Replaced bad afci breaker. Noticed panel was broken at the top portion of busbars. Recommended panel replacement as soon as possible.
Install four new dedicated outlets for kitchen equipment. Install new circuit for a new water heater. Replace men’s bathroom exhaust fan.
Rebuilt toilet with customer supplied rebuild parts. Pressurize and test for operation.

Quoted price to install a new 50 gallon electric water heater in mechanical room. Price includes permit fees, code upgrades, drain pan ,T&P discharge to outside, water pipe modifications, and installation of water heater. The client will need an electrician to install a power supply from current panel box to designated spot in closet . Estimate is good for 90 days.
Upon arrival, owner stated he is still getting a low pressure error code for his upstairs system; system has been operating properly. Could not duplicate problem; system cooling. Condenser coils outside are extremely dirty. Both systems coils are dirty; systems will not operate as designed with the coils dirty. Owner will clean the coils himself.
