Adam and his team were amazing! By 8:30 in the morning there were four trucks from TE and the guys really went to work. I needed to have two furnaces replaced and they had almost everything completed by 11 AM. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen complication that had nothing to do with the team or their work. An outside vendor will be needed to fix the problem. However, if it weren’t for Adam and all the guys being so diligent about checking and re-checking, I’m not sure the problem would have been found. They really are fantastic. Extremely polite and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

For this job, I worked on running 2 dedicated circuits to the pantry and wiring 2 ceiling fans from scratch at the back porch.
During our visit, a Navien tankless water heater was installed in the laundry room. All of the water line connection were completed to the tankless. Water still needs to be connected to the system. A hub drain was installed for the tankless condensation and the temperature and pressure relief valve. A Halo ionizer was installed on the cold water line that feeds the tankless. This job will be completed on 2/23. The venting for the water heater still needs to be installed through the roof. The gas line also still needs to be ran from the attic to the tankless. The total of this job was split, $1500 was removed and will be charged upon completion of the rest of the work.
For this job I found leak in yard, dug up area, cut out failed section (compression coupling & sharkbite) and repaired with new permanent fittings and rolled copper. I tested and back fill, left area as close as to originally found. While on my visit customer mention his internet was down and that there was an outage. I mention to home owner I saw an orange cable near where I dug that had black tape around it and seemed loose.
Install customer supplied ev charger on garage wall and extend existing circuit into charger. Install blank plate on box, additional conduit/wiring and new breaker for circuit. After discussing available options for installation of surge protector, customer wanted his mounted directly to bottom of panel due to clearance issues.
Came out to find that while heater was holding pilot, it was no longer producing sufficient amounts of hot water. Additionally, thermal expansion tank was unsupported, and located far from any shutoffs for service. Installed new 60 gallon tank with 12 year warranty.
Remove existing vanity, remove unit and install electric 50 gallon unit due to the current vent setup we cannot install a gas water heater. Repipe all water lines and transition to copper while adding expansion tank, drain pan and pressure relief line. This price does not include electrical and that needs to be handled prior to install Update: all work has been completed. Both hot and cold lines have isolation valves for water heater, vanity was put back exactly the same way we took it out, water heater is turned on and functioning properly.
Performed three system home care, cleared all drain lines inspected all electrical and mechanical components. At this time, all the systems are operating properly. I made recommendations to improve system systems functions.
Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted work. Found that the evaporator coil cover was already missing some screws, likely from a previous leak search. Performed an electronic leak search at the evaporator coil. Pinpointed a refrigerant leak in the bottom left hand section of the coil. Reported results to the customer. Collected payment from the card on file with the customer.
For this job I replaced the gasket that was eaten away by bleach tablets. Flush tower was allowing water to run into tank and causing fill valve to turn on. I replaced gasket only due to not being able to find original part. Toilet is tested and working properly. I discounted part for $30. I tested and left work area clean.
Customer called us out for potential mainline blockage effecting the basement bathroom, upon arriving located ejector pump and found that it is functioning properly, originally quoted to clear main line blockage but after further inspection concluded that main line was not the issue. Issue was backed up toilet and blockage was waste matter, ran cable throughout toilet to clear blockage, toilet line is clear and flowing. Thank you so much for choosing TE Certified.
Repair shower arm that had split from the thread connection and leaked into the basement. Tested the new shower arm that I installed and found no leaks and corrected the issue of water leaking into the basement. I scheduled an appointment to return for corrections on the discharge line for the water heater that is running into the condensate pump that should be running outside of the house.
Homeowner had a few things to look at: 1. Dishwasher Discharge - checked and tested the line, the discharge line is installed properly and when ran drained properly. 2. Diverter not fully functioning - 3 handle diverter diverter needs rebuild/replacement. 3. Faucet Leaking - hot side cartridge leaking. Removed and rebuilt the diverter with new washers as necessary. Reassembled and tested for function, the diverter is operating properly at this time varified by the homeowner.
For this job I replaced a leaking waste and overflow for a tub in the main floor hall bathroom. I removed old brass drain and installed new pvc waste and over flow. I tested and left work area clean.
Responded to a toilet leak caused by a broken yellow cap on the Kohler flush tower, which was spraying water onto the floor when flushed. Homeowner chose to proceed with a complete toilet rebuild. Also provided estimates for water heater replacement due to age.
Electrical Panel Replacement The existing electrical panel is overloaded and improperly configured. It contains multiple tandem breakers, even though the panel is not rated or listed for tandem breaker use. This condition exceeds the panel’s designed capacity and violates manufacturer listing requirements, creating a serious safety hazard. Additionally, there is visible overheating and discoloration on the neutral bus bar and Phase A bus bar. This discoloration is a clear indicator of excessive heat caused by poor connections or sustained overcurrent conditions. Overheating at the bus bars can lead to: * Increased resistance and further heat buildup * Breaker failure or arcing * Damage to connected branch circuits * Elevated risk of electrical fire Because the bus bars are integral to the panel assembly and cannot be safely repaired, full panel replacement is required to restore safe and code-compliant operation. New Panel Installation The existing panel will be removed and repl
