Jesse was the plumber who installed 3 toilets today. I had the toilets delivered from Home Depot and out of three, two were in pieces. Jesse put them in my car and I returned them. All three were installed and while Jesse was giving them one last check, he found a crack in the tank of the the third toilet. He took off the tank and again waited while I returned to the store to get a new one. It was so nice of him to wait as he was finished. He is very professional and competent. He is also very patient and genuinely a wonderful person.
