Replaced old sewer pump with a new 1 hp grinder. Installed a new lid. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Due to the location of the pump being outside of the heated envelope of the home, there is a risk of freezing and damage to the pump. No warranty on pump or piping. Thank you for choosing T.E. Today we came out for main level heat pump system system not heating Goodman 3 ton air handler with 2 ton Goodman heat pump 14 seer found blown low voltage fuse. Inspected all wiring found wires going into air handler rubbing housing, burn marks on defrost board and pitted contactor. Inspected addition found hole in drain pan, minimal flood protections and service valve caps missing. Line set is way to long damaging compressor and shortening life expectancy. Repaired wires and left quote for new contactor and defrost board. Cycled equipment multiple times and left IAQ options. Left all equipment operational.
Upstairs system not blowing air due to a bad blower motor. Also, heat exchanger is cracked and filter is located inside the furnace. It’s a high efficiency motor and very expensive and system has a crack in the heat exchanger. System is 13 years old. Sent estimates for potential repairs (not recommend). The best option would be to upgrade the system with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Set a lead to quote upgrading for tomorrow after 10 am. Customer also wants to zone the system and install a dedicated thermostat in the room above the garage.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that the upstairs closet lights have not been working properly. They have changed the bulbs out at the light fixtures and they’re still not coming on. Customer stated that they have checked the electrical panel to ensure that none of the breakers are tripped. While on site, we also confirm that none of the breakers are tripped so we are going to proceed with a diagnostic of this location. A diagnostic includes going through and determining why power has been dropped, and if there is a simple repair applicable, we will make sure to do it correctly for the customer. This estimate includes replacing, both switches upstairs in the closet for the daughters bedrooms

Removed a thermal expansion tank that was left when new water heater was installed, removed water heater and set in a pan to meet current local code, repaired leak with new CPVC to copper transitions, new ball valves and new brass female adapters, installed thermal expansion tank and secured and finally installed a leak alarm in the new pan.
