Inspect for leak under master bathroom shower/tub in basement ceiling. Technician will have to cut basement ceiling sheetrock. Found pvc piping in basement ceiling chewed through from rats/mice. Technician to replace pvc piping. No warranty on existing pvc piping and current repair.
