Inspected newly installed toilets by other TE technician. Upstairs hallway toilet has a broken fill valve and not working properly. Tested water pressure at 135 psi which is very dangerous for the plumbing system. Provided options to solve the issue. Technician to Install 50 gallon gas water heater in garage with all plumbing code upgrades. Install new water pressure valve and main water shut off valve above water heater in garage. Technician will replace toilet fill valve for the upstairs hallway bathroom as a courtesy. All worked tested good upon completion and technician set water pressure to 60 psi
