Jason was great. He arrived at the time he said he would, was polite and professional He took time to tell me about the company, himself, and the plans for the work to be done today. He provided several options for me to consider and explained each one. He also provided updates throughout the work. He had a trainee with him, Terrance, who was polite, professional, and showed me things he was doing and why. I am very impressed with Jason and Terrance and won't hesitate to call again if and when needed.
