We bought a new gas stove but needed a gas line hookup as our house had the line but had an electric range. The whole process with TE plumbing was excellent. They were very responsive when I texted my questions to their website and even responded back on a Sunday and were able to fit us in on the following Tuesday. Our service tech was TJ. He was very professional friendly and explained the process to us gave us a price, and there was no pressure to have the work done with them, but we decided to have it completed and it was done within less than an hour.

We needed (4) ceiling fans installed in our home and our technician was Johan. He went above and beyond to ensure he communicated the scope of work, pricing and work progress. He was also very easy to conversate with (couldn't have been nicer) and explained the work in detail each step of the way. I have worked with TE before, and the experience is always good. The phone assistant provided the price upfront for the service requested. I called other companies, and they need me to pay for the technician visit, regardless of the nature of the job. The technician was great, explained the Job he would do, and left some recommendations for improvements. The price was a little high, but the job quality is excellent.

Upon arrival customer stated she was wanting to have a second opinion done for hvac equipment that controls the main floor when you first walk in. Did a through evaluation of 23 year old system, system and found that blower motor is pulling high amps and failing due to age and very dirty blower wheel. Blower capacitor tested good with no issues. The evaporator coil is very rusted and rust is falling into condensate drain line, went to test condensation pump and found that pump is not working, there was power coming from the outlet, condensation pump has failed. Customer explained to me that thermostat which is located right by front door picks up a heat load whenever the sun is on front of the house, thermostat would to be relocated to a better location to balance system properly. Checked over outdoor unit, capacitor and contactor have been updated found no issues, condenser coils were clean. Unit is aged and has failures advised customer I could put together repair estimates to replac
Found leak coming froma a broken galvanized nipple in the ground, just after the meter. Removed leaking section of pipe, added new meter adapter, dual check and shut off. Added gravel and valve box. Backfilled and tamped. Found water pressure was 110 through the house. Replaced PRV and thermal expansion tank. Water pressure is now 65psi.

I was called out originally on 3/19/25 to look into two breakers tripping. I remade all connections on the initial visit and repaired a small nick in the insulation. The breaker has continued to trip, so today I did an insulation test to verify that wiring is in good shape. The test results were good with no damage. Offered to replace outlets and breaker but we wound up just replacing the breaker. I waited for 30 minutes after installing and it didn’t trip again. If it continues to trip our only option after this would be to replace all four outlets on the kitchen wall.
