We bought a new gas stove but needed a gas line hookup as our house had the line but had an electric range. The whole process with TE plumbing was excellent. They were very responsive when I texted my questions to their website and even responded back on a Sunday and were able to fit us in on the following Tuesday. Our service tech was TJ. He was very professional friendly and explained the process to us gave us a price, and there was no pressure to have the work done with them, but we decided to have it completed and it was done within less than an hour.

We needed (4) ceiling fans installed in our home and our technician was Johan. He went above and beyond to ensure he communicated the scope of work, pricing and work progress. He was also very easy to conversate with (couldn't have been nicer) and explained the work in detail each step of the way. We're very satisfied with the work completed and after such a wonderful experience, we will turn to TE Certified for any future repairs/general maintenance for our home. Gain access to area needing repipe (this may include sheetrock, tile, baseboard, etc removal). Cut out and remove existing water supply piping in designated area and replace with PEX. Includes hot and cold where necessary, and all appropriate strapping, insulating, and bracing. Fixture repipes include new 1/4-turn stops and braided stainless supply lines. Test all work when complete. Customer is responsible for any repairs associated with removal of aforementioned items to gain access (sheetrock, tile, etc).

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the second floor System is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the heat pump system Goodman 3 ton capacity 10 years old is in poor maintenance conditions the blower wheel it’s Highly impacted the indoor evaporator coil is highly impacted and creates Airflow restrictions test outdoor heat pump unit the Duel run capacitor failed is out of spec from manufacture test temporarily capacitor check refrigerant charge pressures are low compressor is weak condenser coil It’s dirty. Perform courtesy electronic leak search for indoor evaporator coil And is leaking refrigerant coil is made of aluminum can’t be repaired Needs to be replaced air handler drain line is not protected with Safety float switch unit is out of warranty I already verified warranty Was expired on 4/21/2025. Due to aged and conditions vs costs of repairs I recommend to upgrade complete system. Homeowner is aware of the Conditions

For this job, we worked on installing a dedicated circuit for the indoor dry sauna. Also installed 3 outlets in the master bathroom and closet and 1 in a bedroom.
Installed two fill valves, one upstairs one downstairs all work was tested and documented with pictures
System was no cooling due to a blown fuse, blower wheel is dirty, no form of water safeties, and contactor is out of manufacture specs. Repaired low voltage issue, replaced contactor, and replaced filter. System is operating properly.
Cut out pinhole in grey poly to replace with small section of pex piping. Everyone is aware this is a temporary repair until we move forward with full water line repipe. Water turned on and tested to ensure proper function.
