The two technicians, Jeffrey and Jorge, did a stellar job resolving my electrical issues. They showed up on time and adhered to COVID-19 safety protocols. They quickly and professionally diagnosed the issues. They provided the key knowledge and information to help me make an informed decision on how to tackle each issue. In addition to their professionalism, they were extremely personable including interacting with my 6 year old who was asking lots of questions. They completed the work in a timely fashion while ensuring the job was done right. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service.
