I was called to a home to inspect a gas stove that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I noticed that the gas flex on the stove was loose and needed to be tightened. I used a wrench to tighten the flex and tested for gas leaks. The flex was tight and there were no leaks detected. I also checked the gas line to ensure it was properly connected and not damaged. After completing the inspection, I gave the homeowner a detailed report of my findings and recommendations. The homeowner was grateful for my expertise and professionalism and thanked me for my help.
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about water heater was leaking. Found water heater leaking from the tank gave estimates to customer. Customer would like to talk about it over with husband before proceeding.
Water valve had debris in the way, damaged the solenoid and won’t close. Ordering new valve assembly
Gave customer estimate for having basement sewage water pumped out worth the price of drain cleaning equipment, my time , and camera . Customer did not want to move forward
Pipe burst and took out control board. Declined additional repairs
