Luke was great. Diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was going on , explained how he could fix it & fixed it quickly. Can’t ask for more. Very friendly, early for appointment & likes dogs. Would recommend for sure!
Both Justin and his assistant were very professional, polite and courteous. They were mindful of the removal of the old equipment and bring in the new. Justin went over the new units and explained what all had been done. Each participated in the clean up of both our home and drive where they had been working. Currently enjoying out new AC. We will highly recommend TE!
Jeffrey Phung of TE Certified did excellent work installing a new attic light fixture. He also inspected our main electrical panel to ensure no issues there. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Always courteous, on time, polite, knowledgeable and professional!
Change a potentially faulty breaker and changed the switch to the lights in the garage to a new one
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
I was called out to Robert’s house for a Homecare maintenance. Robert and his family have lived here since 2020 so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation I made some warranty repairs for the new system we installed, I replaced the filters, the dual capacitor has failed on the main ac, the whip wire is incorrect, and the disconnect is outdated.
Customer called us out to replace a toilet. I arrived and measured the toilet. Removed the old and installed a new kholer Kingston in the wife’s bathroom. Replaced the wax ring, supply line, closet bolts and china caps. Tested throughly and cleaned up.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Customer saw flickering lights and heard popping coming from his panel. He went out and noticed a burning smell
Upon arrival I spoke with a customer about a few brief things that they wanted handled. One was the kitchen pendant lights not working properly and the other was lowering a chandelier that was installed by us previously. The pendant lights were flickering at different intervals and times and would not dim properly. I found that the bulbs were eco-mart which are notorious for not having the best Quality control, and I believed that the dimmer was an incandescent only dimmer. After agreeing on the estimate, I proceeded with installing four of our bulbs off of the truck and switching the dimmer out for a standard style switch. The installation went perfectly, and the fixtures are working as expected. The chandelier has a high-end chain and will need to be purchased from the manufacturer. The customer will be giving me that information for me to order or pick up for the install next week.
I installed a new garbage disposal three-quarter horsepower, which was the customers choosing, but I also recommended that they have a pressure reducing valve installed on their home with no pressure reducing valve. The pressure on their home is at 90 psi.
Starter replacement on Generac 24Kw standby generator
Removed the failed compressor and installed a new compressor, vacuum the system down to 480 µm and charged system appropriately. At this time the system is operating properly.
We added GFI protection to the bathroom, washer, fridge , dishwasher, disposal, and outlets in pantry. I also install a whole home surge in main electrical panel.
Installed new client supplied shower cartridge and handle
Troubleshot and made repairs of flickering lights by replacing a switch and a dimmer. Added box for light over kitchen sink as well as shifted fixture over so that it is more center.
