Outstanding service and professionalism!

We recently got two plumbing jobs done from Stephen Matthews. Both were large jobs… heater replacement and a new gas line to the kitchen. He took his time to do a thorough job, no rush, no cutting corners and has the perfect demeanor. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are after completion of both. He also went over and above what he had committed to do. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work!

Excellent Service!

I called this morning due to a defective circuit breaker and an appointment was made for the afternoon with a heads up to where the technician was prior to my home. Cole put in a new breaker and installed a home surge protector. Excellent job and quick service!

Fabulous Service!

TE Certified always comes through! The staff is professional, timely and friendly. What I appreciate about TE Certified is that they consult with you about the repair or updates, provide multiple options to tackle the situation with carried price points. I also appreciate that they leave the space clean and tidy after they have completed their work. This time Adrian completed some electrical work for us. He was so friendly and completed the job quickly.

Great service

It was valuable for me to have an electrical report card on my house (40 yrs old. Even though things are OK for now I have an awareness possible future issues. The outlet replacement was nicely done.

Electrical Service

We lost all power around 7:30, after contacting TE, Jeffrey arrived about 9:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem, the solution, and went to work resolving the problem. Jeffrey worked through the night and our power was restored about 8am. We were very fortunate that he was the on-call tech - he is smart, courteous, and very detailed. We highly recommend both TE Certified, and Jeffery.

Quick response

Ricardo came out today from TE Certified Heating, when we woke up to our furnace not blowing any warm air. Our appointment was originally for mid-afternoon, but Ricardo was able to arrive earlier than that. He came late-morning, quickly identified the problem, and our furnace was back to operating normally and warming our house within an hour. Just like all the other TE Certified technicians we’ve used over the years, he was courteous and professional. We appreciate his help today!

For this job I replaced a leaking old tankless water heater. I installed a new Navien tankless with recirculating tee cross over. I installed the cross over tee in the master bath right side sink. Will help water be more instant upon opening hot water side. I ran 2 pvc vents to exterior of home and capped off old flu vent. I also ran condensation and tmp lines outside. I make all new gas connections and installed 2 cut offs for the water heater. I also installed a check valve on the cold side at the water heater. I installed new expansion tank and pressurized to 70 psi. I set temperature to 120 degrees and tested everything. Left work area clean.

Upon arrival, customer notified me that the downstairs bathroom is tied in with the garage outlets, and also the outdoor GFCI. The customer has to reset the GFCI located in the basement in order to restore power back to the outdoor locations and the garage. Customer notified me that their master bathroom receptacles will only work if the switch for the floodlight is turned in the on position. This is not how this should be wired. We will go through and determine if there is a way to constantly feed power to the receptacles in the master bathroom without having to flip the switch on for the floodlight. Customer has two dimmer switches that are not operating as intended. One of the switches is located in the breakfast area controlling the pendant light. Customer notified me that the switch has been getting extremely hot. The other switches located in the daughter’s bedroom upstairs. Customer notified me that the switch no longer dims, and the light fixture itself has been putting off a

Customer has an existing wall mounted kitchen faucet dating back to approximately 1984. Upon evaluation, we attempted to repair the faucet by replacing the internal stems, however, due to the age and condition of the faucet, the repairs were unsuccessful in the unit is no longer serviceable. At this time, the faucet will require full replacement. The home has a finished basement, and the original water shut off valves for the kitchen faucet could not be located, as they appear to be concealed above a finish ceiling and we’re not accessible. In order to properly isolate the water supply and prepare for future faucet replacement, we opened the laundry room wall to locate the faucet supply connections, and installed new bypass shut off valves. This allows the kitchen water supply to be safely controlled. Moving forward without disturbing additional finished areas of the home. All work performed. Today was completed successfully and tested. The homeowner will purchase a new wall mount

Client is experiencing a leak underneath the shower in the master bath when the water is running Search for a leak coming from the master bathroom shower, cut open drywall behind the shower valve and under the shower trap to identify where the leak may be coming from. After careful examination, we finally identified the leak was coming from the shower pan itself and the caulking needed to be redone. I recommend redoing the caulking for the entire shower to prevent leaks. I confirmed the leaks are not plumbing related. A tile and grout company will be coming out to do this. Recommended property medics come out to assess the water damage, while it is not catastrophic. it appears to have been going on for a long time. Water heater is 12 years old. Left estimates for replacement. Water pressure is at 75 psi

For this job, I run your lead detection service as a TGL for original technician Ryan G if the water main service is in the same trench as the sewer main through the yard, though I could hear the leak in the ground I could hear it all along the sewer main because of how it was installed, which made it Impossible to pinpoint the leak.
