Steve did an excellent job identifying the problem and fixing our plumbing issues quickly and cost-effectively.
Shane is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, thorough, and knows how to talk to people. Shane did such a phenomenal job that I want only him as my assigned technician.
TE has been my go to company for all my cooling, plumbing and electrical needs. They were able to fit me in same day for an expansion tank leak. Tyler (the tech) was very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to educate me on the root cause(s) and partnered in strategizing on lasting solution(s).
The technician was great, I brought TE out because I was not happy with the service I received from a different company through my home warranty. After TE Certified fixed the problem I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan.
Thanks Seth & TE for going above and beyond! Appreciate your help.

Performed diagnostic on both systems in the home. Upstairs system is a 2021 carrier furnace. Upon start up the system has a code 33. This is a code for high limit being open. When I tested these limit switches, they have continuity through them. Switches are not bad. System needs a new control board. Called Mingledorff’s Marietta, This part is in stock, but it’s very expensive. Will quote price to repair. Upstairs system also has a condensate pump in the attic highly recommend deleting this and correcting the drain to be a gravity drain. What happens with condensate pumps in the attic as they simply freeze and bust and then there will be water on your ceiling in the spring time. Main level system is a 2003 Rheem furnace and AC unit. This furnace is in very poor condition. The furnace has a blower that continually stays on. Upon inspection this furnace found major issues with it. Furnace has a back in control board. Removed low-voltage wires to make sure we did not have a low-voltage is
Replaced leaking flue pipe and flooded inducer motor. Contactor replaced cap, collar, and flashing Completed HC. System is heating and cooling well at this time
Arrived on site for a 2 system Homecare. We completed a through inspection of the systems and their performance. We flushed drain lines, replaced filters and tested each unit in heating and cooling. During our inspection we did locate a few items that needed attention. Both condenser coils were very dirty, the downstairs unit had no flood protection, the main floor dual capacitor was out of spec and a rodent chewed control wires to the outdoor unit, restricting the system from turning on. We spoke about the importance of having the systems cleaned and having flood protection and she okayed us to complete some important cleanings. Upon completion we shared with her out be for and after photos and collected signatures and payment before closing out. We helped her with some programming issues on her thermostat and she thanked us for stopping by. Call complete.
