breaker for the upstairs system (air handler) due to it being oversized. The breaker for the basement/2nd floor Air handler is undersized; homeowner declined to have me upgrade the breaker to the correct size. I checked the zoning. I checked both blower motors, compressors and condenser fan motors and all three thermostats. I flushed the upstairs drain line with enzymes, water and clean out tablets (drain into washer plumbing stack). I checked both contactors and capacitors on both outdoor units. I replaced blower motor capacitor for the basement/mainfloor system; with homeowners permission. The homeowner signed up for the homecare renewal. Both hvac systems were operating at the time of service call.
Install customer supplied garbage disposal. Upon my troubleshooting my troubleshooting process I confirmed all electrical running to the unit functions properly. Everything was installed leaked free.
For this job, we replaced a light in the dining room
Rebuild outdated American standard toilet with a very weak flush. A new lower flush valve, tank to bowl connection and fill valve will be installed. This will allow the toilet to flush a larger volume of water allowing for a more powerful flush.
We replace 5 GFI added a new one and a switch for string lights behind the pool. We test it out with the PECO switch by the basement and connected lights to a GFi outlet behind wall.
Removed 11 year old leaking water heater. Replaced with a new water heater and made all code modifications. Ignited the heater and tested without any leaks.
Installed client supplied bathroom fixture with new tailpiece and p-trap assembly. Fixture was tested with no issues.
Today we replaced the gfci for the disposal outlet, and changed out a light fixture in the laundry room.

For this job I replaced the flapper in the upstairs bathroom toilet. The old flapper was allowing water to run into the bowl. After installation I tested and left work area clean.
