Alex and his team installed a new heating and cooling system in my house a few months ago. They did an awesome job and were very knowledgeable. In changing over yo AC with hotter weather, I heard a weird sound from my Unit. Alex came out promptly and immediately addressed the issue. Turns out I caused the problem. Oops! But Alex was super gracious is fixing it and explaining what likely happened. Service like that is top notch!
