After three service calls, the fridge seems to be repaired. With so few options available in our area, Dor-Mar was who we called. It's not cheap! But it's better than buying a new fridge. The tech made a small error prompting the third visit. But its fixed.

I performed routine maintenance on an AC unit, including verifying airflow, checking the compressor, and testing the electrical components. I found that the compressor had failed and that the refrigerant was in good condition. I also noticed that the outside unit was running at a higher amperage than normal, indicating a potential issue.
I was called to a client's home to check out a bad thermostat. I verified that it was indeed the thermostat and not another issue. The client said he would purchase a new one and install it.
I was called to a home to perform a WH flush and radon test. The client had noticed a musty smell in the house and wanted to ensure that there were no issues with the plumbing or radon levels. I used a specialized tool to flush the WH system and collect samples for testing. The radon levels were within the recommended range, but I recommended installing a radon mitigation system to further reduce the risk of radon exposure. The client was grateful for the thoroughness of the inspection and the peace of mind it provided.
I was called to a home to perform routine maintenance on a central air conditioning system. I checked the filters, verified the airflow, and found that the blower was working properly. However, I noticed a wasp nest in the outdoor unit. I also noticed that the unit was low on refrigerant, which could have been the cause of the wasp nest. I corrected the temperature split by adjusting the thermostat and refilled the refrigerant to ensure optimal performance.
I was called to a home to inspect a heating and air conditioning unit that was not working. Upon arrival, I found that the fan was unplugged. I plugged the fan back in and tested the unit. It was working properly.

NEED PRESTON TO RETURN TO REPLACE (2) BREAKERS FOR BREAKER PANEL. PRESTON WILL NEED TO GET A PO FROM CHRIS V AND GO PICK UP THE BREAKERS BEFORE HEADING TO THE JOB SITE. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE.
Moving expansion tank and corrosive water lines in basement
Water on top of furnace caused by condensation of suction line coming out of coil. Adjusted insulation. Need return apt for installers to run intake outside.
Checked error codes, not defrosting properly in fresh food section and defrost drain is frozen. Needs new drain kit and defrost sensor. Advised to unplug unit 24 hours prior to next service visit
Performed routine maintenance, verified indoor airflow to be good, changed out air filter due to darkness. Checked evaporator coil for cleanliness, verified evaporator to be clean, blower amp draw was good, checked outdoor unit for cleanliness, sprayed down coil checked system components, verified to be good. Customer stated the last time someone did the maintenance the coil froze over after a few minutes of them leaving, so I stayed to ensure a coil was going to remain in operable condition, verified coil was not frozen and still cooling with a client before heading out. Another happy Customer.
