This was my first time using TE Certified and will definitely use them again for future needs. Nathan and Kelvin (plumbing) were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He called while on his way and arrived within the scheduled arrival time. I am replacing a 1989-era dishwasher and needed both electrical and plumbing work done before it could be installed. I was pleased with the service and overall experience, from scheduling to work completed, to their workmanship warranty.

This was my first experience with TC Certified and it has been great. I will certainly use them again in the future. I am replacing a dishwasher from 1989 and there was both electrical and plumbing work that had to be done. It was easy to schedule with TE, they sent a reminder text and a call to let me know they were on their way and Carlos (electrician part) was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

As most of the jobs that I have performed with TE, Martin clearly explained to me the different options available and provided pros/cons of each. Everything is working as expected, and left everything clean. The price might be higher that other companies, but it worth it having the security the job is professionally done.

Tested system it heating for whole home. Tested and found the spark igniter wiring was rubbed out on to metal and caused the igniter to not spark inside the burner section. Was able to cover this wire up and move it so that way the system would fire up with no issues. Looked at all the components of the system, and found that the flue pipe was also single wall and lots of tape all over it. The blower wheel and the ductwork was also very dirty. System was also lacking a wet switch for best flood protection. We cleaned the blower wheel today and tested the system fully with no issues at this time.
