We lost all power around 7:30, after contacting TE, Jeffrey arrived about 9:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem, the solution, and went to work resolving the problem. Jeffrey worked through the night and our power was restored about 8am. We were very fortunate that he was the on-call tech - he is smart, courteous, and very detailed. Ricardo came out today from TE Certified Heating, when we woke up to our furnace not blowing any warm air. Our appointment was originally for mid-afternoon, but Ricardo was able to arrive earlier than that. He came late-morning, quickly identified the problem, and our furnace was back to operating normally and warming our house within an hour. Just like all the other TE Certified technicians we’ve used over the years, he was courteous and professional. We appreciate his help today!

When we realized we had no hot water our first call was to TE Certified. Blake arrived that Saturday afternoon and after diagnosing the problem he told us we needed a new hot water heater. We were leaving the next day for a short vacation and he set up an appointment for us the morning we were back to replace the unit. Blake was there as promised and got us up and running in a few hours. He did a super job, was excellent at communicating how the new unit functioned, and was a pleasure to work with. Replaced two shower valves that weren’t working properly. One in basement and one in upstairs guest bath. Also preformed trouble shooting on master shower. The thermostatic cartridge needs to be replaced. Waiting to hear back from Ferguson and availability and pricing.

Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of the issue with the upstairs HVAC system. The customer received an error telling them that the system was turned off after a low pressure lockout was initiated (error code 83). Tested heating from the thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressure and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked and replaced the 4” media filter with one provided by the customer. Ran duct load calculations and measured the static pressure. It appears that the system was switched into cooling while it was cold outside, causing the low pressure lockout. Reported findings to the customer.

For this job I replaced a cartridge on a shower valve in master bath that kept dripping. It was a specialty temperature control cartridge. I also replaced a second cartridge as a courtesy, only priced for the cartridge part on second replacement. I tested and left work area clean. I also cleaned out flow restrictor on kitchen faucet as a courtesy that was having low water pressure.
Troubleshot lamp that was tripping the breaker. The lamps cord shows physical signs of overheating and the wire was being pinched by the weight of the lamp. Lamp was taken and tested throughout the house and did not trip any breakers afterwards. Back stabbed outlets and switches in the living room were replaced and a 50 amp breaker for the oven was replaced. Dimmer in the 3 gang was not changed since the homeowner wanted to leave it alone

Installed pergola fan/ light switch legs into back door junction box and expanded to five gang switch box. Installed three surge protectors.
Arrived for no heat on main level system. Thermostat was blank and there is power to furnace. Wet switch sitting in pan had tripped from water in pan. There was a plumbing leak on second floor plumbing that dripped down onto main floor. Water leaked into floor registers and into main level system in basement. Water was observed in furnace drain pan tripping wet switch. Wet switch was damaged and could not be rest after continuous efforts. Removed debris and sitting water from furnace pan and inside furnace. Received verbal approval over the phone from Courtney Bates, property manager, for today’s repairs. Installed wet switch, wired into furnace and tested system operation. Emailed invoice to courtney@atlantafinehomes.com. System is fully operational at time of service. Received verbal approval to run cc on file for today’s repairs.
Replaced 2 flappers in toilets, both fill valves were functioning correctly. Set correct fill level and verified there were no leaks. Water pressure is just below 60 psi and the water heater functions well. Left an estimate for a Streamlabs water monitor with more information.
