Homeowner

Both service technicians worked quickly to identify the cause if the leaky faucet. They quickly replaced the pressure regulator valve in hopes that was the cause of the leak. When the leak remained unresolved, Steve identified the parts needed to repair the faucet. Unfortunately, that didn’t work (no fault of his workmanship), and he presented options for us. Both technicians were polite and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and professionalism!

We recently got two plumbing jobs done from Stephen Matthews. Both were large jobs… heater replacement and a new gas line to the kitchen. He took his time to do a thorough job, no rush, no cutting corners and has the perfect demeanor. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are after completion of both. He also went over and above what he had committed to do. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work!

Fabulous Service!

TE Certified always comes through! The staff is professional, timely and friendly. What I appreciate about TE Certified is that they consult with you about the repair or updates, provide multiple options to tackle the situation with carried price points. I also appreciate that they leave the space clean and tidy after they have completed their work. This time Adrian completed some electrical work for us. He was so friendly and completed the job quickly.

Electrical Service

We lost all power around 7:30, after contacting TE, Jeffrey arrived about 9:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem, the solution, and went to work resolving the problem. Jeffrey worked through the night and our power was restored about 8am. We were very fortunate that he was the on-call tech - he is smart, courteous, and very detailed. We highly recommend both TE Certified, and Jeffery.

Took video of my diagnosis of the ejection pump for the basement. The pump on an extension cord, running from another g fci from the basement kitchen was able to pump and run multiple times but if ran off of the gfci next to the ejection pump within the utility closet, the g f c I would automatically trip the second the pump attempted to kick on again.I have taken video recording of this happening and have had dispatch schedule an electrician to come out tomorrow to see what's going on. While at the residence, I informed the customer that their pressure regulating valve was 10 years old. And of a lower quality and also under sized. I recommended replacing the pressure regulating valve. Customer agreed to my recommended quote. I turned the water off to the house from the basement and drained all the water out of the line. I then replaced the pressure regulating valve with a new twenty five a u b. Afterwards, I slowly primed all of the air out of the lines. And tested for leaks no leaks.

Customer had a foul smell coming from sewage ejection pump. We took the basin lid off and took the sewage ejection pump outside and washed it off and cleaned it. After washing it off we installed the sewage ejection pump back in the basin and siliconed around the outside edge of the lid. We let the sewage ejection pump run 5 times and didn’t smell anything anymore. We advised the customer that if smell came back he would have to replace it.

Replaced garbage disposal with a new 1/2 hp insinkerator disposal. Tested unit and found no problems. Water pressure at 60 psi Water heater is from 2015, it is a 40 gal atmospheric vent gas heater. While the water heater seems to be working fine as of now, it’s about time we see these units begin to fail from age alone. left estimates for replacement.
