Performed seasonal furnace tune-up on furnace of unknown age. Tested operational functionality including gas pressure on both stages and temperature rise (measured at 99.6°). Completed routine maintenance including replacement of air filter and cleaning of components. Inspected blower wheel and electrical connections. System is functioning properly with all parameters within normal operating ranges.
