Upon arrival I was point to the toilet in the master bathroom. This toilet had a leaking fill valve. This can happen for two reasons, age or a pressure issue caused the fill valve to break. After performing a safety check of the home we discovered that the pressure regulator was working properly, but at first we had elevated pressure. This pressure was elevated from the baseline which was 55 psi After performing a thermal expansion test. We discovered there was a thermal expansion issue. After providing options and upon approval, we rebuilt the master bathroom, water closet, installing a new fill valve, a new flush tower gasket, and replaced the supply line. We began addressing the thermal expansion issue by performing one final test, pressurized both the thermal expansion tanks to verify whether they would hold pressure or not. Both thermal expansion tanks held pressure. We set both thermal expansion tanks to 65 psi. Most likely both thermal expansion tanks were not pressurized when
I arrived to the customers home and they had a pileup of sewage in their yard. I was able to identify the customer had a main line blockage and as a result, their outdoor clean out (which was damaged upon arrival), had no clean out cap on it. I gave the customer pricing to perform a camera inspection as well as a drain cleaning and they chose to go forward to restore water flow in their home. I first attempted with the K 400 and that was unsuccessful. I then called and back up and had a K 750 delivered to have a bigger and stronger cable to tear up the tree roots we made contact with. 80 feet from the cleanout point there was a massive obstruction which turned out to be roots. I’ve identified this location to be the county tap at a depth of 9 feet deep. The estimates provided will be good for 30 days.

No heat whole home. Found furnace cycling on and off with error code present. Upon inspection found loose wire plug on control board for ignitor and inducer motor. The heat exchanger is cracked and has single wall flue pipe with asbestos tape and improper connection of water heater vent, ac is dirty and system lacks adequate flood protection. Customer is getting quote to replace equipment tomorrow morning at 8am. Current part availability is unknown due to manufacturer closed for day. Will update quote tomorrow morning and resend with availability.
For this job I repiped a shower valve in the upstairs hall bathroom that has 6 shark bite connections. One connection was dripping and going down to the first floor. I installed new copper propress fittings. When turning the water back on there was a leak on the water main, I replaced as a courtesy. Home owner only got charged for parts. I tested and left work area clean.

Customers' right side kitchen sink had tail piece that was rotted through completely. Customer agreed to replace basket strainer and tail piece. Removed old tailpiece and strainer and then replaced both pieces secured and tested no leaks. While at the residence I talked to the customer about their pressure being high at a hundred and ten psi, and the fact that their water heater is very old. I recommended replacing both item. They are not going to move forward with that at this moment in time. Thank you for choosing and trusting te with your plumbing needs

Came on 02/09/26 for a water leak issue. Water leaking on the wall where a pvc pipe was disconnected and no foam blocking rain water from getting inside building. I could see outside through the whole where water leaks inside. Reconnected the pvc drain pipe and applied some foam.
Customer has intermittent backups and wants to see what’s going on. Performed camera inspection from basement stack clean out went to the tap. Saw no concerns or issues at this time and told customer it could have been a soft blockage that relieved itself.
