For this job, I came out for a failed burner assembly. Went ahead and replaced water heater with a new 50 gallon gas with a water ionizer. Went ahead checked for leaks and cleaned up area.
Performed 2 system heating diagnostics. Upstairs: 2013 Trane system had a failed condenser fan motor and a bad contactor. With the homeowners permission I replaced the motor and contactor. The system was operating at the end of service call. I checked the capacitor and refrigerant pressures (good). The blower motor, compressor were operating. The system had raised the upstairs by 10 degrees when I left. The strip heat was operating properly (21 amps). I emailed estimate for new pan safety switch (flood protection). The drain line had good slope. The condenser fan motor and compressor were pulling proper amount of amps. I replaced the air filter for the customer is using his air filter. Mainfloor: sysyem is from 1994 Rheem unit. system had a melted wire going to the compressor on the AC. system. AC system runs on r22 refrigerant which is obsolete. The heat exchangers were rusted by the burner box and appear to be compromised(see pictures). The igniter was bad (I ohmed it out/OL). Th
Laurie called us out to her home because she was getting shocked by her toaster. After she bought a new one she knew she had an electrical issue. During my troubleshoot, I found several loose connections in the meter, panel, and at the outlets. A bonding screw from the neutral to the ground and the kitchen circuit had no GFI protection. After tightening up connections, I installed a GFI outlet to protect any future shock.

Service and repair on Generac 24Kw standby generator
For this job, I came out for a leak underneath the hallway bathroom sink. After a thorough inspection I found that the leak was coming from the cold stop valve. Went ahead and replaced stop valve with a new quarter turn valve. Tested work and cleaned up area.
Performed blower wheel cleaning. Installed wet switch for water protection. Installed UV BlueTube. Performed condenser coil cleaning. Replaced 45/5 MFD capacitor. Tested system. System is currently working.
Install new lights in dining room and kitchen
Homeowner called us out due to leak underneath master bathroom vanity. After further inspection, it was determined that the leak was coming from a loose faucet connection. Caulked vanity sink the vanity cabinet, as well as retightened vanity faucet and sink connections. Tested and checked for leaks.
