Joshua was excellent and extremely professional. He had to cut a hole in the drywall to access the plumbing but everything was put back together neatly when he was finished, even the books on the bookshelf. Above and beyond.

Customer was smelling sewer gas in basement from sewage ejection pump. We came out not too long ago and cut it out and cleaned the sewage ejection pump and installed it back with no smell afterwards. We showed up today with it smelling again so we replaced the sewage ejection pump with a grinder pump and installed a new check valve and lid. Smell is gone as of now.
Rebuild the internals of the upstairs guest bathroom toilet. Replace the tank bolts for good measure. Replace the failed toilet shutoff valve. Pressure was at 80 PSI, I explained that the PRV is on its way out and left an estimate to replace it. A failing PRV will gradually increase the pressure on the home side until it matches the higher street pressure. This is typically higher than what fixtures like faucets and toilet fill valves are rated for (>85PSI), putting unnecessary strain on both pipes and fixtures.
Install new Square D QO 54 circuit main panel in garage. Install (25) new square d brand dual function and arc fault breakers in panel. Install surge protector at sub panel in basement. Permit Fees.
For this job I did a full home pressure test on the gas line. I took meter apart and installed a pressure gauge.i shut off all gas valves and I put 15 psi for 15 mins to confirm there is no leak in gas line. I put meter back together and restored gas to home. I re lit the water heater and left quote on re routing drain line.
Customer said over that phone that they had many outlets not working. When I arrived one of the workers showed me the outlets that were not working and I confirmed with my tester. He then took me to the panel and showed me the breaker where the switch would just flop back and forth. I replaced the breaker and restored power to the outlets.
Add new dedicated receptacles in the music studio
Replaced 2 ballasts in conference room lights Took out a non fused disconnect, used that circuit to split a counter top circuit in the conference room.
For this job, the customer stated that they have not been able to turn on the water to the freestanding tub in the master bathroom. We figured out, and showed 5e customer how to turn the faucet on. The customer also stated that they had one of our techs out a year ago, and showed them some issues with the install of the water heaters. The customer opted to go ahead, and take care of issue with install, we transitions the units from a series setup, to a parallel setup. We also added new shut offs to isolate each unit in case there is ever any issues. We performed work, and tested everything. Thank you for choosing Te certified.
Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: fridge had burning smell, vent hood shocks you when touched, LOCATION: kitchen FINDINGS: fridge outlet was backstabbed and 40 years old but not burnt or melted, internal wiring of fridge melted causing the smell and breaker to trip. Vent hood is leaking current to frame, and egc isn’t solid. Tested voltage from hot to neutral and got proper 124 volts. Tested voltage hot to ground and got 85 meaning the grounds are improperly bonded somewhere along the circuit RESOLUTION:replaced fridge outlet and installed dual function breaker for GFCI protection. Customer is getting new fridge. I gave estimates to Rewire circuit the vent hood is on, run a new vent hood circuit, and to redevice and remake all connections on vent hood circuit. Customer has other issues he needs to address first so I Left vent hood disconnected and capped off. Provide and install new fridge outlet, install dual function breaker to provide proper GFCI protection, install GFCI outl
No heat- Found blow fuse on main floor system. Inspected system and found a few suspicious areas but could not replicate issue. Taped up suspicious areas for precautions. During inspection it was noticed that system was missing condensate pump, outdoor and indoor coils needed cleaned, blower capacitor low and system lacked proper flood protection. Customer decided to repair condensate pump. Pump was installed and tested multiple times. Signed customer up for 2 system HomeCare.
Replaced customer provided flat panel led light
Arrived for no heat on gas furnace located in attic. Owner stated that I was 50 F when they arrived this morning but through the day the system began to work again. Began to inspect system and found the the insulation of the blower cabinet had fallen off and was causing airflow restrictions. Secured the insulation and restarted the unit to test and found the inducer motor was running very weak and making loud grinding noise when running. Low voltage fuse popped when system tried to kick into second stage heating. Inducer motor will need replacing to further test system in second stage heating. Recommended flood protection, wet switch, for attic system.
Removed tv and mount from master bedroom and remounted it in the basement playroom. The. I mounted a a new tv in the master bedroom.

Inspected for leak. Opened drywall to inspect plumbing in the area of staining. Plumbing in the ceiling appears to be ok. Found a leak on the drain of the master lavatory. Replaced leaking section of pvc and installed a new trap. Tested with water for 15 minutes. No leaks found. Suggest leaving the ceiling open for a while to confirm there are no leaks. Not responsible for drywall repair. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
