New water line to outside fountain .. client had a frozen and busted frostproof hosebibb directly behind the fountain. Explain to client since the frostproof line needs to be fixed I will offer a water supply from the frostproof hose bib inside out to the fountain directly in front of the building at hose bib side. client agreed to have the hose bib fixed with drywall removal in unit 111.
