Picked up the material for the job at Apex Supply Marietta, TE Certified Kennesaw, and TE Certified Roswell. (Apex receipt on the Warranty Form) Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Performed repairs on the main floor system. Removed the old dirty return plenum from the unit and unwired the iWave Ionizer. Removed the 1” filter cabinet. Installed a brand new AprilAire Model 1100 media filter cabinet. Installed a brand new metal return plenum onto the filter cabinet. Cut in the 8” and 12” return ducts and secured them with screws, tape and mastic. Re-installed the iWave Ionizer, this time cut into the plenum and secured with screws and made sure it has its own dedicated transformer. Ensured the plenum and media filter cabinet were completely sealed with tape and mastic. Removed the oversized 30A breaker for the outdoor A/C at the panel and replaced it with a 20A breaker. Performed repairs on the upstairs system. Replaced the burnt-out UV light with a replacement

3 different error codes. Dirty filter, lose plug on gas valve. Replaced filter and secured plug. Tested heat and cool operations. Noticed drains for main floor and second floor system tie into one condensate pump that just now failed. Replaced condensate pump for main floor system and installed in unit pan. Installed condensate pump for second floor system and ran drain to sewage. Now drains are separated.

Edit: this estimate does not include the ac disconnects, the surface 100 amp and fixes the charges for the floor outlets. This also includes a January seasonal discount. Current discounts: 5% every day discount $2589 Discount for dual function breakers $15,000 (The price for your panel already includes installing breakers so this discount represents being charged only for the materialsthe materials) Discount for complementary surge protectors $2436 Discount for redevicing the home minus switches $2500 Discount for performing the work in January $4500 Non safety items: Crawl space: needs a new outlet for the router, which is on an extension cord, need a GFCI outlet on the sump pump, need to remove the old wiring from the old hot water heater. Tidy up the ethernet closet if possible, as well as the ethernet and cable in the panel room. The disconnects on all AC units are old and a little rusted and could be replaced, but they are not a safety hazard. Most of your outlets are old

No Heat - Basement System 22 year old Ruud gas furnace and AC. System not heating due to age. The limit switch has been tripped multiple times and the board is flashing a code for open limit. I jumped the switch out and the board was still flashing code for open limit. Observed that there is a burnt area on the main control board and this section of the board is bad, bad board and switch. I used my bore scope camera to look at the heat exchanger to see why the limit has been tripping. The heat exchanger is compromised and no longer safe for heating operation. The blower wheel is dirty, the blower motor is dirty and seeping oil that is staining the case. The gas ran to this system is not hooked up properly and not up to code. The igniter is weak and original. The inducer motor is over amping and the bearings are worn. Due to the age, condition, and cost of temporary repairs, homeowner requested. We send out an install supervisor to go over updating the equipment. Thank you for choosing

Homeowner has a sterling dual flush toilet that runs constantly. The fill tower seal has failed. Stop valve is a quarter turn stop valve with a built in supply line. Recommend replacing the toilet. Homeowner opted to replace the toilet. Removed old sterling toilet and disposed of toilet. Removed stop valve and installed new PEX quarter turn stop valve. Installed new stainless steel braided supply line. Examined flange and verified condition, flange appears to be intact. Installed new Kohler Highline arc. Installed new wax ring with horn and new nylon closet bolts. Flushed toilet approximately 10 times to test for leaks. Sealed toilet to floor with clear silicon. Water pressure in house is 50 PSI.

Customer had a charge point charger that lost the ability to connect to WiFi. He bought a new charger and wanted it replaced. The new charger came with an energy monitor that was installed at the panel. I replaced the charger. The customer got the charger and the energy modulator set up on his phone and both are working perfectly. Customer had 2 Eaton max surge protectors at his panels. I informed him of the benefits up upgrading to the ultras. I swapped out both surge protectors. One of the surges was on a 30 amp breaker so I swapped it for a 50 amp Also, there were 2 non UL listed breakers in the panels. One in the sub panel and one in panel A. I replaced both of those breakers.

No heat basement. Upon arrival thermostat was blank and furnace did not have low voltage power. Discovered condensate pump to be unplugged and full of water. Upon plugging it emptied causing system to turn on. Once system was on thermostat was still blank however heat was running. Upon inspection found cracked heat exchanger, play in blower motor, weak capacitor, minimal flood protection. Heat exchanger is not available locally and must be ordered from factory. Estimated 5 day lead time once ordered. Customer getting quote to replace system today as well.

Today we came out due to dryer duct not attached. It was located in the ceiling and it had been deattached for a while. I removed all lint and reattached the flue duct. There was a screen on the exit flap. I cut the screen off to prevent any build up of lint. Went to the dryer, removed the hose connecting to the wall and cleaned it and behind the dryer. I then cleaned inside the flue duct. Turned on the dryer to test work and it is blowing beautifully! At this time Mr. Chris is going to hold off on the membership. It was a pleasure to meet y’all today and I hope y’all have a great weekend!
