Joshua was excellent and extremely professional. He had to cut a hole in the drywall to access the plumbing but everything was put back together neatly when he was finished, even the books on the bookshelf. Above and beyond.

Customer has 7 y/o Lennox heat pump system that operates for basement level. Thermostat temperature was rising when system was in OFF position. Replaced Neat thermostat with Ecobee along with new wiring. Tested heating, cooling, aux heating and fan. System is currently working.
Replace master bathroom floor heat thermostat. After installing thermostat I checked voltage on line and load side, reading showed 240V on both ends. I turned temperature up to check if the temperature would rise. Unfortunately I had to cut this short since homeowner had other things to attend to but during an 11min period the temperature went up 3 degrees. I left thermostat in default settings for scheduling.
Installed new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater with new hot and cold ball valves, safety pan, leak alarm, relief 90 and thermal expansion tank. The system was pressurized, purged of air and put into service with no issues.

Opened Sheetrock in master bedroom ceiling to locate the leak. Water was leaking from the tub waste connection on the upstairs jack and Jill bathroom tub. Removed old hardware and installed new chrome lift and turn tub assembly and new overflow trim. Sealed with new gaskets, putty, and caulking and tested for leaks and proper function. Also repaired a toilet in the main floor powder room that was constantly running due to a failed fill valve. Left quote for future shower valve replacement.
For this job I completed a full home plumbing inspection. I found a couple of things that needed correction. Water pressure was too high and expansion tank was not installed correctly. I changed the pressure regulator and set the new pressure to 70 psi per customers request. I also installed a new expansion tank at the water heater before the check valves so that it is functional. I also informed customer about our water monitoring/auto shut off device. We installed a stream labs at water main. I set up device with customer. I tested and left work area clean
Swapped fan in upstairs bedroom. Original fan was mounted to an old brown fiberglass box. I swapped the box for a fan rated box and replaced the fan. The fan works properly. I also replaced a 3way switch and 2 outlets that were missed on a redevice done by Joe
Trouble shoot office switch and hallway switch Outlets were installed incorrectly and a single pole switch was installed at 4 way location
Upon arrival I was pointed to the pot filler which needed to be installed. Previously a waterline was run and a drop eard L was installed inside of the wall. A ball valve necessary for the isolation of the pot filler was required. Upon approval, we installed the ball valve and installed the pot filler. Tested everything for leaks and proper function.
Customer was experiencing a leak in the upstairs tub. We noticed that the overflow seals had failed. Originally we had opted to just change the tub trim, including the seal, but the aged PVC drain had gotten brittle and failed. So we replaced the entire tub and waste overflow. We replaced the trap as a courtesy. Removed a shower valve and second handle and installed the existing Kohler shower head. Tested the tub waste overflow filled and left without any more leaks and verified after 10 minutes of running water into the overflow. Tested everything and verified there are no leaks. water heater is from 2019 water pressure is at 75 psi For more information on Streamlabs water monitors and smart shutoffs: https://streamlabswater.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=smart_leak_detection_streamlabs&utm_term=streamlabs&utm_content=adgroup_195429238504_creative_783853192741_match_b&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23263143328&gbraid=0AAAAA9Zi0H8d4VDmKP-IAQXBnL4aFuxsC&gclid=EAIaIQ
House had loose neutral from transformer to meter and breaker went bad because of it so we are replacing it.
I install 5 can lights in the basement gym by running wire between new lights and replacing breaker with a dual function breaker. I installed a dedicated 15 amp circuit for the sauna by running wire to sauna location, install dual function breaker, and installing a box and outlet. As a courtesy I did a trouble shoot on two outlets that weren’t working. The one in the gym area is powered by a switch upstairs in the hallway and with the switch turned on the outlet has power. The one in the pantry was never connected to power by contractors. I connected it to power as intended and it’s functioning normally.
Cleared blockage in upstairs shower drains with tub gun
Homeowner had a tree fall on powerlines, causing them to lose the neutral on the power company side and has 12 breakers that need replacing because they’ve been fried. Includes installing surge to protect against future surges.
