Removed old 50 gallon gas water heater. Installed new 50 gallon eight year Rheem gas fired water heater. Installed bracketed and mounted new thermal expansion tank. Set thermal expansion tank to 65 psi. Installed new quarter ball valve. Installed 18 inches of copper above unit. Install new gas whip and gas shut off valve. Installed water heater pan. Installed mounted and bracketed new gas line. Checked for leaks. No leaks. Relocated barricade for water heater.
Panel work gen 2 breaker replacement
Replace GFCI for kitchen counter outlets. Inspect panel for issues as courtesy. Replace 15a breaker for kit counter with 20a breaker. (Wiring is 12 gauge)
Swapped out gate valve in basement with a new ball valve and replaced hose Bibb on back of home.
3 system homecare inspection. Installed ss2 on system 3. Performed outdoor chemical coil cleaning on system 2.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Stoppage located in garage washer cleanout stoppage was unknown but water is flowing again pipes are cast-iron
Inspect for rodent damage in the attic.
Repaired freeze break on cold water line to the hose bibs underneath the back porch. All four hose bibs were re-pressurized and tested for proper operation. After testing was completed, technician re-winterized outdoor hose bibs, due to incoming colder weather. As a courtesy to customer, technician also adjusted scald guard temperature limit on the upstairs hallway, tub shower combination. TE certified had previously replaced this Delta cartridge. Customer was complaining of water getting too hot. After scald guard limit was adjusted, technician confirmed the adjusted temperature with the customer.
