Very professional, did a great job in replacing our water heaters.
Jonathan was very professional and immediately found the problem with my broken AC. He was gone a few minutes to get the part and installed it very quickly. He was a very polite young man and represented his company very well.
Garrett arrived soon after my call. He went downstairs and evaluated our problem. He came back and explained the drain problem and what he would need to do to fix it and the approximate cost. After we agreed, he went to work and worked until everything was done and he had cleaned up...which was most of the day. He was very courteous and we felt his evaluation of the problem was accurate. I would highly recommend Garrett to anyone with a similar drain repair. Thank you, Garrett.
Perfect! Knowledgeable thorough - found something that should have been installed when a new AC unit was installed < 2 yrs ago by TE- he took care of it Added a drainage sensor as well Great service
TE Certified has always provided me exceptional service. They always keep me informed and I appreciate their thoroughness. I only let them do my HVAC maintenance because of their expertise.
Jared did a great job! Prompt and thorough. Put customer first!
Ductless fan wheel cleaning Performed detailed surface cleaning of the indoor blower wheel on Mitsubishi wall-mounted mini split (Model MSZ-D30NA). Front vanes and grill were removed to allow access. Blower showed heavy buildup of dust and organic material across the fin surfaces. Used a dry brush to loosen surface debris in the initial pass. Followed with a wet brush to break down embedded material lodged between fin grooves. Applied vacuum extraction for fine particulate removal, and completed a final wipe-through for a clean finish. Work was performed in place without full wheel removal, due to system design and installation clearance. Airflow improved, system is operating normally, and current debris levels have been removed and reduced. Recommended keeping up with annual service to prevent future buildup.
The homeowner had a 1/2" hose bibb shut-off valve that was leaking, and the water pressure was 105 PSI. Replaced the shut-off valve and the pressure regulator, and set the pressure to 65 PSI. Advised the customer that the expansion tank has failed.
Installed 11 GFCI, 6 Reg Outles with plates, 1 15Amp Dual Function Break and 1 15 Thin Breaker
Installing light fixtures and running new circuit for a makeup desk.
Performed annual tankless flush/descale. Left customer estimates for different water treatment options
I removed two failed vacuum breakers from hose bibs and replaced them with new ones. Both were tested with client until satisfied. I also tightened the set screw on a master bath lavatory hot side handle
Came out to replace customer supplied fan receiver on back porch ceiling fan. Replaced receiver and the fan works great. Homeowner is very happy
Finished the remaining work: replaced a flange in the upstairs guest bathroom, completed a full toilet rebuild on the main floor, installed a new hose bib, and reworked the water heater vent.
Home care safety inspection and repairs. Replace middle A/C disconnect and whip that had indoor wire. Install whole home surge protecter.
Came out today to add a doorbell and chime kit from scratch. I came off of the foyer circuit. Cut in my box for the transformer and the chime in the study, on the other side of the wall from the foyer. I ran my low voltage wire to the old intercom box. I replaced the breaker with a dual function breaker. I had to separate neutrals in a 3 gang switch box for the dual function breaker to operate properly. The homeowners are having a security company install cameras and a camera doorbell. They needed a doorbell to make this happen. So the doorbell that is in right now is temporary until the security company comes on Monday. While running my low voltage wire I accidentally drilled through the drywall. I patched it up and the homeowner said not to worry about it. He will sand it and paint it. I gave him an additional discount for his troubles. Doorbell and chime work great and the homeowners are happy with the work
We will replace a bad CH breaker inside of the main panel
Customer called us out for a broken garbage disposal. I checked first to make sure it wasn’t stuck. While checking that it moved with just a bit of resistance I turned it on and it ran well. There were minimal signs of rust inside the garbage disposal and no signs of leaking. Customer did not wanna get it replaced today. Customer was not interested in water heater check or pressure check.
Leak appears to be stemming from the underground irrigation system. Gave client option to diagnose and confirm. Client has contacted his irrigation company to come and check the system since his main water line was recently replaced by another company.
Upstairs system return and supplies are really close together. Supplies are in the middle of the bedrooms. Upstairs system is potentially leaking small amounts of refrigerant. Homeowners states system runs all summer long. Main floor system is zoned. Main floor doesn’t have static bypass. Main floor txt is not operating properly. main floor compressor is 2 stage and going into thermal overload in 2nd stage. Biological growth on main floor indoor coil. Main floor condensation vinyl tubing is collapsed. Heat exchanger could be potentially hazardous to the home. Found cracked eyelet. Recommend adding indoor air quality upgrades into both systems with Apco x.
